This is not a Verizon owned location - you will be pushed into buying bundles and warranties that arent from Verizon or the manufacturer. You will be charged for basic customer service (device setup, etc). You will be lied to when you try to buy a prepaid phone or do anything that doesnt generate commission for the sales rep. Avoid GoWireless.

They probably have the worst customer service in person and over the phone my representative cursed multiple times while trying to set up my device and was completely unprofessional I’ve been with Verizon five years and I’m taking my business elsewhere. Immediately!

Went and upgraded 5 line and added 2 new lines to my account. Ashley J. Was the lady that helped us. She has a great personality and easy to deal with. Even after us having to wait in the store due to technical issues at no fault of there own she remained calm and allowed us to leave and called when the system was back up. Will never go anywhere else or have anyone other than Ashley wait on me.

Came in to replace an old jetpack. The unit I was sold as a replacement was useless. Horrible signal strength, very slow internet speed, and battery that couldnt last an hour. Returned two days later when I could get back to the store. Was fed a line about a managers approval being needed but the manager wasnt available until the next day. I insisted and they processed the return (no managers credentials were required). Still charged a restocking fee for a useless product. Went straight from there to the Verizon company store in Heath and got a jetpack that actually works.

Went into this store on three separate occasions in an attempt to pick up a phone I ordered online. First time I went in, I was the only customer in the store and the sales person was on the phone, she never looked up, made eye contact or attempted to acknowledge my presence in any way. I sat down for a few minutes and when it seemed like she wasn’t going to be bothered by my intrusion anytime soon, I went to to a shop next door to see about getting an oil change while I waited. I go back to the “Verizon” store later and its the exact same situation all over again except now there is another customer waiting and also unsure what to expect... I decided to leave and come back later in the day thinking maybe it would be staffed with more than one person on a Saturday close to the holidays. I go back several hours later and its still only the one person working and she is still on the phone!! There are now three customers in the store. Shes on the phone with verizon (I assume) and complaining that she been on hold 35 minutes. She finally asks me if I am there to pick up an order? I tell her yes and that’s that, she just continues to sit there, on hold, and offers no expectations whatsoever. After awhile she finally asks my name goes and gets my order, I sign for it and leave (takes less than a minute). I don’t expect everyone to drop everything they are doing and wait on me, however, letting a customer walk into your store three different times and never acknowledging them, welcoming them, or setting service expectations is just wrong! This place is understaffed and they wouldn’t recognize customer service if it ran over them with a truck - do yourself a favor and do business with a store that is staffed with employees that are able to provide something resembling customer service, able to communicate with people and set expectation. place offers none of the above.

You cant go into a store and buy talk to anyone about a product to make sure you are buying the correct item and what is compatible with Verizon. Its hardly impossible to get someone on the phone to speak to for some help and when you finally do they either dont have the knowledge or they dont want to help. Poor service. Will never shop here.

Will never step foot in that store again. They lie and deceive. My phone was ruined due to water damage. I went to the store at 6pm to purchase a new phone. I was told that I would get a $100 credit for my old phone. Didnt bother to tell me that it takes a few months for that to be processed and that the credit is a $4.17 credit over 24 months. Seems like a little misleading information to me. On top of that I was told by Landon that insurance on the new phone was required and I had to have it on the phone for at least 14 days. I have since found out that was a flat out LIE. Verizon has credited my account for the insurance I paid since the purchase of my new phone. Also, I called the next morning and spoke with Kyle and told him I would like to get my old phone back and I would pay back the $100.00 credit. He said he had to go to someone higher up and discuss it and see if they would allow it, and he told me to call him back in a couple days. I asked if he still had the old phone and was told yes. I called back a couple days later and was advised that the phone was sent in and no longer there. They lied to me. Sad way of doing business by lying and deceiving customers. Would give 0 starts but wont let me. From now on Ill go to a Verizon corporate store.

Our Verizon representative, Masio, was knowledgeable about all of the products, apps and upgrades we were inquiring about. He was very patient and clearly explained the products we were interested in. Masio is very pleasant to work with. One more reason to go to this location.

This was by far the best experience I have had purchasing a phone. Whenever I go to a corporate location the wait time and experience feels like a lifetime of angst and despair. This visit however was nothing like that. Tom and Jim were invaluable in helping guide me through my purchase. Jim has such a great product knowledge I would have mistaken him for an apple tech specialist. He is the first person I would seek for anything apple related. Jim was also very patient in walking me through changing my carrier. This is a great store and I will be back for future smartphone investments.

Before you fall for one of their credits on your bill, verify if it is from the retailer or verizon. If its from the retailer it will take 4-5 months before the credit appears even though they say 2-3 bills. They get you on a technicality of bill CYCLE! Still waiting on a Black Friday credit! Not holding my breath that appears next month either!

Ashley was excellent! Masio was unprofessional, argumentative, not helpful and refused to do things that were paid for such as transferring contacts and pictures, enrolling in my e-mailed. He asked me if I spoke Spanish? He should work elsewhere. Ashley however helped me the next day and got all my questions anwered.

They make you pay a mandatory fee to transfer your data. I didnt even have a phone to switch and they still charged me a fee to transfer non existent data. Funny thing is i got most of my phones here and never paid a fee like that before. Bad customer service all around. Go to heath to the corporate verizon store. This one is full of con artist and a scam fee.

I had a great experience with Jessica! I had sold a phone to someone through a Facebook wall that proved to have little understanding of smartphones and a difficult personality. She helped him with grace and patience. I am so relieved!
