I can in to ask about their services and they were awesome at explaining my options. In addition, they pointed out that what I was asking for could be done elsewhere more economically for the job I needed. All in all theyre respectful with your time, and money - Id definitely recommend.

From what I can tell the people are really knowledgeable. I wanted to see if they would clear coat some car parts I had but they wouldnt touch them since the clear would peel. Guess its better than them taking my money and it being messed up down the line.

I went there just for paint codes and not even to buy anything and they treated me with so much respect and gave me the time of day! Guy gave me a tour around the shop and everything. Very clean and organized. Very good people would highly recommend going to them!

B & G Auto Body did a Fantastic job on my car and also went above and beyond by cleaning off adhesive from tape and also cleaned and vacuumed the inside of the car! The new bumper looks Great! Very nice people work there as well!

Family & friends have used B&G a few times after Puz came off like they didnt need the hassle for a small paint my mirror caps job.Work has been flawless each time on fender bender jobs.My second job there was not perfect. A 3 day job to replace a headlight took almost two weeks. The issue was they didnt follow up with me ONCE to let me know when and why the job stalled. A supplemental request to the insurance company was improperly handled. That in itself could have been fixed with a simple phone call or email to me.These delays caused me difficulties with other auto arrangements etc...I would use them again due to great work on my vehicle, family and friends work. The customer service could learn from this experience. Be proactive. A little goes a long way.Hope everyone else has great experiences with B&G going forward.

Ive had two repairs done here to the front and the rear of my 2014 Subaru Forester. Both times they did a great job , was completed when they said and everyone was a pleasure to talk to through the entire process.Will definitely go back if I need more work done.

My regular mechanic recommended B&G to me after my car was backed into by a tractor trailer. Taking my car to B&G was the best decision I could have made.When I arrived for my estimate appointment they were shocked I came for an estimate because my car was clearly totaled. They showed me the crumpled rebar underneath and how the entire front crumple zone was crumpled and would need replaced. It was not a new bumper and flattening out the hood. Despite that they knew there was no work to be done they still held the car and worked with the insurance company for 3 weeks until it was officially totaled. B&G was an amazing guide to me in a stressful time with a friendly, honest and upfront attitude. All on a car they knew they wouldnt make a dime on.

The owner, Ed, is an upstanding and honest man who, in my case, owned up to an oversight of work to be done. Ed accepted the responsibility for the oversight without passing the buck, and saw to it that the work was completed with little further delay. They are very nice people. I needed to change the grille of my car but two screws were rusted in, so I took the replacing part to B & G. They cut off the screws and changed the parts for me, and didnt charge me a penny. I feel so grateful that I highly recommend their service.

Great service, very affordable. I took my RV here for delamination repair and windshield re-fitting. I forget the owners name, but hes a great guy and took plenty of time to go over the coach with me and recommend a few DIY tips to avoid problems like these in the future.

I had gotten to a minor accident in January 2016 a coworker have brought a vehicle to BG Auto Body previously and recommended them my insurance company wanted me to go take my truck to someplace far away figure they are around the corner and I give him a shot previous to being worked on the truck pulled a little bit to the left they had the truck for a week to repair a bumper and fog light after being worked on the truck hops going down the road just different drives different feels like crap cosmetic Lee it looks a lot better mechanically it feels better when it was wrecked previous for me bringing it to BG auto body I wouldnt recommend this place if was the last place on earth oh really caution yourself and take a lot of pictures of your car before you bring it here cuz you might just get robbed
