I wish there was a lower rating then 1 star the worst auto parts store i have ever had to deal with being in the business for almost 40 Years,. i bought a navigation screen for a bmw x3 got the wrong tracking number 3 days later after calling 15 times and it was for someone elses parts now there is no answer on the phone !still have not received my part .....

DONT BUY ANY PARTS FROM THIS ESTABLISMENT THEYRE UNTRUST WORTHY. WE PURCHASED A USED ENGINE THAT WAS NOT THE CORRECT FIT FOR OUR VEHICLE WE RETURNED IT BUT WHERE GIVEN THE RUN AROUND TO RECEIVE OUR MONIES BACK. WE RECEIVED OUR REFUND BACK AFTER A WEEK BUT THE CHECK BOUNCED AFTER 2 WEEKS WE FINALLY GOT ANOTHER TYPE OF PAYMENT. ORDEAL OVER NEVER WILL RETURN I ADVISE THE SAME.

Very poor service, it was a hassle to purchase a computer engine that I needed for my car. I went three times in total because they still did not have it ready. You would think as a customer buying from their company they would be a little courteous. Speaking in general here, if you purchase something from any place the customer should be treated with respect. Ok well anyways, the owner was very unprofessional, he was always on the phone. On top of that he sold me the wrong piece, and when I returned it he did not even bother to apologize for the inconvenience. Very rude. If you are a owner of a company you should AT LEAST know how to treat your customers, especially if they are females.

Garbage!!! I ordered a mirror tuesday and friday I still didnt have it. Called in and they said I had to go pick it up because their truck was down. I told them I would wait till Monday for them to deliver it. Monday came, no mirror. I called back and they said I would have it tuesday. Never got it. DO NOT GET PARTS FROM THEM. Very unprofessional service .bought a diesel engine .to be delivered to Florida didnt get it shipped.till 35 days,after payment.didnt answer any of my calls during the delayed and to finished wasting my time motor was,delivered with no computer.owner failed to finish the,deal as we agree before payment.and stated on the credit card,authorisation form..in other words not a worthy business to do deals with .be awere...I wish I had,taken the time to read the company reviews. and avoided all the stress and waste of time.... this bussines dont deserve no stars

Horrible Customer Service. Ordered an engine for a customers car on friday, and it was to be delivered the following monday. They never showed on monday, and nobody answered the phone. When I called tuesday to find out where engine was, I was told I was scheduled for thursday. They said there was nothing they could do. So thursday comes, and Once again NO ENGINE. Nobody answered phone thursday afternoon or friday. These People have no idea how to run a business. Buy parts from ANYBODY else.

This company deserves no stars. They are trash. I ordered an engine from them and was promised twice I would recieve it by a certain time and my mechanic still has not received the part. Never again will I work with them again. Bad service and a waste of time. Beware and stay away!!!!

Needed door for Nissan Altima got lucky they had my color.

I had ordered a transmission from them and they lied it was already to go.was supposed to get it On Thursday and didnt receive a call or anything from them,called them on Friday but nobody answered.so I called them back the next week on Monday and they said they are removing the transmission from the car then and I should have it by the end of the week still nothing.Worst company dont buy from them.they will waste your time and the owner gale can hardly talk English and will hang up on you.very rude and slow.Take this advise or you will regret..RUN RUN RUN FROM THEM
