Their contract is binding but they cannot provide the service they are contracted to provide. Calling to resolve the issue leads to receptionists that are incompetent and rude, “managers” are never in the office, cannot be reached and never return messages. Even if you speak to any of them they promise to resolve the issues but two weeks later, same problems happen again. Do not sign up for their misleading claims provided if your business relies on their linen service to function! You will be spending most of your valuable time chasing the managers around just to get your money back!

New bldg. Great place to work just need to iron out the little kinks. Operation Mgrs are all awesome!
