The store is incredible! The products and staff are both amazing. One staff member in particular was stellar, her name is Dakoda. She was very helpful, high-spirited and personable. She made the store experience that much more exciting. She was the catalyst for me purchasing a Galaxy Watch Active2 for my beautiful fiancé! I will definitely be returning.

I came to the Samsung store because my phone stopped charging they were able to diagnose the problem for me and see that it wasnt the charge itself but its actually a wire unfortunately I didnt have the wire to replace it but they was actually able to give me a one time courtesy and replace the wife for free the technician Devin help me he was amazing, the manager Ydania was Exceptional and was able to provide the cable for me free of charge she did an amazing job I would highly recommend seeing her

I went to multiple store to find out more info on the galaxy watch! I went to multiple store that carries the watch but no one could give me the info I needed. So on a last ditch effort I stopped by the galaxy. Im so glad I did. I was helped by a gentleman named conor who was super knowledgeable on all the products. He walked me through all the features of the watch and answered every question I had. Great experience!!!!

Super fun time visiting this Samsung Store for the first time. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and willing to help without hesitation. Shout out to Dakota!!! Shes mad dope! It was my first time coming here, i dont usually have any issues with my phone, but this time i messed up my screen and couldnt work at all. Turjo was very welcoming and made me feel welcomed despite of me coming at the late hour. He made sure I had a good service and that my phone was fixed as soon as possible! He took my phone in and while I had two more hours on my hands the other staff showed me around and let my game on their super awesome PC set up! Definitely amazing experience here. Wandered into the store and was pleasantly surprised by the energy and hospitality of the staff. We were in the store for 30 seconds and we’re already enthusiastically greeted by Dakota and Frank. My daughter remarked that she would get a Samsung just because of the service.

It was amazing experience at this location very knowledgeable staff, especially Dakota. She was very friendly and helpful. Definitely a people person. I will be returning soon for some more shopping at this location.

Samsung has various photo sessions or other experiences (virtual reality) that teaches you how to optimize the usage of their products. Samsung experts are cool and knowledgeable in their craft. I went to learn how to use the different camera options and came out feeling more comfortable when using their phones.

Very cool store...since this is a demo store only, you can play with everything you want on you own pace and no one will bother you. But whenever you have question, the staff are very helpful.

First time I went is when they recently opened, awesome gallery, cool tech. To this day it is still a great place to stop by if nearby. Reason why I gave only 3 stars is MAINLY because WHY DO THEY DO NOT HAVE PHONES IN STORE. They have an awesome section where you can try all their flagship phones but you cannot buy any the same day, you have to order online and wait WEEKS to get it. To be honest Samsung store is wayyy much cooler than Apple stores but cmon now, you really canot have a few phones in the actual store.

Christian and Jay were great. Helped out at the last minute, saved me with a bottle of water as well and solved my watch4 call problem.

Bought a new phone which stopped working after 2 weeks. They had my phone 5hrs and said it couldnt be fixed and would need to be shipped out for 5 to 7 days. So not only did my phone not work while out of the country (reason for purchase), but now I have wasted many hours trying to get a phone that works. Just use Apple - theres a reason they are #1

Samsung 837 is a beautiful space. The staff there are young, hip and very fun. Samsung offers free classes and events. I just went and took their Galaxy fitness class. We were each given a Galaxy9 phone and fit watch to help track our fitness level. Then they bused us to Swerve Fitness in Flatiron where we took an elliptical class. It was so much fun! And then at the end of the night we each got to take a free smoothie home. Im definitely signing up for more of their classes.

Samsung just delivered a gas oven to my house that I paid for installation and haul away on but sent two delivery men whom did not have experience or confidence with un installing a gas unit... I now have my old broken oven still hooked up to the gas line and a new oven next to it taking up more space in the kitchen and not functional. Awesome venue space. They are very organized and quick to get the show started. Staff is informative in whats going on before and during the event. Doesnt matter where you end up for a show, any spot is a good spot as long as you dont stand behind someone.*Its a plus if you have a Samsung phone, you get some VIP treatment for shows. I dont have one but they took great care of me.

