Steve is the best sales person. He was very attentive and catered to my vehicles needs. He gave me the best prices and offered great help. Overall, from a female perspective he was a very sweet, kind and funny person. That helped me with the part I needed for my car because as a female shopping for car parts can be very difficult.

I ran into trouble with my transmission and every other junk yard was trying to rip me off because I am a female I called Newark motors hoping someone would help me and not try and rip me off I got connected to Steven, he helped me did not rip me off and was very professional. Knowledgeable, accommodating, and convenient .I saved over $350 by purchasing a replacement headlamp for my BMW as compared to what the dealer wanted. I had them install the headlamp at their repair shop and was on my way. Great service.

The worst. You call they say they have the part. Send you to the location to pick up and parts not there. I had called earlier in the week to verify they had the part and they said yeah. Wasted 2.5 hours of my life going and coming wasting money on gas and tolls for nothing. While I was there two other people with same issue.

Horrible customer service, theyll try to make any money they can from you. I called asking for a simple push rod for a clutch pedal which cost around $5 and when I spoke to them over the phone they said they have it and I can come check it out but soon as I got there they told me I wont be able to purchase the rod but instead have to buy the whole pedal for $100. Waste of time.

This company has no clue about what customer service is, i called asking for a part they gave me a price of $75 and when i got there all of a sudden the guy started at $200 for the part, i was totally wasted my time going there. A few blocks away at lacey auto parts they had it for 80 bucks!!!

Thats until i called Newark Motor and a gentleman by the name of anthony gave me a hand. I knew he was going to be very helpful because we shared the same name which we joked about,and long and behold he was able to order me my part from out of state which took about 3-days but i was very happy because EVERY other establishment told me Id never find what i was looking for and NEWARK MOTORS & EXPORT was able to locate and deliver on hand! Had a great experience here. The staff was excellent and works fast.

Bought an engine that failed upon installation. Machine shop said because someone had used cheap and inappropriate valves. Not sure if these guys or not, but no big deal. Ship back to them for warranty. They refused shipment because they said it wasnt the same engine. You have to be kidding me. They would do nothing and took no responsibility. I had to dispute the charge and luckily American Express saw through their lies and I got my money back. Stay away from this group of criminals.
