Super helpful and friendly staff. Maria was super sweet and helpful. She helped me find everything that I needed. She helped me set up my pro account. I loaded up on my favorite shampoo and conditioner hydrate by pureology. And all of my favorite redken styling products. She took her time and helped me pick out a pair of shears.Thank you for your help.

Horrible experience. I went in to purchase a pair of shears for school. Told the woman I’m attending ABI in Manhattan. She was very rude. Said to me I need proof of my student ID. I had walked from school didn’t have the ID on me. and was in the middle of class. I even got my instructor on the phone to verify who I was and to verify that I was in fact a student. She was rude and started helping another customer. When I said I have my teacher on the phone. She said in a rude voice. That she was helping a costumer. When in fact I was the costumer. I will never go back. Not a way to treat someone that was going to spend more at your store.

Could not find the Redken store at it usual 5th Ave address. Have you moved?

They are highly organized and have great sales.