The screen on my Galaxy S21 Ultra broke, which caused the phone to be unfunctional, and I needed it be fixed right away. I made an appointment at the Samsung 837 store for 2PM and I had only a short period of time to drop the phone as I was on my lunch break.I arrived at the store at exactly 2PM and one of the Samsung Technicians at the store, named Turjan (I believe was his name), assisted me right away even though he was in the middle of a task. He understood the time complexity of my situation and quickly took down the necessary details of the work order. I was out of the store in less than 10 minutes and made it back to work just in time.Later that day, I arrived to pickup my phone and was also given a free reusable water bottle. Apparently it was the first day the store was open since they were forced to shutdown due to the COVID-19 virus. The exact day that I needed my phone repaired was the exact day they opened up. I guess it was my lucky day. Overall, a great experience!

Really cool space. Saw a panel of flyer designers speak on the NYC party scene of the 80s and 90s. Featured DJ Stretch Armstrong and DJ Clark Kent. Definitely looking to see their upcoming events.

Come for the Tech, stay for the Tech. Snack area on the 2nd floor, this flagships sole purpose is to get you to play and interact. Ambassadors are there to educate, while the techs are present for repairs. Catch limited performances by follow the events online. Sorry, folks, no public bathroom here.

Great place to go to if you love Samsung and their products! They have a great assortment of phones, computers and tablets to try out and if you need help the staff is very nice. They also have a neat area in the middle of store for an audience to sit for presentations and events.

Pretty cool place.It was so much fun. They have virtual roller coaster ride, air show, slide, and zombie game. They clean the goggles and the seats each time it was used which I really appreciated (a bit of germaphobe). They also have 360 degree photo room, tablet station, and a few areas where you can just chill. It looked like theyre adding more stuff. I heard theyre opening rooftop as well. They have two bathrooms and a small café on top level. One thing a kind of annoying was we had to sign the waiver for every service. It wasnt a big deal though. I will probably visit there again.

Different to an Apple Store. You can try the innovations of 3D here at Samsung. Try the six flags roller coaster thrill in 4D! The rest of the shop is viewing Olympic Games 2016 in 3D and try the latest flagship of Samsungs Electronics.

Please do not miss this very first spectacular Samsung flagship store. Spectacular in all CAPS does not even begin to describe the experience. It is a tech space pioneering ship with museum-like qualities.I arrived there almost in tears because my NOTE 8 had been misbehaving. So I arrived only to be mesmerized by the environment and the quality of service.The guards seem to know immediately that I was looking for support and directed me to go upstairs to the clinically white First Aid kiosk.I was taken care of immediately and the rest is history... I am a happy puppy 💖🐝🦎 as usual.The site was staffed with socio-economic and cultural diversity in mind.

Great showroom, providing a variety of experiences using the Samsung interface. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would have helped to have more products available for purchase. Charging stations are a must. Wifi speed can be improved, especially if you want to impress customers more.

The Samsung store is unique as it sells nothing (except coffee on the second floor). Here you can get live music from the in house DJ while you experience the S8 virtual reality or head upstairs to try the 360 camera. What also makes Samsung special is how they have around 20 staff on the top floor who are willing to troubleshoot any problems you have with any Samsung device. If you have time definitely see this as their arent many official Samsung stores.

Awesome place especially if you are a galaxy owner. Check out all things Samsung and ask any questions you may have. The staff is well trained on the equipment and happy to assist. I ventured there just before Superbowl so it was dead empty. Me and my son had the run of the place and tried out all the VR stuff. I can see the wait times might become unbearable at peak times especially since its all free. They even have a smart apartment set up so you can experience your future living just like The Jetsons did.The refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer as well as all the lights, and music can have their features programmed from triggers or by your voice. Well thats if you can afford the high prices of the top of the line equipment. Like the led TV thats a picture on your bedroom wall when its not showing a movie.

Forget the experience for a sec. This is an honest retailer!!! They have a couple ways of getting your email addy (wait for it) but they dont start immediately beating you to death with emails. In fact, I got only a thanks for visiting. So if youre in the area, dont hesitate to drop in. Its a fun 3-60 minutes for sureNOW. The place itself. The VR rides, skiing, surfing, and other attractions are incredible. And some of the app driven products that sync with Galazy are amazing - like washer/dryer and fridge.Besides retail, theres on-site tech support. Theres a cafe on the second floor. And all this built around a giant 2-story video screen theater. And lest I forget . . . smart young people manning the exhibits and displays, guiding you through the experience. NO PRESSURE. Do as much or as little as you want.Beats the pants off an Apple store as a concept. Thats for sure.
