This is the third vehicle that I have leased from MB Manhattan. Overall,, The quality of their service is excellent. This time however I was surprised with a pre-delivery fault with the tailgate which did not get picked up prior to delivery. That said, Gregory did a great job in resolving the issues. First, I was delivered a loaner without any fuss while the new car was returned for repair. Because of the current situation With the shortage of parts, there was a delay in the repair. My initial experience at this location was terrible. I received no one on one service or attention you expect to receive when you own such a luxury vehicle. I went in for a tire change and needed a loaner for a funeral and unfortunately they dealership didnt care to try and assist me with finding a loaner or car rental services. After talking with Patrick on site he wasnt able to get me a car that day BUT he ensured me hed be my point of contact and take care of me going further and he hasnt went back on his word since! Definitely turned my experience around because I was on my way to BMW after that initial encounter haha

Dealership never returns phone calls.Delivered 2021 G550 with screw in tire. Contacted Mercedes-Benz Manhattan dealership, Jonathan Herbert & Stephen Ackerman, and had zero response. However, Stephen Ackerman had called many times and left messages concerned about getting 10s on his/dealerships review because a 9 would be a problem with MB-USA.Amusing the reply to this review says to call, after Ive called over 10 times.

RUN! Unprofessional & Rude Con Artist.It felt like I was talking to criminals with an odd sense of entitlement, trying to set me up or something. They had no interest in helping just my money.Hung up on me after I told him to relax for yelling at me, because I was fed up by there attitudes by the fourth phone call.Called Four different times; Asked about parts for my car (4 different parts).Each time I was transferred to the men in service (not the front desk person who schedules you for a service; The parts people who I believe are also the sales men).I was spoken to with an aggressive and nasty “get to the point” type of attitude, that brought up a sense of immediate distrust. I’m pretty quick with responses and am always polite; So to me the entire approach of each man was very uncalled for.Here I am asking the most simple questions and getting snarky answers like “yea, probably” and “It’s not in front of me it’s downstairs, I’m not getting it” and my favorite “bring $1000 that’ll do it” for a fix I was quoted “$500” at a different Mercedes dealership for.These guys will cut your throat and take all your money given the chance. I’d avoid this business.

Now, of course there is no way that buying a luxury car shouldn’t be a lovely experience from end to end - but I haven’t found that to always be the case. I came here to have them look at my passenger rear tire for not holding air. The tire itself only had a few thousand miles on it, so I figured it was some form of puncture. A few hours later, they call me and told me it was a nail and that the tire would need replacement. Totally fine - I pay and take the car home. A few days later, I notice the new tire is low again. I take it back in and they tell me that the tire has a nail in it. It turns out they replaced the driver rear tire instead of the passenger rear tire. First, they blame me for misremembering, even though the invoice clearly states customer states passenger rear tire does not hold air. When I point that out on the invoice, they change their story to both tires had nails in them so they both need to be replaced, despite there being zero evidence of leaking from the driver rear tire. I requested to meet with the service department manager, who in turn stood by the mechanics decision to replace the tire that was fine and not touch the one I had requested to have repaired. So many opportunities to make this right, and they failed miserably.

I met James Park at this dealer, he is very professional and patient, he showed me all the details and options. Because my order is very special, it took a long time to complete the order, James kept me posted for all the updates. It’s worth to wait a period to receive your dream car. I will definitely buy another new MB from JAMES PARK at MB Manhattan.

How is this Benz ranked 4 stars, I will never understand.I have been leasing two vehicles, for over 6 years, and recently financed the last one - later to find out by one of their own salesmen what a typical mistake I made(!) - NEVER FINANCE THE CAR YOU LEASEDRegardless, the experience would have been smoothened if they had done a good job communicating and offering luxury brand services throughout. They didnt. They havent.Over the course of the Fall 2020, the car stayed in the shop for more than 2 months overall. With rodent infested damages that, to this date - Sep 2021 - I am still discovering related negligence on their end that they did not take care properly. I have since, of course, taken the vehicle elsewhere for repairs.Poor communication from their service department and absolutely no high quality service was offered. They did not provide any updates, until after I would chase them down. They would even lie about dates and status of repairs. Speaking to multiple people, I would get different feedback. Not a courtesy vehicle, reimbursement, convenience fees or even decent wash was offered. Not that it would have mattered after a point, but not even an efforts was made.In six years, not once did I get any of my cars properly washed - which is a minor thing. But it still bugs me a little bit because we are talking about a luxury brandIn the end, over the course of the years, I never felt valued as a customer, almost never felt I was treated courteously, and absolutely never felt I received high standards level of service or experience. There was always something. And no, I am not a demanding customer. Just deeply disappointed.

My salesperson @ Mercedes of Manhattan,Gregory Gazzola , and Sebastian the sales associate, were kind, knowledgeable, professional, and very patient . They both tried and were effective in helping me choose the most beneficial financing for my new car and introduced me to all of the new technologies that my Mercedes had to offer. Since I am technologically impaired, they were terrific! I got it! Thank you Greg! Sebastian too!

