We recently purchased an Oslo sofa wall bed for our extra bedroom and are amazed how much space we have gained while also increasing storage. The installers were professional and efficient.

The bed is a marvel and worth the many hours it took to install. There was a glitch with a damaged part but I reached out to the owner, by phone, and he immediately resolved the issue. I am very satisfied and the bed is awesome.

The shelving units and pop-out beds we had installed in our apartment transformed a useless basement into a cozy guest suite! They added some much needed storage, and the beds have held up to some rough play.

Our dining room area in our 1 bedroom apartment, with the help of Resource Furniture, functions as both a guest room and dining room. We purchased a Murphy Bed and Plurimo table. When we had a dinner party for 11 guests, they were absolutely amazed as we moved the table to the middle of the room and opened it to be able to seat 8 people. In addition, there is a table that can be opened when the murphy bed is closed so we had plenty of seating for everyone.

Beautifully made furniture for small apartments. I purchased a bunk bed from them, they delivered and built the unit in the bedroom, with lifetime guarantee. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. The only negative is that everything is quite pricey. But there is no competition, no other business delivering this type of furniture with a show room in the whole North East. They are conveniently located at the upper East side of Manhattan, you can see and try most everything available online.

Products are good , horrible experience ,Passed by the store early August , was told items would be installed and delivered mid to end of August if payed in full. Purchased the times , end of August comes and no items was delivered or installed , I call them to check what is happening, excuse of shipping was given and installation would be early days of September ,I have agreed to their new delivery schedule , early September comes they did not show up for installation , it has been 3times they have cancelled on me and could not deliver the products.Seems to be a nightmare dealing with them with constant false dates given for installation ,I have not received my product till this date, and can’t rely on them what so ever , payment was given to them in full .I definitely do not recommend dealing with them what so ever , frustrating and constant false information is given to customer.

The furniture is top-notch. Very well designed & with immaculate finishing. I had the space savers imported to Australia. The staff are very professional & courteous. The staff take a personal interest in delighting the Customer.

Fantastic furniture that is multi purpose. Must see to believeI wanted everything.

This place has amazing furniture: versatile, quality, unusual etc. However, the sales process, the ordering process, the delivery and installation process are dreadful and frustrating beyond words. After waiting for 16 weeks for furniture I was told would take 8-10 weeks, you have to pay in full sight unseen before they will even schedule a delivery date. Then the furniture you paid a small fortune for and that they came and measured for is completely wrong. What was suppose to be a freestanding unit (because what else would you purchase for an apartment you were planning to be in for no more than a year) isnt, the door that was suppose to completely hide the TV doesnt, the sonos playbar doesnt fit in the space designed for it and they politely inform you they have to cut off your baseboard on your rental apartment. No one seemed to care and of course remember YOU HAVE PAID IN FULL so there is no recourse. A total waste of time, energy and money. I would try and find this very cool furniture elsewhere and not deal with Resource Furniture!!!
