Had a outstanding experience with I believe doug. 🤦🏽‍♀️ terrible with remembering names. but he took time to make sure our underglow was installed correctly and done right. got to use there waiting for a couple hours as our car was getting finished as we were not able to leave at the time. outstanding work by the employees and plan to be back for more work.

Another great lunchbox experience. I went in with a different idea of what was wrong with my car (issue triggered another light). Brian was able to figure out pretty quickly that that wasnt the issue. After replacing the parts needed, he wiped down any messes made during the work and left my engine looking nice and clean rather than just shutting the hood and leaving it unseen by me. I literally drive 40 minutes to get here because its better than any other shop Ive ever been to DEALERSHIP INCLUDED.

Im happy to pay for whatever needs to be done I just think theres not enough people and places like this lunch box garage!! They did an excellent job installing my wheel lights. Going back next week for tires, oil change and my underglow fixed. Friendly, professional, very efficient. Would definitely recommend them. Got new rear tires and underglow installed today.

I had an issue with my vehicle and googled local mechanics. This one had great reviews. So I drove to them. I was greeted by the mechanic and told him my issue of a squeaking noise. He stated it wasnt a major issue and I could make my way home. He didnt charge me and I appreciated his expertise.

Great team. Were kind when dropping off, and just as kind when picking up. Even though they were slammed, got me fixed up in a timely manner and at a very fair price. My new go to when I need work done on any of my vehicles.

Long story short - I Drove the car in and was unable to drive it out….I took my BMW in due to it overheating in traffic and it was running rough.It took over a week to even get a call back regarding the initial diagnostic on the car.Every time I called, I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. I had to leave messages and would receive calls days later and on a “no caller id” number. And when I received a return call it wasn’t even the tech calling me back, so I was not given any substantial information on the status of the car and was told I would get a call back from the tech “later today”..They were ultimately unable to diagnose or solve the issue with the car so they recommended that we take it to the dealership to have them take a look and check for possible recalls. I heard the mechanic state that I ‘should’ be able to drive the car to the dealership which was concerning, because we never previously had issues getting the car started or keeping it running.. it was only overheating in traffic and running rough. The rear tire also went flat and I’m assuming it was from sitting there for so long.My car was there for almost two months…I get there and the car starts up but was still running just as rough as it was when it was dropped off. The car was making a new high pitched humming sound and shut off and would not restart. (Never ever had these issues with the car before.) I called to complain and they stood by their work and said they would get me a number for a tow truck company because I was stranded. I asked if it was covered but he said I would have to pay for the tow.Shady shady shady !! Bottom line, if you have a BMW take it to a certified BMW repair center. I will never bring any vehicle here again.

I went initially to take advantage of their free notary service but I happened to need new tires and an oil change too. I didn’t end up needing the notary but still went for the tires and oil change. While there they told me I also needed breaks and rotors. I took their word for it because I can’t remember the last time I got breaks. I called 2 places for quotes and was quoted $800-$900!!! These guys are charging me less than half those prices! They were very nice and accommodating. They have free WiFi, a smart tv AND a gaming system. So what I thought was going to be hell with my 7yo, wasn’t bad at all!! So I’ll be returning for my breaks and rotors and then I’ll be back with my other car too!

I took my car here to get a code fixed they had my vehicle for 4 days then called me and told me my car was ready 3 days later my engine light came on again i took it back to them to get it fixed and had to come out of pocket again.. they called me this time about 5 hours later & said my car was ready i picked it up light came back on 2 days later i called spoke with Stephanie and she was really RUDE all they kept doing was resetting my check engine light and kept charging me money for it STAY AWAY!!!

Thank you so much! I stopped at the wawa next door with my work van ( mobile pet grooming) and noticed a large amount of coolant leaking. Thankfully Lunch Box was right next door and was wonderful at helping me out. They fixed the problem within a couple of days and got me back to work quickly. Two weeks later and my van is running great!

I would recommend Lunch Box Garage to anyone that needs good professional service. On Wednesday night my car would not start I didn’t know what to do so I called a friend that recommended I called the garage not knowing if anyone would answer as it was almost 9pm but to my surprise a young lady called Stephanie answered I told her my car will not start and I am waiting on a tow company to pick it up to drop it off at the garage but was not sure if they will be opened as it was already late she said very sweet that she was still there and she will wait for my car to arrive. My car arrived and she called me to inform me the car was there and she has the key in her hands and she will call me in the morning after the check it. The next morning she called to let me know it was just the battery by the will replace the battery and check the alternator just to make sure everything is ok. This whole experience was great after my car was done they delivered it to the front door of my job. I am so pleased I will not be taking my car anywhere else and I will recommend all my family and friends to use them.

I stopped in because several warnings were showing up in my gauge cluster relating to my car’s safety systems. The dealer wanted to charge me for a new sensor stating that I must have hit something to cause those errors. The mechanic scanned my car and was able to confirm the sensors were fine and the system just needed to be reset. He reset the system at no charge and everything is now working properly. I couldn’t thank this mechanic enough and will certainly return with any car maintenance or issues I have in the future. Thank you!!!

