LETTER TO ELITE SENT ON MONDAY, May 3, 2021. (Updated: 6/2021) Surprised by high ratings.Wasn’t rust that continued from top to bottom of leg. Was another manufacturer defect. Have no idea what dark gray streaks below surface were, but scrubbing them with Bar Keepers Best Friend, a great corrosive product that restores a variety of metals to their original patina, like copper cookware, had no affect whatsoever. Did work on top “stainless steel” surface, and restored its sheen. However, that was short-lived. Shortly thereafter, noticed dark footprints of my kitten on surface. Never seen that before on stainless steel.I did an extensive search on your site to find a product that matched my needs and specifications. And then I made a choice. The best choice, for me.My expectations were, as with any consumer when ordering online, that the quality of products being sold, the standards of manufacturers, meet the standards and expectations of the consumer.It took over 2 months to receive the product, which was shipped directly from the manufacturer. When it arrived, I had to arrange for someone to carry it one flight of steep steps. That happened 3 days later.If you read my review on Google about the condition of the product when I first opened the box, you will have the exact date I opened the box.People order products but often once received, other priorities result in delays. Starting a business at the tail-end of a pandemic might sound like a bad idea, but Elite Restaurant Equipment made it possible! I cannot sing the praises of this company enough. I literally stocked my entire restaurant with their equipment I ended up buying walk-in refrigerators, a few commercial blenders to make my mixed drinks, and miscellaneous items like cutting boards and knives. Everything showed up when they said it would and they even offered a small discount for my bulk order. Customer service stayed in contact with me, ensuring I was aware of the delivery times, etc. It couldn’t have been a better ordering experience.

Best for small bodegas and deli shops. Elite has everything I need for my deli shops. They are reliable as i purchased from them many times for larger items (refrigerators and freezers) and smaller items like sinks and whatnot. The thing with them is I know if anything goes wrong on delivery, they will make it right and that is worth 5 stars for me any day.

I purchased bar stools from Elite Restaurant Equipment which came extremely quickly. I need replacements for my existing bar and all the other companies I called told me 3-4 weeks. I found Elite and they said they can ship them out the same day since they had them in stock. The quality of the barstool was good but not perfect. Some of the stitching was not aligned perfectly but the fact I received them in 3-4 days for the price I paid, I am a happy customer and would recommend others to use them.

I found stainless steel tables with wire shelving which I could not find anywhere else. I ordered them; they were a bit expensive but shipping was free so that made me feel better. Overall, the review of the table is good for my commercial kitchen. The shipping was a bit delayed, but I got it in a week. It came packed well with no damages or anything like that. If I could leave Negative stars I would! This is the worst company I have ever felt with. They messed up my delivery after I called and confirmed it 3 times. Yes 3 times I called to confirm my delivery date and they just didnt show up. then they tell me that day after confirming 3 times that my deli case isnt going to be here for a month. After my delinis literally ripped apart waiting for this equipment. After about 5 different people I got someone who got me a case that I didnt order. Then Finally get them to come 2 days later, they tell me first thing in the morning make sure your there. They dont show up. Finally after being hung up on 4 times they come at 8 P.M! The delivery driver tells me they didnt even call him till noon to schedule this delivery. I ordered my stuff 2 months prior. Show up with damaged product and missing casters I paid extra for. Now 6 months later my deli case dies! Yes a 6 month old case dies. Its took 4 phone calls and being hung up on again. To get someone to tentatively come Monday to fix it. We shall see if that happens. When I say the worst I mean the absolute worst. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE THAKE MY WARNING!!! I AM TRYING TO PREVENT ANYONE FROM HAVING THIS HAPPEN TO THEM.

I ordered a donut fryer from Elite Restaurant Equipment. After I ordered the donut fryer which by the way was made by Belshaw, they called me and advised me I needed additional parts such as depositors, etc. I was a little frustrated at first because the depositors are expensive, and they are shown in the image, but I didn’t have much of a choice. Months later now after receiving everything and installing everything I am a happy customer. It was frustrating at first because I felt like I was getting upsold, but I realize the person who called me knew exactly what he was talking about. The quality of the product is great, and I hope to make a lot of money for a long time with this donut machine. The bottom line is these guys know their restaurant equipment and they know what they are talking about.

Great company to work with! I ordered a sandwich prep table which cam destroyed! I was very frustrated at first but after I spoke to Elite Restaurant Equipment, they did an exceptional job. They shipped me a new prep table the very next day! They also set up a pickup and gave me instructions on what to do with the damaged sandwich prep table. What started off to be a nightmare turned out to be a dream!

I was looking for a deli case online and everyone was sold out. I found Elite Restaurant Equipment and became a first-time buyer from them. All said and done everything came as advertised and described on their website. The price was a bit more expensive than others I found on ebay, but I had bad experiences with ebay in the past. I also found a different website that had a better price, but they were out of stock. Because of the service and fast delivery, I would shop here again, although I may be able to find it for a couple of bucks cheaper elsewhere, I am happy to overpay a bit for peace of mind.

The worst company to buy any equipment. I bought a commercial Prep table and I am so dissatisfied.1. I was promised to receive delivery in 1.5weeks worst case 2 weeks and I received delivery almost after 1month even for that I had to call them every week.2. When I received it, it didn’t have cutting board and pans which were included in the purpose. And then had to wait another 2 weeks to receive them.3. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANYI purchased a pizza prep on April 13. It was shipped and has been sitting at the freight terminal since Tuesday. I tracked the shipment and was told to notify the terminal. they will not release the equipment to me as they told me Elite Restaurant has not paid the freight bill so they cannot release the equipment to me. I have been going round and round with Elite and keep getting passes off. I had placed a second order the day after the order for the table prep for table tops prior to knowing the issues I called and asked to have the order stopped and refunded on the table tops and are telling me it cant be because they are a reseller.. Abf freight it telling me that Elite has not paid the shipping invoice and elite is saying that it would not have been picked up if they had not paid the invoice.

