The guy employee at this store, black hair, medium size, seems Latin, had a horrible attitude towards all clients. I felt bad for a gentleman that was before me because he treated him so bad. When it was my turn, he just wouldn’t help me finding the shipping address and told to go to another carrier right away. Major AH who doesn’t appreciate his job.

This is the most unprofessional, horribly rude place one can imagine.From the moment I entered the store and was shouted at by a young man with a comb in his hair, to the last, when I exit the store, promising that I will warn everyone else not to go there. I was ridiculed, screamed at and simply mocked for...simply wanting to send a.package. The man ( who said that he was a MANAGER!!!!!) provided the most successful presentation of how truly horrible a costumer service can be and how someones hate toward another human being is being used on a costumer, who ( for the very first time in this store ) simply try to do a business procedure ( sending a small package ).I went to another UPS location, not far from that one ; was treated, as always at UPS, with professionalism and courtesy.Use this location ONLY if you want to ruin your day, your mood and stop believing in human decency.

Needed a quality print fast and was promptly informed that their printers where having issues. They quickly and smoothly helped insure it was received by the closest UPS for print just minuets after issues arose. Some of the best costumer service Ive ever received! Great work, thank you

This is one of the largest UPS Stores in the city. It is spacious and wide open. I find the staff very knowledgeable. There is a friendly season guy there who is a Notary. I would take all my shipping and printing business here for now on.

Employees there are great. The location sometimes gets busy but they take good care of each customer with what ever they need. I go there about 4 times a week and I have never had any issues.

The employee works here on 11th of May afternoon is RACIST. He let us wait half an hour and not taking our packages but serve other customers. STUPID AND DISGUSTING. UPS service has always been like this. Worst among all the package delivery companies.

In regards to xaviers responce. No reason for the horrible attitudes that the employees have here. And certainly no reason to make another customer have to go outside in 90 degree heat just to tape up a box, that they could have had her do indoors. How can you justify such actions

Lackluster service to say the least. I called various times looking to get a quote and the young lady kept interrupting me whenever I tried to explain what I needed. I then asked if it was possible to forward something to the store email to print and was given a big flat no despite doing it in the past. I’ve never felt the need to review any business before but I couldn’t let this fly under the radar. I can see why there are so many 1 star reviews. Seems like customer opinions don’t matter to the owner. Reading his replies to some of these comments helps to solidify my point.. go to the store 92nd, much better! Get better trained employees and maybe I’ll be back..

I’ve been here a couple times to drop off packages ... always easy and efficient. Last time I dropped off a package it was an especially hot day and the man let me wait in the store for couple minutes till the bus came.

Very unprofessional and rude service. The simplest of tasks are made difficult at this store. My wife has had issues in the past at this store and I still decided to give it a shot.. worse mistake ever. The manager is a joke, so is the woman that works there. So rude and dismissive as if they hate their job. Never again! Will advise everyone I know in the area to stay away!

Excellent service. You cant ask for anything more. I have no idea what nonsense Charlie Dicanio referred to a week ago about horrible attitudes and having to go outside to tape in 90 degree weather. A week ago it was freezing here in NYC, and Ive never encountered a bad attitude at that location. I hate when people take a dump in the wrong place and then dont clean it up.

I arrived at the store at 7:50 with an annoying request and Isaias was super helpful and friendly. He stayed until 8:05 helping me despite the store closing at 8 without a complaint and was super positive and helped me clean up my mess. Super happy with my customer service!

I had a really bad experience on March 29, 2018 in the afternoon. The staff didn’t help me at all and they were rude. I left and went to another location.I recognize that the store is relocating but that’s no reason for the terrible service I received.

Came in to mail a box full of family photos. I was told I either had to pay an $18 in store packing fee or would need to buy a box and then exit the store in able to use. It’s 90 degrees outside and literally consisted of dumping photos into a small box-took 5 minutes. I then had to go outside in front of the store in the sun and tape and pack the box only to bring it inside. I found this extremely discourteous. I then changed my mind when making label that I wanted signature required and was told it would be $6 to void and amend. Will be going to FedEx next time. Thanks Joshua.

Less than good. Package wrapped poorly but assured it would not cause a problem. It did.Called damge service which took info including a photo. I got a email saying they were analyzing the problem .. The silence. I followed up and was directed to store who claimed they had never heard from damage center. So I have to start all over again. Next time FedEx.

I dont write reviews often, but I saw some one star reviews, and I had to say my peace.Love this place, they are always very helpful and courteous.With regards to one of the unfaire one the tape review, thats on you. The place you go to ship isnt responsible for taping up your box that you want shipped.Its not the employees fault if your package isnt taped up for shipping. They sell a service where they box things up for you, so if youre not all packed up and good to go, you can pay them to do it.Anyway, employees here are great, courteous and on more than one occasion have left with a smile.

The staffs attitude was really really terrible! I see some people saying excellent service so I guess it depends on who is working. When I called on Friday to make sure it is open on Saturday, the person sounded so not motivated and even hanged up the phone before I finish. I wanted to complain the next day at the store. However, apparently, supervisor type of person was not there and it seemed to be the same person I talked to on the phone. Nobody needed help except me. However, they were not attentive at all. When I asked a question, they did not look happy and slowly came over, knowing the computer runs by minutes. When I asked the staff if she can laminate it. Then she told me that the machine is not working with unhappy face. Not unhappy face for me, but annoyed by me. They did not even tell us alternatives, which you should have if your machine is not working and inconveniencing customers. The service was TERRIBLE. I do not know why they are working there making customers unhappy just because they are not happy to work there.

Wow, Customer service means nothing to the woman working at this store - Alicia. I called asking when they closed and explained I was walking quickly from the store at 106 which recently closed. The woman was extremely rude on the phone and hung up on me abruptly after stating we are closing in 10 minutes. When I got to the store I walked in and was greeted with a roll of the eyes... all I had to do was drop a Rent the Runway package so its not like Im actually requiring any help from her. I asked her name, and let her know she was really sweet on the phone. Another eye roll. I said no problem, I will just note this in my review... to which she gives me two thumbs up with a rude sarcastic smile.This woman represents your store and your service. Clearly she doesnt take her job seriously. All she had to do was tell me politely on the phone the hours of your store. When I walk in, say hello and how may I help you - instead of an eye roll because you wanted to close early (when I was told she closed in 10 minutes on the phone it was technically in 18 minutes according to the 6pm on their site and I walked in at 5:52 and was merely dropping off a pre-packaged item that needed zero effort from her part).I see on this yelp page that there are several people complaining about the rude woman - very likely they are describing Alicia as well. Maybe the feedback from customers means nothing? My interaction at this store (which due to 106st location closing last month is now my closest store to home) means I will no longer use UPS to ship anything. I dont need to pay money for bad service and I dont need to let your rude employees get me upset and in a bad mood.My needs at your store yesterday were so simple and basic, and Alicia cant even do that with a smile. Would hate to see the service level when there are actually customers in the store and your busy!

Poor customer service, they do nothing to help you. They will not print a label for you. They will not suggest any helpful alternatives, will tell you to call corporate. Awful place, makes one really love USPS, DHL and Fedex.

I like this place! There was no line at 3PM, and the staff were quick and nice. BUT they had no packaging tape...only for purchase....even if you need three inches of it. So come prepared.

I moved. And even though if talked to them and called them 3 times, they did not forward my mail. I told them I was moving 1 mon the before the actual date. I had packages sent there. They told me they never received them but I told them to please check again and it was misplaced;this stressful situation, regarding my mail not being forwarded and misplacedparcels occurred several times. I wanted to pull my hair out because I was so frustrated with the customer service.
