If you value your life and motorcycle, do NOT go to B&B Cycle Inc. B&B Cycle Inc. cannot even put on a set of tires correctly. I took two new tires and tubes to B&B Cycle Inc. to put on at a cost of 115 bucks. B&B Cycle Inc. had the bike for two days and it was covered in dust when I picked it up. The rear tire balance weight fell off after unloading it that same day. The front tire balance weight was the same one that was already on it but they charged me for a new one, which is illegal. The rear tire adjuster was set to different numbers on each side causing an imbalance to the bike. I called and informed B&B Cycle Inc. of their deadly mistakes and all B&B Cycle Inc. could say was, sorry, bring it back and well fix it, told B&B Cycle Inc. that I wanted my money back and B&B Cycle Inc. said theyd give me a free oil change but no refund. No way, as if I would let them touch my bike again. Luckily, I had a friend who actually knows what they are doing and helped me correct the issues. This place is a JOKE!

Id like to share my story about a local powersports dealer. 4 weeks ago I bought a 2014 four wheeler from B&B cycle. I bought it on a Monday. I had to work wed. I decided on Thursday to go mess around with it. I drove it up and down my street and found that the four wheel drive was not working. I called B&B and they told me to bring it back in. They agreed that it should have been checked before it was ever sold. So, I took it back in on that Friday. One week rolls by and hadnt heard anything from them. I called and asked how it was going. He said they were ordering an ECU (brain box for the fourwheeler) wich struck me as weird, because that really doesnt have alot to do with the four wheel drive. But whatever, they agreed to fix it on their dime. So 2 weeks in still havnt heard anything from them. Call them back and they say they are still waiting on the ECU. Now another week goes by and didnt hear from them. So... I call them again. Oh we are ordering a new four wheel drive actuator (part that engages the 4x4) this should have been the first thing they checked. Now, week 4 no calls from them. At this point Im getting frustrated. Ive owned a four wheeler for 4 weeks and have only had it in my possession for 3 days. Finally I decide enough is enough. I call them on Monday and said you have had plenty of time to fix it. I will be in Friday at 1pm to pick it up. I get there and the only thing they said was we replaced the ECU and checked wiring. We even called the manufacturer. I didnt say anything other than im here to get my four wheeler. I get it home and within 15 min of working on it, I fix the four wheel drive. They didnt even touch the four wheel drive actuator. I very easily could have gone out of town to buy a 4wheeler but I decided I wanted to keep my money local. I guess that was the wrong decision and very disappointed in B&B, in the way it was handled and even more disappointed in their certified mechanics. MORAL OF THE STORY. DO NOT TAKE YOUR MACHINE TO B&B. AND DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! If I had to pay for that I would have been looking at a 4 or 500 dollar bill.

This is a high quality, locally owned business. Excellent product knowledge and customer service is outstanding. From time to time i do have to pay more for parts or accessories here, but i want my money to stay in the Norfolk community as opposed to some far away city. Highly recommend these guys.

I just bought a new Honda ATV here. The owner helped me and he was really great! He did not put any pressure on me (no hard sell) but tended to me while I looked. I looked at used first and then saw a new one that was decently priced and he explained everything to me. He is very knowledgeable and honest and I would highly recommend. They have a great selection and I got a sense of honest good customer service.

Got the wrong parts after specifically telling them several times the year make and model of my bike then when i go to return it they sit there arguing about it that some how it fits the bike. Had to go on the internet and order the correct part using the correct year. Seems pretty simple.

I purchased my first sport bike from jeff there a few years ago. jeff was awsome. i was really sick when i went in to fill out paper work and he made it real quick and painless. a few weeks after getting the bike it needed a battery becuase it was on the show room floor for 18 months. he got me one and had it ready when i walked in the door. if i lived closer than 2 hours away i would be a loyal customer. i encourage anyone to do the same. My 2010 Honda Rancher 420 had an oil leak in the front crankcase cover. I dropped my Honda of at their shop and a day later I got a full report from the technician on the oil seal and a full report on the vehicle. I have never had to add an ounce of oil since.
