I take my BMW here once a year for a full platinum detailing. I have a biege interior and need everything extensively cleaned. The job the team does here is perfect; I wont take my car anywhere else. Stefano is the best. They took my g55 and completely brought it back to life and practically looks brand new.. The pricing is very very fair. The work takes time, but the details they put into everything is unlike any shops I have ever used in the past. His body shop is also top notch. They had to a number of paint repairs and rust work that any other place would have done poorly or charged some ridiculous amount. I will use them for all of my cars going forward.

I cant say enough about Stefano, Stevie and the AutoCraft NYC team! I initially bought an 05 MB E55 in for a full detail job that was done impeccably. Nicks and scratches were taken care of and he pointed out a fog light wire that was loose.Next, up he sorted and totally went thru ALL the wiring of an 89 Maserati 430 (which is not an easy thing to do lol). He sourced the cause of 2 parasitic battery drains, fixed some corroded connections around fuse box, installed a fog light that was falling apart, dealt with a fuel pump without power, etc. Additionally, his communication was exceptional: sent video of issues that popped up, called to inform of progress on the job AND checked in to see how things were performing after he was finished. Next up, will be an audio upgradeHonest, timely and highly skilled , highly recommended!

Got my windows Tinted there on my Subaru Forester, Stefano set it up and when I got there Fabian took care of me, set me up with the entertainment in the break room while my windows were done. Felt very comfortable and taken care of from the phone call with Stefano until the job was perfectly executed. Stefano and AutoCraft are thorough, smart, honest and fast! Brought in my 911 Turbo Cabriolet for a malfunctioning engine compartment fan. After Porsche Manhattan diagnosed it saying it was a broken fan and relays, it turned out to be fuses hidden behind the convertible top! Stefano fixed it while I waited and saved me $100s of dollars. Very honest and reliable!!!!Also does amazing custom work so I having restore my leather interior, replacing my convertible top and cant recommend them enough!!!!

Awesome place for car wash! Highly recommended. Our car was not washed for six months. They washed the car for an hour almost and it looked brand new! Except that they just vacuum it inside, unless you go for the detailing. 40$ is worth totally.

I was of course nervous about bringing my brand new Land Rover Discovery Sport to anyone and have them take her apart. I went in to see what suggestions they had to improve the audio system. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and explain the various options. It was clear that they knew exactly what they were talking about and made recommendations that were on point. I had a subwoofer installed along with amp, and speaker upgrades. Sounds great, looks like a factory install and at a very fair price.Ive since gone back and had them remove the stupid brand badges on the back, smoke/tint my rear lights and also paint a factory part that didnt match the rest of the truck. They matched the paint perfectly.Now Im hooked. Ill be back for more work without a doubt.

I am a return customer. Brought my 2006 911 Carrera to Stephan a few years ago, and he did a terrific job. This time around I brought my classic 1989 911 Carrera In for an updated radio and Amp. Tony, one of Stephans technicians worked on it for about two hours. What I appreciated was that Stephan would stop by and looked in on how the installation was going. Once finished, Tony and I sat in the vehicle and tested everything to my satisfaction. The cost, although a little expensive, was worth it. The installation was a complete success. Took in my wifes Mercedes-Benz GL450 into AutoCraft. It was a midnight blue with tan interior that she loves and always wanted. My guy Stefano had his team wrap it in red with black accents and a new set of wheels and she melted. Her dream vehicle color of midnight blue was a thing of the past. Adding push start, a modern alarm system which is connected to her phone with a host a small touches here and there... Wow guys! Just impressive. Skip your overpriced dealership with B quality work. Stefano and his team are great. They fixed the rear back up Cam and installed a blindside indicator system on my 2012 Subaru. I was a little scared because he does a lot of work on high end cars. But i could not of had a better experience, he can his team took great care of me and my pedestrian car.

I brought my car in with a few pretty complicated electronic issues. Stefano assured me hed be able to fix everything. I was a bit skeptical at first because the dealer couldnt fix them, let alone find the source of the issue. After hours of diagnosis stefano was able to identify the issues. Now everything works perfectly, even better than before. Stefano communicated every step and action with me so I was always up to speed with the status of the repairs. I was expecting a huge bill based on the number of hours he put into the car, but he was reasonable and worked with me on his fee. I will be going back to autocraft and Stefano for any future repairs.

Put a convertible top on my Alfa Romeo 2 weeks later when I really looked at the topI realized it wasnt on straight I went back to him and his worker said there was too much material on one side and not enough on the other side . He got in the car and fixed it afterwards but probably will never go back there again

Clean professional shop. I had a hidden radar detector put in. They did my tints and also orderd and installed my HRE Rims. Loved these guys work and craftsmanship. Two thumbs up.

These guys have been great to work with since day one. I reached out online and I got an immediate call, which to me was unusual for an auto shop but since they were the first ones to respond ( I contacted many at the same time) I gave them a shot and I am so glad I did. I was expecting them to not be busy due to the fast response but that was actually not the case at all. They were jammed packed with a bunch of nice cars getting work done and was actually quite impressive. They did a handful of things to my car and made sure I got exactly what I wanted and didnt try to sell me and in fact was actually strategizing with me on how to do things the right way at the most cost efficient way possible. Since I started going here a year ago, I have not let anyone touch my car and Ive been back to them approximately 6 times for work to be done. Every time they work around my schedule and even one time the owner himself took a cab to my garage and got my car to take it in because I was at work and couldnt get away but needed work done before I needed it again for a weekend trip. Great crew all the way around and very professional. I would let them work on my honda and my porsche, Definitely recommend if you are curious.

They did the whole inside and its looks NEW. 2010 Minivan! THEN the guy delivers it (no charge) to my midtown east garage.He was supposed to detail the outside which is loaded with scratches and small dents and gasoline stains. When I went to look at the car, it didnt look much different on the outside.Then next morning I get a call from him and he says hes coming to pickup the car because they didnt FINISH the night before...The thing looks great. Had my BMW M235xi tint done as well a Expel paint protection on the whole nose. Top notch stuff came out really good. The new place is really nice they just relocated from 25th and 10th which they were there for many years. I had been there with my old Evo X MR a few times. The owners name is Stefano super nice very knowledgeable guy. Im about to have a very high end radar and Laser jamming system installed. I was looking at some of the other cars they were working ( Porsche 911 turbo & Ferrari 488 GTB spider insane ) They do super clean and neat installs with all the cabling & concealing. I had just purchased a 2017 Porsche targa 4 GTS and I wanted to have a Max Escort 360 radar and ALP jammer installed. I did a bunch of research on the system and I tried to find an installer in NYC. I emailed 3 locations and the first to get back to me was Autocraft. The owner Stefano called me from his family vacation and had the head tech Peter call me 10 minutes later. It took 2 days to hear back from 1 of the other businesses and this guy (Stefano) called me from his vacation. That’s the kind of guy I want to work with.They did the install and it was perfect. After living with the placement of the display for a few weeks I called and asked if we could re-locate it, which they did at no additional cost. I also had them do a clear bra on the car and they did an incredible job.During my time at the shop they were working on everything from lamborghinis, to Porsche’s, to 70’s land rovers to M5’s. These guys can do anything.I would recommend them to anyone for anything auto related. My friend just purchased a 2017 turbo S and had the same system installed on his car. And they again did a great job. I’m now having them upgrade the stereo on my 2013 Boxter S.
