The staff at this store is super on point. Ive gone in quite a few times to check sizing. Brianna, and Rob have always been super helpful, and attentive. I also really love this brand. Really nice elevated pieces with a relaxed vibe.

Just got out of this store, the products and prices are great, but the customer service is close to 0. There were two staff, a man and a woman. I wished the woman had been the one helping me but she was busy with another customer and seemed to actually do her job. And the man was was just of no help at all. I don’t know if it was out of incompetence or laziness. I hope for the store that I just came in at a bad time. A very frustrating shopping experience.

The staff is very friendly and the space is great too

They used to more cutting edge, but the prices are reasonable. The selection is really focused on basics but with beautiful fabrication and materials. Always an inviting store and they have great sales.

I recently bought 2 t-shirts here at $55 a piece. One of them developed a hole a few weeks after wearing it. I called Vince but they would not do anything about it because it was worn. It is pretty pathetic that they cant stand behind their products at this price point.For comparison, I once had a pair of shorts from Lululemon that developed a tear after several months of use. Unlike Vince, they were happy to replace the shorts on the spot. That is the kind of service I am used to receiving when paying a premium on clothing. Ive also experience great customer service from other high end apparel companies such as Cole Haan and Outlier. Vince is a big time fail in this department.For that reason, I will never shop at Vince again.
