I have never encountered a place that lacks as much knowledge in their own work as much as Micro City. Professionalism is also lacking here.A simple phone screen repair on my iPhone 11 Pro Max has turned into a nightmare. Micro City has replaced my phone screen 3 times since my first initial visit. Each time I brought my phone back to them, it was because of issues with my phone screen.As a write this, my phone is still broken because of their negligence. At this point, I have decided to simply order a new phone as I dont have any more time or patience dealing with Micro City.Avoid this place at all cost if you value your money, phone, or any sort of professionalism when conducting business.

Seamless and well priced service. Dropped off my macbook and iphone, both with black screens, fixed by microcity quickly and affordably. The apple store told me I had to replace both and they cannot be fixed. Clean and amazing work! Saved me 1000s 🙏

Unbeknownst to me my young son spilled milk on my beloved, old and faithful MacBook Air. I didn’t know about it and after a few days my laptop stopped working. I took it to Apple and they said it would cost $700 to repair it without even opening it. I took it to Micro City they looked at it right away and told me about the milk on the motherboard. Took a few more days and repaired it for such a good price I could not believe it. I have been using it the last two years with no problems.Fast. Honest and Trustworthy. Fairly priced. These guys are hands down the best!!

Man these guys sell everything! Very helpful. I like going here. Answered all of my questions and the store is clean and busy. They do lots of repairs. Check them out if you need anything for phones, electronics even a juicer!

I use to work here when John was the owner! He knows how to be a great boss and friend at the same time. He takes no BS. In general the store is awesome and has great stuff you might not be able to find at other places and for the price. Def recommend going here just for the owner.

Creep policy. I wanted to know the price of a fire stick to decide whether it would be worth making the trip to Ferry street. The receptionist informed me that they did have one.When I asked the for the price of the item, I was told that they don’t give prices over the phone. I understand that to mean that they are price gouging. I won’t shop there.

My iPhone 7 Plus had water damage so I walked into micro city and left it overnight. They confirmed a price with me and my phone was fixed a day later. There was also an issue with the home button not working and that was taken care of right away. Im happy with their service and also the women there are beautiful.UPDATE: 2021. Dropped off my iPhone XS Max to get the front camera fixed. They kept it for 3 months. Every time I called to check on the phone they lied to me and gave me the runaround. All they had to say was they couldn’t fix it and that would be ok with me. These guys are clowns. I finally picked it up and the phone is even worse now.

Very professional, ,, and very clean store,, I called 4 to 5 stores for pricing to replace my iPhone 6 screen and by far they were the cheapest, and when I got there i was welcomed by a very friendly staff, and the technician took my phone and told me it will only take 10 minutes... less than 10 minutes later my phone was as good as new,,, highly recommended,,,, I will be back again.

I called 1hr prior to arrival to ask for pricing and time to fix phone. Upon my arrival they said that I was given the wrong information and that what # I had called? And after I have the store # they said its correct nut thats not the price. So that being said dont waist your time going!

Paid $140 for iphone screen repair and a screen protector. There was some static behind my screen and the tech said it should be gone in 10 minutes. I asked if it didnt go away and brought the phone back if they would replace it, they said yeah.Anyway I gave the static about a week to go away and when it hadnt I brought it back and they replaced it with a screen with no static.

I sent my iPod in to get fixed. The guy stated ok imma give you a quote. No problem, I gets my iPod back and it’s all unfixed the screen was not even securely put back into place.It’s a waste of time. Then I call to speak to someone the woman could not even understand nothing I was saying. When requested to speak with a manager she continued to try and want to help me.Very unprofessional and willl NEVER send anything there again. I wknow Bby even buy in your store.

I got an estimate to repaire iPad went to pick it up got completely diff price got bull excuse why. and they lost my case they gave me new one unprofessional asked for business ID he said I disrespected him I don’t think they know it must be on display.

I stopped by the store on a Monday and the gentleman who fixes phones was not working that day. The guy at the counter told me $110 to fix a cracked screen on my Iphone 6. I told him I would come back later in the week when the repair technician was in. I came back on Saturday and the price went up to $130. I asked why the price increase although he quoted me $110 earlier in the week and he says the market. He was very arrogant. I needed my phone fixed so I paid the increase. The service was bad and they are very unprofessional. If this place wasnt near so many people without cars it would have closed long ago. If you have the choice, do yourself a favor and dont even go there.

DONT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. IT IS HORRIBLE. I CALLED PRIOR TO COMING AND THEY ASSURED ME THAT MY CHARGER PORT WOULD BE FIXED THE JOB WOULD ONLY TAKE 35 MIN. I SET around for 2hrs just for them to tell me they couldnt fix it. Never even opened the device. Just gave me some billshit excuse. Horrible place

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE OR ANYTHING THERE TO REPAIR!!!!!! I have a droid ultra and took it there for repair. I asked the guys if they could fix it and they told me yes for sure that it was going to look brand new, boy did they fool me. It was just my screen cracked but they needed to order a new screen for me. I asked if they could do the job within 8 days and they said yes. That as soon as the screen comes in they will call me to fix my phone. I waited 2 weeks, almost 3 and I had to call them. When I call they said oh yes your screen came in, I asked how long ago the screen came in and the guy didnt know what to say and said today. I go in the next day to fix my phone and it was like they just glued a screen to my phone. I asked by is my screen popping out and the guy said because you need to get a good case to the screen stays in place. A day later my phone just froze because the screen was coming off. Best two recommendations are buy insurance for your phone, and never take anything to this place. They just robbed my money and time. Worst experience ever!!!!!!
