Milkshakes and scoops. 🙌🏻 The Wicked chocolate is an amazing spiced chocolate icecream with a hint of cinnamon. Also highly recommend the mint chip and gingersnap vanilla.Excellent service, quick and friendly.

Definitely an interesting range of flavours if not all of them! They had mocha, cinnamon chocolate, fruity sorbets, chocolate peppermint, salty caramel and quite a few other interesting flavours. Sadly they didn’t have enough chocolate only flavours but it was because the supplies had run out. I tried the peppermint chocolate which was a pretty big scoop for 4.49$ - going to come back for other flavours!

A really convenient place to grab some ice cream after a meal in grand central. I probably wouldnt go out of my way to come here though. My pumpkin spice scoop was average, and the service wasnt that amazing. Pretty average place.

There were only a couple of very basic ice cream flavors that were kind of expensive. also, don’t get the salted caramel flavor because it was so bad i couldn’t even eat it (tasted like just salt). however, the workers were very nice and were quick to help me.

Do not get the lemon verbena - its disgusting, tastes like a stale bland vanilla. No lemon. The cone tasted stale too. The employee explained how to use my debit card to pay - seriously?? Who doesnt know how to use a debit card?

Came for the ice cream sundae and left with disappointment. The staff worker had to remake my sundae twice, forgot the banana, and said they had no more bananas. I was still charged full price and with no effort to amend the situation. $8 for two scoops and 2 toppings.

I love stopping here late at night while I wait for my train home. Though the flavours are constantly changing, and not always for the better. Pretty good ice cream though.

Tried 2 scoops of the Wicked ice cream topped with crushed peanut butter cookie. So good. Could have had just one scoop and would have been enough. Would definitely go again.

Came here for lunch, and ordered the Scandinavian Crepe. I did like it. The 3 star rating is because the crepe was a previously made crepe that was reheated. I do understand that the fast-paced nature of grand central was most likely the reasoning behind using reheated crepes, but it does take away from the perceived freshness of the meal a bit.

So disappointed for having my favorite ice cream at this location. I used to go to the one on Lafayette St until they closed the location. I used to go to its dumbo location for chocolate all the time when it was the only location. They had really friendly staff with good service at both locations. And huge serving of ice cream. Because grand central was the closest, I finally braved the nasty crowdedness of Grand Central to have my favorite ice cream with friends from out of town. The staff was not exactly the most pleasant. Although I can understand the stress that could bring due to high traffic and the location, I was a little surprised as well as annoyed. The price was substantially higher and portion smaller. Despige that I believe every one of the 9 scoops tasted very good...except mine. My ice cream flavor looked like the surface was a bit dried up and aged, but the server didn’t bother skimming the top off and gave me all the old nasty freezer flavored ice cream...not what I expect from Jacques Torres...or anyone who commands $5 a scoop for ice cream...disappointed.

I will first say that their ice cream is delicious - especially their signature triple espresso mocha - creamy and flavorful. It takes more than just great ice cream though to have a successful business, and the employees there dont care a bit. They are rude, uninterested, and inconsiderate - you are lucky if they even say a word to you the entire time, and if they do, its usually short and uninterested. That alone will keep me away from this place because there is plenty of ice cream in NYC! Otherwise I would be frequenting this place once or twice a week.

Very poor service. The staff was very rude. I wanted two scoops and the lady gave me two scoops in two different cups. I asked her to put them in one cup because it is 4 dollars less expensive. She was very disgusted by my request, gave me an ice cream which looked like nothing, half of it spilled on the margins and she also touched it with her hands. Very disappointed

I tried to get a sandwich 3 days in the row and each time i went there i was told the sandwiches are not ready, 12:30pm in the center of Manhattan in the middle of the week!!! The employs are rude and make no effort to help the customers. The worse experience ever...I wish i could try a sandwich, they do look good...but the staff has no interest helping you!!!

Four staff members at the counter ignored me as I was the only customer at the counter. I was waiting to be asked if I needed help, what I got was quick eye contact with a dirty look and being ignored. Will never go back. Poor manners.

Ever wonder why almost all the employees are quitting left and right. Maybe the CEO’s should be looking into management. They should’ve just gotten rid of both those managers all together and hire a whole new sets of managers, they’re rude, curse you out, talked about you, makes fun of you, call you names, sit in the back and don’t do nothing, lazy, intimidates the workers so no one ever speaks up bc of fear of what they might do to them. ((but pretend like I they’re all good whenever big bosses comes around)), & if they don’t like one of the workers they claim the register is short everyday so you can get a write up, & then asked you to pay up the money it’s short of to them!!!, then fires you, or tries to get a employee to lie on another worker. Or most likely people realize how bad they’re being treated and quit after a short time being there.....the manager that’s there (Janise i believe) now most times always brings her daughter to work, whom sits in the back for up to 8 hours sometimes until her mother gets off work, and if I’m right you’re not supposed bring/have your child at work.That last manger that was there set up one of the employees to get jump while she was working, in the back of the store, by a grown woman that used to work in CM, it wasn’t reported bc she didn’t wanted to get in trouble, but threatened to fire the poor girl for causing commotions & “making the store looks bad” whole time it was her. (But she quit I heard), she didn’t like the girl so she and the other manager set her up and act like they didn’t do anything..........It’s a great place but every time someone new gets hired they quit just after being started, and everyone has the same thing to say about them, should have a small meetings with all the employees bc most of them didn’t deserved to get fired or quit, that’s one of the reasons the store has a bad rep👌🏾, if the employees are being treated unfairly all the time it shows in their customer service.

When you pay almost 8 dollars for a poor crêpe with some caramel sauce. On the menu they said Salted caramel crêpe with vanille ice cream .... We are still waiting for our vanilla icre cream .... ???? We asked the girl at the counter and she said it was extra .. Like either she was stupid or maybe you should change your menu! And as a French person I felt insulted by the quality of the crêpe!

The staff was more interested in talking with each other then helping the long line of customers. I ordered a smoothie. The associate assumed I didn’t want a banana in it. I ordered it as the Romeu said it is made with a banana. When I called her out on this she became very annoyed and another associate stepped in to take over. Very rude staff.

Went here at 12 noon two days in a row and tried to get a sandwich without luck. The first day I asked when will the sandwiches be ready the employee who looked like she wanted to smack me for asking anything mumbled I dont know and walked away. The second time I asked how long until they make the sandwiches (its noon btw on a Thursday... In Grand Central) a different employee who couldnt care less said a half hour! Who manages this place, its pathetic.

Love chocolate covered marshmallows!Square marshmallow coated with bitter chocolate. The container is also a rod-shaped cuboid and is bulky or less than $10. It doesnt stop if you eat it without being too sweet.NY souvenirs are always this.
