Excellent showroom. We heard magnepans at lyric and it felt like we were listening to music with new ears. 7 years later, it’s one of the best purchases we ever made.

Fantastic service and great experience. They helped me return an old set of QC 25 headphones that had faulty hearing in one side for a new - limited edition - pair. They also set me up with a great warranty plan. All of the gentlemen in the store were extremely helpful, attentive, and kind. Thank you so much!!!

They were honest and directed me to Apple since the cost to fix my phone was going to be high enough to not be worth it. I had no idea and was willing to pay. BEEN GOING TO LYRIC SINCE THE 80S. BOB FROM LYRIC WAS ALWAYS HELPFUL. PURCHASED MY 805S THERE. AFTER GETTING MARRIED AND MOVING TO ANOTHER STATE, I STILL DROVE TO NYC TO MAKE PURCHASES AT LYRIC. THEY TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT, AND NO MATTER YOUR BUDGET THEY ALWAYS ACCOMODATING TO THE CONSUMER.

Coming from Orlando, FL, I found this small shop after a visit to the Met. As soon as I walked in I knew I wouldnt have enough to buy any of their amazing inventory (other than some cables), but still decided to have a listen to some of their headphones. I was blown away by some grados and Mike saw the look on my face. He offered to show me something, knowing that I wasnt in the market for anything new. The rest was history from there. Long story short, I havent heard the Beatles (one of my favorite bands) until today. He brought me in to a listening studio, along with me and my pals, and had us listen to some towers by Alex. Absolutely an amazing sound. Thank you Mike for the amazing experience, and if you are in the area and are ready to be blown away, stop by. These guys are amazing. Hands down. Ill be ordering from my home in Orlando very soon.

Good equipment but rude condescending used car salesman tactics. The have the audacity to demand list price when its possible to get a substantial discount elsewhere. Too much sales pressure. A $35K-45K component requires a careful decision, not some rush to decide this minute. They get 1 star for having good products. Everything else is negative.

No stars the salesman was to put it bluntly was an a****** didnt listen to me didnt care to listen to me I left my advice is to visit any number places other than that one if you want to spend your money wisely

Such a terrible person haha. Lenny (I think that was his name) was so obnoxious and condescending. If it wasnt his way, you were kicked out to the curb. Things like this makes me sick, I used to be a season ticket holder to Carnegie Hall, but now I am not because every time I go there I want to turn the volume up - what the heck is that about?!? 2 channel audio is trying to mimic those venues lol... No person in the world would say they rather listen to their stereo over a live show - NO ONE!!! He is insane.And then we told him we want to audition my power cord vs his Nordost power cord he had there with their rep present, and he refused. So we took it home and did the comparison at my house where we heard that our PS Audio power cord was the champion. So we returned the next day and shared our results, and he said if you dont like that cord, you wont like anything in this store and he kicked us out lol... So terrible!!!

Hearing ago. I met Michael, now passed. He was all business and knowledgeable. Pricey gear was their forte, but he directed me to equipment fount elsewhere being from SoCal where Michaels are rare if available. They sold me little gear but were key to my decades of audiophilia. I met a man in Singapore who knew of Michael and Lyric.

We are geezers and when we threw out our old hi fi set, we hired Lyric to install a total home theater including wide screen TV, speakers, radio and stereo. They sold us all the gear and installed it. It has worked wonderfully well for years. The TV is connected to the speaker and we have over 1500 CDs on iPod; everything is on one remote. The only issue we have is that programming is expensive and when something goes wrong it can take a while and a bit of money to fix. We are currently having our iPod fixed, but this is a great system and Bob at Lyric is always available for consults and help.

The technical support pf this store was great, I had problems on a Bose headphone that I bought some time ago and the assistant called support for me and after a few minutes gave me a new one.
