Epic Systems was not the least expensive but they were by far the most organized and skilled company I have ever worked with. They upgraded my Control4 system, added in touch panels, and installed an outdoor TV which is incredible. They showed up on time, the crew was professional and they respected my home. I love the new Remote controls and my Legacy speakers are the best I have ever heard.

Writing this review to express the positive experience I had with Bright Home Theater. They updated my Crestron system with new touch panels and remote controls, all-new Lutron shades, and a whole-house network and audio system.

I hired the Bright Home Theater company based on a referral from a friend. They installed Lutron shades and a control4 system in my nyc apartment. I am more then pleased with the way they handled the job. From start to finish it was excellent.

By far the best home theater company in New York City. This is the 3rd time I have hired them and I can say without a doubt, I will never hire anyone else other then Bright HT. This time they updated my Crestron System and Lutron lighting. I love these guys.

I hired Bright Home Theater to update my dedicated home theater with a Sony Projector, Kaleidescape and Legacy Speakers. the technicians were nothing short of professional and extremely knowledgable. They really knew Audio video and I am very pleased and will hire them again for all of my future projects.

We recently moved into our apartment in Tribeca NYC and there was no wiring in place. From the minute Joe and Stharling arrived I knew we hired the right Company. The Bright Home Theater guys were meticulous in their installation of my whole home audio system, speakers and Theater room. I was using 5 remotes and now we have 1 Crestron touch screen remote to control everything including the new Lutron Lighting and shades they installed. These guys are the real deal and very knowledgeable of everything Audio Video

They deserve the good review, they were great!After speaking on the phone with the owner about mounting my TV, he recommended a reasonably priced mounting unit and booked an appointment right then and there. Eric from Bright Home Theater installed the unit. He didnt rush and did a very careful and thorough job. He mounted it to our specifications and cleaned up and hide all of our cords. Eric was great to chat with as well. Great service.

Bright Home Theater is a small store with a well-curated selection of audio and visual components and a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They offer brands and products that are high quality and high value and they never try for a hard sell.I bought my new audio system from Bright and am extremely happy. I replaced the components in my existing system, one by one, and at each point Kerry and his staff took a lot of time to let me try out different options in the store and even at home. They took care to consider my budget and my music preferences when making recommendations. At no point did they try to oversell or push something of dubious value on me. In fact, they always had me start auditioning at the lower end and then let work up to the point where I felt I was getting the best performance that I felt I could afford.

Really nice boutique sound store. The chairs for listening are more comfortable than the ones in my own living room and huge windows shine light in the place. They even let us listen to our original recording through their speakers. It was really great. Loveable and sweet dog too!

I spent days in and out of this awesome little cozy shop with my girlfriend trying to decide on a new gift for our new home. We visited other hi-fi shops in the city but none compared in terms of ambiance and attention. Sure others have more selection (HUGE space requirement) but this little shop only has the best options and the pieces youll want.True we ended up raising our budget to get what we wanted but thats because our ears told us to. We havent looked back! Their attention to detail is incredible!I have seen some of their installed systems and they look impressive! I handle that side on my own so it wasnt needed but in terms of a deal and value, we are VERY happy and will return there for future upgrades! :-)Thanks Kerry!

Ive been to there place. and there sales men have no idea what there talking about. i know someone who purchased from them. and a few months later the person had an issue with one of the the product. and they didnt wanna help not one bit. there like deal with manufactuar. and leave us alone. when only a couple of months went by. no help what so ever. whatch out bad new.
