Used this bounce spot the other week when travelling with work to drop my suitcase before jumping around town for a number of meetings. Cheap and easy to book online. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing concept!Stood in an annoying situation where I was going around the city, but had two large suitcases in tow. I used Bounce, who kept my suitcases all day, where I simultaneously experienced a very good customer service. Have been waiting for a concept like this for a very long time.Im definitely going to use Bounce many times in the future!

Excellent service and people in the shop are also well behaved. Not only for services but they helped me with their WiFi password to sign in at bounce...Love to go back again

Be careful with this! I arrived in NYC with my whole family and a pile of bags, printed receipt in hand only to be told by the fellow at the storefront that he canceled his service some time ago and had no space for our bags. I pulled my phone out and showed him that in spite of canceling the service, I could in fact book bags at his very location right at that moment and send him money. Didnt matter. I was left to hunt for a new place to store my bags, dragging them multiple blocks through the crowded city and losing a half hour of the scant time I had in the city. To Bounces credit, they did refund me the money and offered me a free next time but seriously they obviously do little vetting of the people who they partner with if this is the sort of result you get. Id suggest you do not use this company.

Very convenient for me and my family to drop off our luggage before a broadway show in Times Square! Will use this service again- easy check in/out and cheap to book online.

At the last minute our airbnb host said we couldnt leave our bags in the apartment until our evening flight (having previously said it was fine) so we were stuck facing a whole day in the city with our suitcases until we found bounce. The guy in the store was really helpful as well.

We stashed our stuff here so didnt have to lug backpacks exploring Times Square and Top of the Rock. So much walking in NYC, I hope they make more of these.

They tried to rip me off when I opted to pay in cash: $2 per hour per bag, despite $6 a day offered online. Book online, even at short notice, or verbally agree the cost with them at the beginning. The service isn’t reassuringly secure: my bags were just left in the corner of the shop floor, not in a back room or behind a counter.
