This place was so iconic! So sad it closed down. New Territories had amazing hand-crafted shakes, Hong Kong-inspired desserts 🍨, bubble cones, sundaes, and specifically drinks🧋. I wish theyd reopen in the future!

I came here over two years ago right when they opened. The owner of this ice cream shop was extremely nice and I was able to have a nice conversation with him and my friends. If I remember correctly, he told us where he came from and where New Territories was located. Anyways, their ice cream was super good and we were even allowed to have some samples of their earl gray ice cream. Super creamy and super delicious. 10/10 would recommend!!

This place is wonderful! The staff are super friendly and the options are endless. They have new, limited time flavors too - I’m dying to try the golden salted yolk one! Waffles are tasty. And you can customize your own milkshake flavors and of course go nuts on the toppings!

Had a delicious “B with the Rose” signature bubble waffle ice cream. All the favors were excellent, would definitely come back here to have the same thing again or to try something new! Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Beautiful creations and a cute spot to stop by for the gram. We got the Dark and Snowy and the girls there were so sweet and let us try flavors and customize with a different flavor ice cream and extra toppings. The cream rose is so pretty. The paper rose wall is really pretty too.

Ordered Prince Edward and U-be Tripping. They are definitely eye-catching and beautiful on Instagram. Too bad they don’t taste as good as they look. Ice-cream is too sweet and lack the richness of cream/milk. Waffle is okay. Overpriced for this quality.

Order one, take a photo for your Instagram account for people to like it and throw the food away. The bubble waffle is chewy, lacking lightness and airiness filled with a creamy and sweet commercial ice cream and drizzled with caramel.A non-sense concept making people put more weight for no reason.

I can thank Instagram for bringing me here. But I will say that I was really impressed with the efficiency and quality of the desserts. The shop was very full, but we got our desserts quite quickly. It was obvious that a lot of attention is paid to detail here, and they are very aware that theyre creating a product for the masses (via Insta).

Delicious and fun milk shakes. My friend and I split the Unicorn Parade, which was a very good decision because it was very sweet. Service was quick. Seating is limited with only about 6-7 seats.

My fiancee, sister and I came recently to try out what New Territories had to offer our taste buds. My sister had U-be Trippin, my fiancee had Prince Edward, and myself the Unicorn Parade. The orientation of the Unicorn Parade was nicely done. The milkshake was good and was not as sweet as its presentation makes it out to be. My sister stated that the U-be Trippin the Ube flavor was on point. My fiancee who is not a sweets person did not want to share her Prince Edward with me and told me to get my own... So I guess I will be back for Prince Edward.

This place is good. Very filling so make sure you don’t eat too much before you stop on by. The host was working the day of my visit and gave us a brief presentation on the origins of the waffle cones. I believe it’s a Hong Kong street food sold around schools. Second time here and can say it’s pretty cute and chill. Great for a date night.

The Ice cream and bubble waffles at New Territories are awesome. Peter was very welcoming and fantastic. With us being tourists he was great at giving us some local knowledge of places to visit during our holiday to NYC. We definitely will be back before we leave for more ice cream and bubble waffles.

Took my boyfriend here on my second visit. We got here right at opening and had no wait. Thank you Peter who graciously served us and made conversation while we waited and were eating. The ice cream here is delicious! Try the Earl Gray! I cant wait until they have Ube ice cream again.

Very cute place. An accidental find when we took a wrong turn but happy with the results. The service was great and the flavors for the tea and egg waffles were interesting. I shared a black rose tea (seasonal flavor) egg waffles with chrysanthemum tea ice cream. The ice cream tasted exactly like the tea and is quite bitter so dont go for that if you want something sweet. The egg waffle had a tea flavor too but not overwhelmingly so. Would definitely come again to try the remaining flavors.

Amazing ice cream. Amazing waffles. The honeycomb ice cream was very rich with real honey inside. What floored me was that it tasted like an old honeycomb ice cream I had back in the 1980s when I was a kid. I havent had great honey flavored ice cream in a long time.The rose and black tea infused waffle was to die for. There was dried rose and black tea in the waffle. The waffle could have stood alone, but its combination with the ice cream, fresh whipped cream, bright pink and golden sprinkles was truly stunning.The ice cream and waffles alone are totally worth the trip, but the presentation and courteous customer service seals the deal making this place stand out as a fine dessert experience.

Once you step into this store, the aroma of the bubble waffles already captivate you. Its crunchy on the outside, pillowy soft on the inside. I peel each piece off and dunk it into the ice cream. Awesome mixture of hot and cold. Bubble waffle and ice cream flavors are the best. I love the Prince Edward!

A lot of creative work and new concept. We were 4 of us and had just come here after dinner. We got the dark & snowy and 2 Prince Edward( no peanuts). Ice creams turned out to be great. The server had put peanut by mistake and she replaced it without hesitation.

This is a trend alert spot for those foodies and it is for a reason! The ice cream itself was interesting. I tried the Banana pudding flavor and I didnt mind it (The flavor reminded me of Magnolia Bakerys banana pudding, and if you like their pudding then you will enjoy that flavor). I wish there were more options to choose from in terms of flavors and toppings. The staff was very kind and the wait wasnt long. They also have seating inside the tiny shop but its often crowded during the afternoon.

This place is still new so it wasnt sure crowded when I went, but I anticipate it becoming popular because of its photogenic and colorful desserts. I ordered the unicorn parade milkshake and Prince Edward. Both were presented well and yummy. Just note you can only order the unicorn parade milkshake for dine in and there isnt a lot of seating.

I am always looking for the newest dessert spot to go to and New Territories did not disappoint! Their bubble waffles are perfectly made - crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. My favorite is U-be Tripping because of the vibrant ube flavor in the waffle with a scoop of earl grey ice cream that compliments the waffle so well.I havent tried the Unicorn Parade yet but I will definitely go back to try given that the location is so easy to get to and super convenient in LES.Overall, highly recommend!
