Only went here to get water because my throat was really dry, eventhough at first I didnt want to go inside because of the graffiti marks on the store, but it was close (A 1 min 🚶‍♀️) to the hotel and cold and dark so I just went inside. In the end, the water tasted really GREAT, but the store needs a makeover.

Staff dont wear masks or when they do its on improperly. They overcharge for smoothies that have no taste.

I made a large order from this location that went very wrong. Thats not out of the norm for delivery in this area. The reason Im writing this review is the restaurants dishonesty, poor attitude, and unwillingness to fix the problem.I first called the restaurant about 15 minutes after the delivery window ended to make sure the driver knew where he was going. I was told he already left. At 30 minutes, I called again and they informed me the driver had just left. The order, which was just sandwiches and coffee, took 1 hour and 40 minutes to get a few blocks.Then, they sent the wrong items. I called them to ask them to send the right items and they said it would take another hour... for coffee. I said fine. 90 minutes later they said that they thought I didnt want it. I said i wanted it. 1 hour later I called and they informed me their only delivery driver was now in Brooklyn. Why would a driver be so outsize of their delivery zone? I said fine, send it when he gets back. 90 minutes later I called and they said they could no longer send it as the driver got injured. Really? How does that sound to you?Also, the driver did not put the order in any insulated bags so the coffee and the sandwiches were cold.This place is a nightmare. Dont order from them.

They have great beer keg selection. have ordered from them couple of times & always had a seamless experience.

I have never ordered from them but I watched the entire staff be very rude and confrontational with one of their customers. I saw firsthand, that they dont conduct business well. The way they treated that customer, I would never order from them.

I ordered at 12:30 am and waited and am still currently for the last hour and 20 minutes. The employees stopped picking up the phone and hung up on me when I asked them to track my order through GrubHub. They also were rude, rather than accommodating to the inconveniences they implemented on me.

Would have loved to have been able to check it out, however there is ZERO space for a stroller. Not kid friendly at all.Hello,people! Alot of people have kids in strollers nowadays. May be time to change the outline of the store,maybe? I know they offer delivery,but without being able to walk in, I have no idea what they offer and at what prices. Shame.

Ordered a deli sandwich and the meat wasn’t regular deli meat I don’t even know what kind it was. Some slimy processed turkey. I had to throw the whole sandwich away. Never again!

They are very rude and bad customer service. I ordered salmon bagel , they put in old black color salmon, when I told them, They said what ever nothing wrong with that and hang up the phone my face.
