Excellent and professional customer service; and fast delivery of service

Told us they were coming to look at our window to replace a cracked one three times. First time they showed up (without any notice at all) and told us they couldn’t get measurements because the ac was in the window. So we promptly removed it. Told us the would come the following Wednesday. Never showed up or called. We called them and they told us someone would come out Friday with no time frame. 4pm Friday and no one showed. AWFUL customer service.

They were amazing on working with my schedule. When I was finally available, they came out the next morning to do the work. Have met 6 people from their office, and every one of them was nice and kind.

We had 2 dbl panel windows replaced. The first one was not ready when was told it would be. The both of them were nasty, gobs if grey putty, some greasy black substance Some of this came off with lots of elbow grease, others did not. Part of good service Is returning merchandise clean. I will not return or Recommend this business.

Was able to repair/replace broken glass in double pane sliding glass door in older door at their shop within an hour of them receiving it and at a reasonable price. Contacted a couple of other glass companies that said it would take 2-1/2 weeks for about the same price. Door was back in operation within 24 hours of shattering. Thank you Dawn, Gene, & Adam!

Bay Area Glass is a wonderful business to work with. They quickly replaced a windshield on our vehicle. They worked with our schedule and came to our home to do the repair. The were very quick and responsive the whole time. Highly recommended!

If you own a high end car you definitely want to have Bay Area Glass replace your windshield! Scotty and Adam did a phenomenal job replacing the windshield on my Jaguar XJ. My car was spotless before they started, and it was the same way when they finished. Exceptional attention to detail, I highly recommend them!

Although many support the Military in Virginia Beach, these guys went above and beyond. I asked them to cut a hexagon shaped piece of glass for the shadow box in this picture. It required precision and they absolutely nailed it. They turned it around in one day, and when I went to pay for it they wouldnt take a dime. I am sure they cant support everyone this way and stay in business but it says a lot about the character of the company.

So disappointed. Got a quote, work was supposed to get done...no one ever showed up. Called to confirm...no one showed up. Called to confirm again, and no one ever showed up to do the job or returned my calls. Needless to say, did the work on our own.

This was my first time needing a replacement windshield and Bay Area Glass couldnt have made it any easier. Honestly, I baby my car and was worried about how a replacement windshield would look, but after install, I cant tell the difference from stock. I filed the insurance claim around 2pm and got a call to schedule service from Bay a couple hours later. We scheduled for the next morning while I was at work. The techs called me when they were 15 minutes out, I met them in the parking lot, and an hour or so later they called me once it was done. I was able to see most of the work from my window, and they really took their time to make sure everything was right, including numerous cleanings of the new glass, as well as any areas they worked around. They were able to move my inspection sticker, as well as my rear view mirror (wired with OnStar) over to the new glass with no issues. Billy was the main installer and was very professional and easy to work with.It rained pretty hard that night after install and everything is sealed up like new!
