Don’t waste your time. Go to the store on Churchmans Rd by Christiana hospital. A million times better service.Nothing in stock. They won’t call you like they say they will when your new phone is delivered. They don’t answer the phone & the VM is full. New phone had no charging block with it. Which I understand is Apple but would be nice if store told me that.. it died in the evening and I had no phone. I can’t work or sign into my work computer without my phone. Hours say 9AM. Waited outside until 945..... no sign of anyone and doors locked. What a nightmare. Messed up my entire work day and no part of my experience anytime I’ve been in here has been pleasant.

Terrible service, go into the store having problems not being able to sign into my account because customer service sent me to my local store to have them unlock my phone. So he tries to sign in and it sends an error code low and behold he said thats all it does for me. Dah no s**t thats what iam here for. Than he continues to tell how much customer service is his not so favorite. I blamed it on the phone he said no its an Verizon issue OK than this is a Verizon phone and you are Verizon store so whats the problem.I had to leave the store before I got in trouble. Ive been been a customer for 20 years and this is how you get treated. After 20 years I now Im looking for a new provider. Thanks Verizon. You would think for the price you have to pay you would get better service than that. I dont think that he was qualified for this task because he kept looking over my shoulder to the other customers hopefully for a sale. They dont have 0 because thats all that store is worth.

Julian was great. I told him what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend and even after changing my mind on a new tablet and phone, he still kept a great attitude and was courteous the entire visit. Definitely referring him and will be back

Bill was absolutely amazing in helping me select the right phone for me. His main goal was to make me happy and feel comfortable with the phone I selected. His support staff was just as accommodating and friendly. On of the best experiences I have ever had at a Verizon store....

The worst experience I ever had. Went into buy a phone really quick since I just broke mine. Once I get in looking at the phones sales guy asks me from across the room need help. I said yes need to buy a phone really quick whats the best/newest out. Which I had to yell! Then I ask how about this note7. Out of stock. No sorry we can order it for you nothing. Just leaves me hanging there and just the tune saying I dont want to help you. So at that point I just leave and say have a good night and look he had, like I care less about your business. Bye

I went to the Verizon Store in Suburban plaza on the 4th of July with my wife. After visiting Best Buy, it became apparent to me that the sales people at Best Buy knew nothing about the plans, renewals, etc. All they wanted to do was get me into a phone with a new plan. They were offering a $50 gift card to do the upgrade.....As it turns out, the deal they were offering me, would actually cost me more money over 2 years than upgrading my phone at the Verizon Wireless Zone and keeping my existing plan. We spoke with Bill and he helped my wife get the phone she wanted. Turned out the phone had a rebate that covered the whole cost of the phone. These guys really know their stuff, dont waist your time with a big box store....go see the professionals who know the business better!

For starters one star is to many. While seemingly helpful at the booth in BJs I came to the realization you only get help if there is only one customer ;two customers at one is too many. This store doesnt have crap in stock, and what little knowledge they have about the merchandise is as useful as a car with 4 flat tires. These people engage in deceptive sales ploys as they are in cahoots with Verizon. All anyone involved in this little scheme is capable of saying is no or i cant help in anyway. Diamonds after sale service is also deplorable. Big companies like BJs Wholesale Verizon and Diamond are only out for one thing. Ripping off unsuspecting customers. Stay away
