Just had my grandsons phone screen replaced and they also fixed another issue without any extra charge. They were fast, pleasant and professional. I was very satisfied.

DO NOT GO HERE. There are other stores/kiosk that are professional and wont break your stuff and then CHARGE you hundreds of dollars more to fix.

Had phone glass fixed was not done properly as the next day woke up and the screen was popping up of the phone tried to push it back down gently and the screen cracked bring the phone into them as per the worker at the store says ok fine bring it in we will replace bring it in the say no replace 110 dollars I take 10 dollars off thats not my problem then we had some words I had an America shirt on hes Indian he says f you and f America that’s no way to talk to a customer and the American flag we will not be using them ever again

My teen son took his Iphone11 in today to change his cracked screen(Christiana mall) they charged him $170.00.. they told him to come back in 40 minutes.(I wasn’t with him when he dropped off the phone) but . I walked in with him after 40 minutes and nothing was done to the phone.. the older guy told him that he was going to have trouble with the volume the way the crack was and my son said he noticed that when the phone cracked, told him to come back in 30 mins..the guy specifically told him that he would be able to hear clearly if he used his AirPods or put the phone on speaker. When we came back to get it, my son started walking away and realized right away his face recognition wasn’t working which it was working perfectly fine prior to getting the screen fix.. he goes back in the store and the man tells him that the volume and face recognition are connected.. which my son was very upset and went to go talk to Apple, from the Apple store he went to T-Mobile and they told him, that face recognition and volume are NOT CONNECTED.. he went back to Cellaxs… & they told him that if he pays $100.00 bucks extra they could fix the problem.. THEY REFUSED TO REIMBURSE HIM AND WAS CHARGING MORE TO FIX THE “NEW PROBLEM.” They ignored him when he was talking to them and started taking other costumers.. I had left when they told him he had to wait an additional 30mins. So I wasn’t there for the last part.. he called me on the phone and they refused to talked with me…They are very unprofessional and I will be taking them to court..

Excellent work on the my phone repair here. They fixed my iPhone 7 Plus screen. Looks as great as new! I recommend them for repair here at the Christiana Mall!

I paid to have the screen repaired on my iphone7 plus and after i left the mall I received a phone call and realized my ear speaker wasn’t working. I took the phone and receipt back to cellaxs and explained the issue, the guy told me to leave it for 30 mins and he would fix the issue. I returned to pick it up made a test call and still no sound coming through the ear piece. Now the guy is saying it is a motherboard issue and refuses to help me or refund me my money. They are completely unprofessional and wont take responsibility for their mistakes.

They use extemely cheap materials, do not take the time to put screen on properly. They left a plastic on the inside of my screen which my carmera blurry. The screen cracked after 4 hours and they refused to replace or give me my money back. Horrible service