Bought a $6,000 case 3 weeks ago. Zero communication since it was purchased. Hasnt even shipped yet. Will NEVER USE this company again! Use Webstaurant.com instead. Bought the same exact case 6 months ago and it arrived 10 days later with multiple shipping updates. Not worth the couple hundred dollars I saved to have no idea when our new case will be here. Someone use my debit card to make a purchase today I cant get the manager to message me back or call me Im frustrated! Ive gotten three different stories now first he was eating. Do Not buy SS restaurant sinks from this company. This is NOT a reputable company. I called today, because even the 3rd replacement 3 compartment sink was also damaged with dents and leaking wash compartments. Now less than 1 year all 3 sink compartments are rusting.My plumber originally roughed in for this particular sink - so I was stuck to finish installing the sink.Consumers should pay close attention to this companys rating of 3.....The representative I talked to today told me there was no record of this being my 3rd replacement 3 compartment restaurant sink.Also the man told me that there was no record of 3 faucets being shipped to me due to the company recommended the wrong size faucet for the sink.Its clear they deleted all my customer contact records.Wow... I have several emails from the company regarding the conversations and replacements of these sinks and faucets.Company is dishonest, and deletes records at their advantage.

Much like Simran, my experience has been one of poor communication and lies. I ordered a refrigerator on the 22nd of march. After a week of no contact and no update on order status (Order Taken), I called. They said that it was a manufacturer issue and the unit had to be built. In the meantime, they tried to upsell me on another unit that would arrive a mere 4 days earlier, however, it was priced higher. I asked for them to take the difference off and id be in. What they said was this We cannot discount the unit as it is the last one in our warehouse and we would have to order a new one. What? So i decided to wait the 2 weeks that they told me it would be. My mistake. I called the company yesterday, 14 April, and they promised that they would get back to my by close of business. Nope. Today I called for an update and the person i talked to pawned it off on another employee who was supposed to call 30 minutes ago. Im still waiting. Long story short AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I am canceling my order and have learned a valuable lesson.

My family and I were traveling to Little Rock Arkansas for my sisters funeral whom had been killed. We contacted Alamo Car Rental at the Airport. The call was intercepted the Payment went to Elite Resturant Equipment. I contacted them and they did nothing. I hired a PI, contacted the Federal Trade Commission and I am filing fraud charges.

I got a fraud alert on my transunium report that someone from this business tried to open up a credit card in my name. Thank got my credit is frozen, so you wont be able to open this credit card in my name. If you are a reputable company you should investigate more whoever is applying for credit there.

I was robbed my credit card statement said a charge of 320.00 was taken off my AMC from this company.

The worst company I have ever purchased from. Ordered a belshaw donut plunger. After ordering online a week passed and did not receive any order confirmation. I called and was told the order would be shipping in the next couple of days and I should receive tracking info in email when it ships. 2 weeks later still no plunger or email. Called today was told confirmation email was sent on the 9th. I go back to check my email and what do you know the email was sent today on 9/15. The chick in the office was very rude and hung up on me.

My girlfriend tried to rent a car to go to the funeral of a relative and somehow the money is pending to this company. Alamo has no record of the rental. Either return the money or dont touch it so it can go back to card

What I really liked about Elite Restaurant Equipment was how easy it is to find the items you need. For example, I own a sandwich shop and they actually have a category for sandwich restaurants on their website. I was incredibly pleased with how well organized everything is on their site. I was able to find the furniture and miscellaneous items I needed rather quickly. Their price points were also very fair. I did find their shipping to take a bit longer than I would have liked. That’s why I could only give them 4 stars.

Commercial kitchen shelves are not easy to find. If you want to save money and are looking for great quality. I highly recommend them! I was able to find what I need and much more for the kitchen at a great price. Their store was well organized and had amazing staff who were very friendly. If I could zero stars I would... customer service is horrible, when you order something then two weeks later they say it’s not in stock. Then they ship you a white fridge instead of the stainless steal one that you ordered. Then tell you the other fridge you order is not in stock but try to sell you for ,ore money.. then the rep hangs up on me when I say this is not good business. Now keep in mind everything thing it’s in stock.. I swear I would never buy anything from them or send any of my business owners to this company. Stay away from this place

I tried out Elite with a few small items like mixing spoons and measuring cups first. I wanted to see how quickly I received my items and what kind of condition they were in. Boy was I pleasantly surprised when what I purchased was the highest quality I’ve ever seen. The items arrived in about a week and ‘measured’ up to my standards. I turned around and purchased a couple of refrigerators and was incredibly pleased with the results once again. Great job, Elite!

When my longtime donut fryer went out, I was scrambling to find a replacement. At first, I tried my local restaurant equipment store. Stainless steel is the best possible material for any kitchen. It’s sterile, easy to clean, and durable. BUYER BEWARE! I ordered 4 custom shelves for my kitchen on 4/4/19. After many calls from me, they finally arrived in June, more than two months later. They were dropped on my doorstep before I had a chance to inspect or sign for them. All 4 had extensive damage. The packaging was mainly intact so this damage was from the factory. They were covered with dozens of deep scratches, many dents and poorly done soldering. The joints looked like a 6 year old did the job. I returned them to Elite immediately asking for a refund, replacement or repair. They acknowledged receipt of the shelves. Since then, I have called and emailed repeatedly. They have one excuse after the other. The latest excuse is that the shelves were lost in the factory. I paid nearly $1000 for these shelves. Beware of this company. As of this writing, they have not stood behind their product.
