Not a fan of the service.. or lack of service should I say. I called in the store to tell them I would be there a minute before closing. I get there at the time I say I was.. they completely shut off the lights before closing and said they closed all their registers even though I called prior to getting there. If this the type of employees that Molton Brown London is comfortable with allowing to work you might as well start selling your products at a century 21. Give us the Madison Avenue treatment or stay off Madison Ave!

The boutique is small but vibrant. The customer service is wonderful. Molton Browns staff know their products, which are prominently displayed. They are eager to assist you.

Great service, however they put to many chemicals in their products. For the price it should be organic!

Wasnt a fan of the service. There was ONE other customer in the store but somehow I was ignored for the first few minutes. Then the salesperson tried to juggle me in, but kept dropping me and leaving me hanging while she went back to the other ONE customer.
