These guys are really great. I had screwed up my iPhone while replacing the battery. Apple refused to even look at it, and told me my only solution was to buy a new phone. Mac Phone repair is in a small office in this building that is difficult to find due to construction at the main entrance. However, finding them is definitely worth it. They repaired my phone perfectly, and at an incredibly reasonable price. I give them my strongest endorsement, and have recommended them to my friends already. Good price, great service (while I waited).

Amazing - great price and they actually care about doing a good job. I got my phone screen replaced here. It looked like new but there was a strange noise when it vibrated. So I brought it back and they replaced the screen again for free to eliminate the noise. Exceptional customer service. Go here before this place gets too popular!

Mac Phone Repair was very quick, and Im pretty sure its the cheapest repair around. My phone was really shattered to the point that the touch screen would not work. Most companies charge you to extra to repair the touch screen function, but they charge the same rate simply based on the model of the phone. They did a great job!

I had 2 months with my new phone and my screen cracked. i used my phone with a cracked screen for almost two weeks and my phone was still in GREAT conditions, i went in to fix it and ever since i cant use my phone, first white lines were appearing in my screen and the whole right side didnt work. i went back and they fixed it, its been a week since they fixed it. TODAY i am without a phone because my screen completely doesnt work. i cant type, i cant answer phone calls. Save your money and fix your phone in the apple store, saving your self 20 dollar is not worth it for all the headaches i have right now.

They have a small suite on the 5th floor of an office building on 40th and Broadway. A clean and professional work space. Great communication - I dropped my phone off at 11:30 and received two email updates before getting my Ipad (replaced screen) by 1:30. The price was very reasonable and the service was extremely professional. A pleasure to deal with and I would confidently recommend their services to others.
