Completely unprofessional, combative for no reason, guess they don’t like “my business”

Unprofessional. I emailed them several times to order a banner and was very specific in what I wanted. Two of the emails bounced from their end (server issues?) so I called after not hearing from them. The man who picked up the phone did not address himself or the company and later identified himself as Mohamed, the founder of the company apparently (and person I had been emailing with earlier). The entire time I was on the phone with him, he seemed distracted and sounded like he was waking up from a bad hangover. After finally confirming the quote and how to submit a design, he told me he would send a quote via email. Well... that email never arrived. Now I just wasted a week of my time going back and forth with these guys. I sure hope Mr. Mohamed doesnt treat all of his customers this way!
