The store is nice and staff great, but dont order from them they lost both my orders, and now out of stock of the gift someone wanted. Their customer service is so rude, and they are just like yeah most things to the USA are lost or damaged, it takes a really long time to get refunds and they give you the refund back in tiny amounts. Just dont order from them its not worth the stress.

Shockingly bad experience. I tried White Company for the first time this week. I ordered a bathrobe for my wifes birthday a week ahead of time, paid $35 for express delivery and now 6 days later its still not here. For $35 I expected next day UPS. So I called the store on 5th Avenue here in NYC to see if they have it in stock here in town. Guess what? Their NYC store phone number rings a number in England. And no one ever answers. Beware. This company stinks.

Terrible customer service. Order did not come at expected shipping date. When I called, I could not even check the tracking of an order I placed for my boss, they said they had to speak with him which is ridiculous and I never had to do that for any other orders Ive placed. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was on hold for 20 minutes and then was told that the manager was not in today. Never again.

Great customer service! Everyone was very helpful, and I cannot LIVE with out the fragrance of their Flowers line. It is absolutely fabulous!

I love the White Company - Ive been a customer for over 20 years starting in the UK and the bed linen is the best you can find. Ive occasionally bought elsewhere and always been disappointed - either the colors fade or the fabric loses its crispness. Theres a genuine commitment to quality at the White Company from the packaging to the customer service and it shows up in the products.

There are a lot of household goods and household goods that are particular about the material like a British shop. Linen in the summer and wool and cashmere in the winter. Cute everyday clothes, room clothes and childrens clothes for adults are also cute. There are also plenty of sizes. When you enter the store, you can always relax and enjoy the gentle fragrance. The clerk also has a good atmosphere.