Lunchbox Garage is amazing. My girlfriend had come up with a screw in her tire before leaving for a long road trip at 8 PM on a Sunday. I called Lunchbox Garage as a hail mary seeing that they were 24 hours on Google. Bob was able to assist my girlfriend and I in about an hour and charged minimally. He was able to patch the tire quick and effectively.He did let me know that they typically do appointments only and so I thought it was really kind of the team to be able to squeeze us in to get this fixed so she can get home.Lunchbox Garage will be my new primary mechanic garage and would recommend it to anyone!

Theyre straight up with you and tell you upfront what needs to be done, how much its gonna cost, where you can get good quality parts for a good price and what parts to stay away from. Took my 2008 Mini Cooper here to get clutch replaced and will never go anywhere else again. This shop is professional and knowledgeable. More than one shop wouldn’t touch my mini but Brian jumped at the chance and now my car is better than I can remember. No price gouging no Unnecessary repairs just good work. Wouldn’t let me leave until every little thing was alright.

To start, I know car repair shops have to make money based off their expertise and services provided. Always call around prior to making a decision on who you will permit to do work on your vehicles. Get a feel for how the shop answers your questions, are they willing to help you over the phone, or are they quick to say just bring it in and let us check it out.Why do I say this, when a prior vehicle died unexpectedly, I called around to several shops and all of them said the same thing above. Get it here, and we will see what happened. I knew what happened and just wanted a idea as to if it was worth bringing or not to a shop. Lunchbox answered my call, took the time to listen to me without the abrupt hold up you are wasting my time answer. At that point, I knew they were trustworthy. The person I talked to took the time to hear me and my concerns prior to letting me bring the car in, just to find out what I already knew... ultimately I did not bring that vehicle into any shop per their direction.Jump to the future. Doing a DIY repair/install of my tow hitch and just so happened to snap one of the bolts off in the frame. This bolt was very much needed. I could have rigged it and chanced the towing capacity of the vehicle without that bolt being there. But, I prefer to do things right. This was the first time I actually had the chance to utilize Lunchbox Garage for service. First, I called them and asked if it was a service they could provide. The answer was a quick and confident yes, not the kind you get from the guy who can do everything for a $1 kind of yes. This job was done with precision and expertise. I am 100% confident that my explorer wont have any issues towing!Dont have time to call? No worries! I set up my recent appointment completely from Facebook messenger. Just had new tires installed today on my Subaru and the only interaction prior to the service was through messenger. Thats right, they are very interactive with their customers.The convivence of this shop is unlike any other I have dealt with in my 20+ years of driving. If someone asks for a reputable shop to take their car to Lunchbox Garage is my go to answer. Following them on social media, they show the variety of work they can perform on many different vehicles. My car has a noise, other shops couldnt find the cause, I tried this shop for my first time, never heard of them before, they provide free inspections. They heard the noise and found that a bolt/nut was not properly torqued. They tightened it up and I was skeptical at first but the noise is GONE!!!!! They said it was a quick fix and DID NOT even charge me! I drove a few days now and the noise is definitely gone! I signed up with gmail just to leave them a review as it is the least I could do. This is a first for me, never had an experience like this. The customer area is beautiful by the way, clean, chairs spaced, TV, WiFi...... Great Job Guys!

I went here not knowing what to expect. All I knew was what other people had said about the garage. I went in twice and I was treating family they looked in my car and made sure that everything was good in my car. I didn’t realize that they were other issues a wrong bc they are things that they could see and told me explained to me I had a coolant leak and a oil leak. Showed me things about my car when they were working on it. The mechanics are very trust worthy and you can ask them anything and everything they will explain to you everything you need to know and more. I learned more bout my car by talking to them. They are all very respectful and honest. And defiantly have fair prices for the things they offer. I’m would never take my car any where else. It is close and they are reaible and reasonable. Only place I trust to work on any of my vehicles. Work is accurate, and they don’t try to upsell you or recommend unneeded repairs. They save you money and time. Each time I’m there my vehicles get checked top to bottom. They let me know if they see a potential issue and actually tell me what I can do to prevent having to bring my vehicle back for a costly repair. But even the big stuff gets done right without breaking my bank. I travel from another state just to use this place. I have gotten lied to, up sold and overcharged by other places and dealerships but Lunchbox garage always does what’s needed and no car salesman lines. I love this place. My vehicles will never go anywhere else.

I contacted Lunchbox Garage at 7 PM on a Friday night after experiencing serious brake problem. They answered the phone immediately. Once the car was on the lift, they rapidly identified the problem and stayed until after 9 to locate the needed parts. Pricing was very fair - especially considering the after-normal-hours time frame.

They are like family! I say this because The Lunchbox Garage will make you feel at home with their positive atmosphere and TLC for your car. I always bring my car here and “Smurfette” (My car) is always treated like a priority. One time my car stopped on the road and i was so scared. I called the shop and they knew exactly how to instruct me to get me back on the road. I made an appointment with them immediately and they were able to diagnose my car and get what it needs to get Smurfette better. You can find a mechanic anywhere but one that cares for your car and you can see it, is hard to find. The Lunchbox Garage, it’s where you want to bring your car.