Absolutely one of the best if not the best location for both Sales and Service. I have visited other locations before and my first 2 Mercedes purchases were from another location. I have consulted with other locations throughout the years and though they are good, Mercedes Benz of Manhattan is simply the best in offers, options, client experience and overall the professionals’ helpfulness and knowledge in my opinion are unmatched. I have now purchased 5 vehicles from the Manhattan location and will never shop elsewhere. I have referred colleagues and friends. For me it’s Mercedes Benz of Manhattan, “The Best or Nothing”.

My experience at Mercedes-Benz Manhattan was tremendous! Me and my Girlfriend was help by Lidia and she was great . She helped us with everything we needed. We definitely left as satisfied customers.

I recently purchased a CPO 2018 S560. The sales person was extremely helpful in arranging a test drive and facilitating the transaction. We agreed upon a monthly payment. However upon finalizing the deal with the finace manager the payments increased. I feel this was a shady practice used by run of the noticed mill used car dealers. The finance manager was not patient with explaining some of the fine print within the contract. I was also in the dealership all day from opening to an hour before closing. Way too long of a day. I took delivery of the vehicle and immediately noticed some issues with the vehicle that need to be repaired. I was not able to determine these problems on the test drive. I feel this car was not given the proper once over before being offered as a CPO vehicle. Subsequently I have to wait for an appointment to have these issues rectified. The appointment is 3 weeks away and that will put me out of range to utilize the CPO exchange option. This is very frustrating. Ive tried unsuccessfully to reach a manager. Again it seems like a very shady practice. I hoping for a resolution. This is unacceptable behavior from a company such a Mercedes Benz.

My experience with MB Manhattan was incredible from the first inquiry to the day I was able to pick up my car at the dealership. Tom Shanley and Ian Cumpata were there to answer every question along the way and kept me updated on everything. The customer service and professionalism shown to me at the dealership is what makes MB Manhattan the best, hands down. I am ecstatic with my car, decision to choose MB Manhattan as my dealership, and I thank Tom and Ian for all of their hard work and dedication. Can’t wait to see where my MB journey takes me when my lease is up, the only sure thing is that it will be with MB Manhattan again!

Wanted to grab a bottle of washer fluid on my way to work. Politely asked the parts department to fetch one for me and was told to wait. Who would have thunk buying a bottle of water would take more than a half hour. Extremely inefficient.

I have yet to have a better experience working with a service facility. The entire process was seamless and well done. Big salute to Marco for being so easy to work with and expertly guiding me through the process.

BY FAR, the best experience I have had purchasing a car. I went in after scheduling an appointment to check out a 2021 AMG C43. I test drove the car and I fell in love with it right away. I decided to purchase the car and Mike made the process super simple. I was out with the car within 2-3 hours after arriving to dealership the SAME DAY! I would say DO NOT GO TO ANY DEALERSHIP and go directly to the SOURCE!-ALSO BY FAR THE BEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT AS WELL!! I was helped by MARCOS regarding a flat tire issue and he is good at his job! He got me out of there as soon as he could! I appreciate the Mercedes of Manhattan team!

Matthew in the collision department at Mercedes Benz was so helpful from the get go. Met us in the service area, and took care of everything. ( after my fender bender) I have my beautiful Benz back to me in perfect condition. I couldn’t be happier!

Last week I bought my vehicle in for service at the Mercedes Benz on 11 ave in Manhattan, at first I was hesitant going to a dealership not knowing what was going to happen. I received a phone call from a gentleman name Tarzan Guinness, he explained every detail u needed to know about my vehicle every question I had he took his time to explain and let me know that everything was going to get fixed and done in a timely manner, I do not feel any type of pressure when it came down to getting my vehicle fixed. When I needed some help with my extended warranty Mr. Guinness went above and beyond to get me the services I needed. Mr. Guinness was professional, knowledge and genuine when it came down to get at me the help I need it for my car. If I ever need any assistance with my vehicle or anyone I know who owns a Mercedes Benz I will always recommend Manhattan location on 11 ave.

David went above and beyond. Wheeling around his broken foot on a scooter didn’t prevent him from skipping a single beat. David was “running” back and forth, going up and down to make sure things got done. Highly recommend working with him especially if you except a high level of professionalism. The sales person, Mike Giordano, was super to work with. He was not pushy, and was knowledgeable and very accommodating. We felt very confident that the certified used car we were considering was top quality. All interactions with him and his manager were friendly, smooth and professional.

Mercedes-Benz Manhattan was amazing. I did most of the leg work remotely over phone which included text and phone calls. The response time was impeccable. It reduced soooo much time compared to my previous experience of being in a dealership for hours. I went in, and I was out in under an hour. Top notch quality and professionalism. I couldnt have had a better experience. Highly recommend this location. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!!

I feel for the supposedly high standards of the name and product of Mercedes Benz, this dealership is from that! I have requested to speak to the people/or person incharge of the dealership; i think its easier to sit with the Pope or president of USA. I have taken my car twice there with issues both times. The people there act as if we are bothering them. I have requested for management to call me several times, but noone calls back. Moving forward i will not go there again and will tell everyone not to go.

Jamali is super supportive and helpful. My dream car finally arrived.

Working with Elaine Velez is an absolute pleasure from start to finish. She is knowledgeable and experienced but not aggressive or pushy. Highly recommended!
