There have a cocoa powder and lot of delicious chocolate. staff is friendly.

This place is super duper. I pop in on my commute every once in a while to grab a truffle or box of chocolates, and honestly the customer service is the absolute best. The chocolate is insanely good of course but actually I think I keep going to this shop rather than the other fancy chocolatiers on my (long) commute because the people there are just as sweet as the confections. Love.

Their truffle is mouth watering, especially the tiramisu and the strawberry one. You just can not have enough of them. And the older gentleman in the store is an amazing person, if you are new and confused about which one to buy, he really helps you decide by giving a taste of the one you like. Absolutely amazing place.

Perfect place to stop and grab gifts when on the run. High quality chocolates with thoughtful presentation and packaging. The truffles are popular, my favorites are the seduction and violetta. Pick and mix and pay by weight or buy prepacked assortments. Every time I have visited this location the staff have been very sweet, professional, and helpful. They also have seasonal flavors which I appreciate. I highly recommend.

Came from Yonkers on Saturday 11-30am following the information from internet- the store is open. Guess what! Closed! Called the store, was told, they the salesperson forgot to put the sign on the door, that he will be late. Same happened before Christmas. No respect to costumers.

Delectable selection of chocolates. No line surprisingly in such a busy area. Staff was nice and didn’t mind asking questions about the chocolates. Found it hard to pick one. Had to try a few.

Great selection of tasty Belgian chocolates. The space is very small and sometimes congested. Its not easy to access when I have a stroller or a big bag.

Great chocolate.As with any holiday, get your order at least 4 days in advance to avoid long, long line. Chocolate keeps at room temperature for 3 weeks or more. Of course you have to wait for the holiday to eat it

If your looking for the best chocolates in NYC and you have the money, this is the place to go.The store is beautiful, filled with the sweet smell of high-end chocolate and friendly staff.With every selection of chocolates and sweets available, this is a great place to but a gift. They even have chocolates with 24K gold.If you live in NYC then Neuhaus is most likely a neighborhood favorite.

It’s not often that I experience absolutely incredible service to the level that I would continue to be a customer of a business even if their product or service was just mediocre. Fortunately Nehaus’ chocolates are outstanding as well!!My wife and I were in NYC for our honeymoon and wandered into Grand Central on June 13th only to pass a shop touting the best chocolate truffles in the world. Challenge accepted. Walked in and were warmly greeted. Asked about the truffles and were given two to try. The cocoa powder is rather bitter, but upon biting into the truffle the sweet buttery filling mixes to create a layered flavor that is absolutely wonderful!! My wife preferred a different truffle and we purchased 8 of each. The employee who was helping us (forgive me, but I am horrible with names – she was tall with glasses) was so friendly!! When she found out we were on our honeymoon she handed us some additional chocolates. So unexpected and so greatly appreciated!! My wife mentioned something about ice cream and she said that the location at 52nd & Madison had ice cream. We ended up there a bit after lunch. Thank you so much!!

Live on 56 and Fifth ave was looking for great ice cream experience I chose their pistachio it was heavenly very friendly staff super displays would suggest more seating for family experience

The asian gentlemen in front of me wanted an assorted pack of 36 chocolates at 80 dollars but he wanted to pick only thr 5/6 varieties he liked (he said he tried all of them before). They lady at the counter wanted to convince him it was not efficient to ask her to pack 36 chocolates when assortment packs were already available. She had her nose in the air when she said that unlike the cheap shops all their chocolates are good - not just those 5/6 he was interested in. I know they make good chocolates but assuming a customer usually buys from cheap shops for making her pack, was certainly a cheap stunt.

Personally like better than the famous American place. Also, check the expiration day; the chocolate sold by date is not too far off.

Best chocolate in the world and theyll ship custom orders anywhere in the country. Only way Ive found to get a box of Astrids in Ohio.

Their chocolate orange peels are the BEST

Expensive. You can get chocolate of the same quality in Europe for much less, and you can find better chocolate, especially in Switzerland.
