Went there to fix a galaxy cell. My friend fixed a phone there and did not have any problem (not right away). They charged me $85 to fix my phone - cracked screen. That night, I realized the display was not in place properly because I could see light shining through the top corner - you could not notice it until in the dark. Brought it back THE NEXT DAY. They told me I dropped the phone again, which I DID NOT. They would not give me my money back. Two days letter, my screen fogged up and I had to pay a real repair place to fix it.Also, my friends screen cracked. She had bought a protective film from them that had a 1 or 2 year warranty (I forget which she told me). She cracked the film and the screen - her fault. But they refused to honor the warranty and said it did not cover damage from dropping the phone -- WHAT WOULD IT COVER? HOW ELSE TO PHONES SCREENS BREAK?Once these people have your money, you are not getting it back!

Dishonest. They are not selling real products and they know it. But when you try and take it back after it breaks, they will tell you it is not their fault and blame it on their distributor. The have a 5 day return policy. But they will not honor it. I bought two things: External speaks and headphones. The headphones, which I realized were made of cheap parts as soon as I took it out of the package, fell apart after a couple days. I took them back and they refused to give me my money back. I then asked to return the speakers which were still in the package, they refused to take them back either. So far, the speakers have been fine. But I doubt they are real JBL speakers and feel like cheap knockoffs. Buyer beware!

I bought an iPhone 6 last year. I worked good for 6 months then it stopped turning on. Apple told me it is not a real Apple and can not help me. I went back to Wireless Touch on Ferry Street in Newark. They said I did not but the phone at there store. I showed them my receipt I paid for. They said it was a different store then. I said the woman who was working was the woman who sold it to me. She came over and said it was a new company. But it had the same name and same people. I lost $300.

The products they sell are fake. I bought a set of headphones for my Galaxy cell phone. I told the salesperson I did not care about the price as long as they were good quality. She sold me a set and told me they were original and the same [kind] that come with my phone. The literally fell apart the same day. When I took them back, they refused to honor their 7-day return policy. The manager said she could not take them because they were not in the original condition. No kidding - they fell apart, which is why I am bringing them back. Bottom line - stay away!

There should be a way to give zero stars. They claim to fix computers. Pretty sure all they do is install and run CC Cleaner and charge you $95.00. Brough in my Lenovo laptop. It was running slow and crashing. The woman told me it was a virus and they could repair it. A guy took my laptop in the back and came out about 30 minutes later and said it was fixed. First, the guy tells me I have to pay before I can have my laptop back. All I want to do is see how it runs. The guys starts speaking Spanish or Portuguese to the woman (who later tells me she is the manager) and she then tells me I cannot have the laptop until I pay. What choice did I have? Second, I immediately notice a scratch on the top cover which I am 100% sure was not there before. Guy speaks to the woman in Spanish/Portuguese and she says it was there when he took it in the back. Finally, there was no noticeable difference in how the computer worked - it was still slow and crashed as soon as I opened Word and PowerPoint at the same time, which is exactly how I demonstrated the crash when I showed it to the guy initially. The guy speaks to the woman in Spanish/Portuguese and she tells me that I have to contact Microsoft for that problem. After about 20 minutes of arguing I realize I am not getting my money back. I challenged the charge with my credit card a few days later and the charge was reversed.The workers were rude, refused to give me their names, refused to give me the owners name, and did not fix my computer. I would strongly recommend against going to Electronics Touch.

If I could give ZERO STARS I could. I bought an iPhone 7 from these crooks. It was not a real iPhone. Gave it to my daughter as a gift. It did not work right on day one and iTunes would not recognize it. Brought it to an Apple Store and, yep, its a fake. They showed me how to tell it was not a real Apple phone, but of course refused to try and fix it. When I brought it back to Wireless Touch they told me they would advise their vendor and claimed no to realize they were selling fake phones.

Be careful - their iphones are not real iphones. I went in to buy an iphone 7, which they advertise at a pretty low price. The salesman had a million reasons why I could not take it out of the box until I paid for it. So, right after the transaction, I turn on the phone and can tell this is not an Apple product. It was sluggish, felt a little off, and when you hit itunes, it took you to a website to buy music, not itunes. I told the salesman I wanted my money back. He refused His manager came over and she tried to tell they could not take it back. It was only when I took out my phone and started calling the police that they gave me my money back, while making comments in Spanish, which Im sure were not flattering. YOU ARE WARNED!

Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT, let them touch your iphone. My screen was broken. They told me they were an authorized repair retailer. Im not sure what this means, but it does not mean they are authorized by Apple. 1 week after they fixed my iphone, the screen started fogging. Brought it back to ELECTRONIC TOUCH and they told me there was nothing they could do. Brought it to Apple and they told me - WARRANTY VOID BECAUSE AN UNAUTHORIZED DEALER MODIFIED PRODUCT. $900 phone down the toilet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep giving me a run around for a service that was charged before it was completed. Service has not been completed still and they keep pushing the finish date weeks and days at a time. This place is a joke and dont recommend having your phone serviced here.
