The four stars are really for the sales girl who convinced me to try a sample piece of dark chocolate and also buy one of their chocolate bars. The chocolate tasted good, but I cannot continue to eat it. They use soy lecithin in their chocolates and this ingredient should not be consumed by humans. It actually causes cancer in rats. Soy lecithin is a cheap emulsifier and that is why they use it. They can use an emulsifier that is not carcinogenic,but it would cost more. They need to do what is right! The chocolates are also quite expensive. Sorry, but I want healthy chocolate. Please research how soy lecithin is made and you will see why it is not good to eat this.

Stopped by after lunch to grab something sweet at this cute little shop. I love chocolates but have a hard time finding anything remotely close to real Belgian flavors!!.

The chocolate at this place is heaven on earth, not every flavor, but many of them. I especially love their hazelnut flavors. The only downside is that it is incredibly expensive. It is not the place you visit when you want to binge on chocolate. 4 small pieces of chocolate could easily run between 10 to 13 dollars and at this place the more expensive chocolate tastes better than their cheaper chocolates.

I go occasionally because the chocolate is amongst the best. Even if its only for a few pieces of my favorites or a bar. These are balanced, refined taste, and the smoothest anywhere. The shop at Fulton Center is small but has the regular chocolates ( none of ice cream that iscon Madison Ave ) and friendly.
