I hired Chocolate Fountain Fantasies for my wedding. The service was great from start to finish! The chocolate fountain looked great, and everyone was enjoying it! I would recommend Chocolate Fountain Fantasies for weddings, parties, birthdays, or any occasion!

This company was hired to do desserts for a wedding reception for us back in the fall. Upon initial contact with Laura (or Lauren) on the phone the conversation quickly had a few inappropriate comments in it that were made, perhaps a poor attempt of humor nonetheless it was a sign of things to come. As our party neared, the company made no attempts to respond to our e-mails in a timely manner. I can totally understand a delay but to not reply after several attempts was just poor business practices. The day of the reception arrived and the companys employees showed up on time but seemed somewhat frustrated. This would later manifest into an argument with our event staff and Fountain Fantasies. Some pretty harsh words were exchanged and when the reception was over the event staff told us never to have them back in their facility again. It was very sad and disappointing that what was supposed to be so easy and fun turned into a nightmare for all parties involved. I would not recommend this company.
