We purchased a French door refrigerator/freezer and we absolutely love it. The ladies who assisted us were very helpful and extremely helpful. We have recommended Dryer to others and will definitely go back there the next time we need an appliance.

Ok, after reading the reviews kinda makes me a little weary about making a purchase. I have never shopped here before so Im gonna go in with a clear mind to make my purchases. I hope they do like bundle deals. I need a Refrigerator, washer and electric dryer, plus one more electric dryer. I hope they can help me Im buying for my new residence and buying my brother his dryer because he cant afford one so Im hoping they make this a pleasant experience. I have bought appliances from here before and got good prices. In the last two months I called ahead to see if they had certain products available that I needed. After telling them what I was looking for I was told they had something in my price range. I drove over there for both trips only to find out that he did not understand what I said on the phone and does not have what I’m looking for. The first time I was just like OK sometimes people just don’t hear everything. Second second time I went in and said I just called about this appliance and he says oh we don’t have that. I said I just called he said but you didn’t say he wanted that specific item. I said yes I did. And he was very rude about it. Had he been nice about it I would’ve just chalked it up to another mistake but there’s no need to be rude.

I drove from the Northshore to purchase an a/c unit. I’ve made several purchases before. I Returned because I know that I can get some really good quality merchandise for really good price. I walk to the door barely got an acknowledgment I walk along with my shopping not once did I hear if you need help anything in particular that you’re looking for I didn’t get any of this this time which was surprising to me. I found an AC unit that I really wanted but I wasn’t worth no one getting up to see what I wanted so I decided to go to Lowe’s and make the purchase from there.i Feel really bad because I sent two of my friends over there to look for a refrigerator and a dishwasher I’ll tell them to maybe just look somewhere else.

Great discounted appliances. Go here before you visit lowes, home depot, bestbuy when buying a major appliance. Why pay more when you can pay less for an appliance that has a minscule dent that is barely even visible!

Washer and dryer combo didn’t work well clothes are full on lint and makes noise. I called them 3 days after delivery to complain . Spoke to Josh today he says I have to contact GE . Make sure you get new equipment. I think this was use. Deserve no stars

I couldnt see inside the fridges(wrapped up), just the prices. I also didnt find very much difference between Drye and the big box stores so Im heading to Lowes to get what I want without the dents at the very same price. After reading the reply, I do understand and we will give Drye another reshop. These are troubling times and EVERYONE is struggling that includes the businesses that employs our neighbors

Pretty ok discounted items. Had plenty to choose between. Knowledgeable and helpful staff. Tell it like it is and truly want you to get a good deal. My wife was pleased with brand new matching pair washer dryer. I was pleased by saving four and a half big ones in the process.

I went there yesterday after work to purchase a washing machine and left after waiting 20 minutes and no one asked it i needed any help. Their service is lousy in my opinion.

Dont be fooled by discontinued models that you can be elsewhere for less. Also if they quote you a price over the phone dont be surprised when they bump it before you get there. Wont be back, Wouldnt Recommend!

This place is awesome, you can get name brand made in USA tools for less than the cost of the junk at Harbor Freight. Super Deals on mowers, weed wackers and appliances, I got super deals on a xaftsman mower and weed wacker as a set of GE Washers and Dryers plus quite a few hand tools.
