Dope, ethnically diverse staff with great energy who are extremely helpful. They bring great professionalism and serve their customers well. The store itself is basically Disneyland for Leica nerds… and I’m a Leica nerd 🤷🏽‍♂️ What more could ya want?

I found two Serie VI filters for my Leicaflex Standard Mark IIs 50mm Summicron Mark I. VERY nice personnel in the store who know not only the new Leicas, but also the used ones on premise. I was even able to try a Leica M-A with the 50mm APO while there. Highly recommend a visit there!

Visited here several times and Michael is always nice helping out. But sometimes I do doubt the design of Leica cameras. Why do we need to buy so many accessories just to better grasp the camera?

Everything is out of stock here. You want a case for your camera? No, you have to wait for two weeks. You want the batteries? No, they are sold out! Dont even bother to come here. What a waste of time. Do yourself a favor. Shop online!

Incredible customer service! I was in NY on vacation when my M8 battery died (and me with no charger). I took it in and Craig not only charged it for me, but lent me a battery for the day (so I didn’t need to wait around) and even charged up a spare just in case.

Called in to place an order for a Q2 and SL2.I was so thankful to have Ulas help. He was knowledgeable and kept me in the loop via e-mail as to shipping dates and stock availabilities. All of his estimates on timeframe were correct.Id like to think it was his help along with going through with my local Leica branch that got me the Q2 and SL2 when every other vendor has had them heavily backordered.

Leica dont seem to have a great email answering process for enquiries to their website. I wrote twice with two questions about the possible purchase of an M10 and lenses and both emails went unanswered. Great cameras not so great client service.Since writing this I called the store and spoke to a great service orientated member of staff called Elliot. He was helpful and able to answer my questions AND thanks to some quick thinking on his part he got me an M10 in the colour I was looking for. Timing is everything and Elliot is a star. Thanks!

Walked in on my way to the Apple Store to pick up a strap for my Leica. They were all behind glass I looked for a while wanted to try a few. One salesperson is telling a woman that Leica is only known for its manual cameras but she obviously is looking for something automatic (good job). We wait and wait an employee asks a person that just walked in if they needed help. We walked out and bought my stuff online. Good job.

I live in a small town, so a stop here is a pilgrimage of sorts. I came to NYC to pick up a couple of M lenses including a Noctilux. Craig was super helpful and got me coached up with this touchy f/0.95 lens. After leaving, I realized that I left my hot shoe cover on the counter. I called back to the store and Craig ran on foot down Broadway to catch me in my Uber to give it to me. Unbelievable customer service! Thank you!

I live in the neighborhood and Ive been to this store twice hoping to learn more about the product and store services but both times have been completely ignored. first time at least there were other clients, today i went early and i was literally the only customer. I looked at their products for 5 min wile staff joked around with each other. Maybe there is a rule not to say hello to customers unless they say hello first.

I own a monochrome Leica and a Leica SL. I went twice to this Leica store to order accessories. Both times when I came back to pick up my order. They had forgotten to order it.The sellers seem to be really pretentious. I had the impression that they did not want to serve me.Once I put them in a Leica adapter - Fujifilm that I did not use. When I came back he claimed to have no trace of my adapter.Really the worst Leica store I have visited
