White ice in the middle of my snowball, third time in a row, i wont be going back. Stingy, no juice at all. Gross, I can stay home and eat plain ice for cheaper.. Look how dry and big chunks of ice

My go-to spot for snowballs. The drive is maybe 20 minutes away from my home and i sometimes go there at least 2x a week. Havent had any of the food items, but from what I hear its pretty good. The menu selection is large enough to never have the same snowball twice. Unless ur like me and have a few favs that I stick to between the regular and the cream snowballs. When I cant decide I just get half and half of each of my flavors. The girls(cashiers) are all friendly and welcoming as well

I bought a cherry snowball. The flavor was off and I ended up throwing it away. Ive had good snowballs in the past though...

Purchased snowballs on two occasions. Each time there were dry spots...recommend adding additional syrup to ensure full coverage.

The snowballs are awesome but the customer service is terrible. Staff are all young girls and they are rude. Also, sometimes there is more dry ice in the snowballs than juice.

This place used to be my 100% place to get my snowballs, as of the last 3 times I went the snowballs are dry and not that much juice. Prior to that they used to be fire but they fell off.

Everything is great! I try something new everytime I go whether its food or flavor of snowball. Try the snoshake or frostbite if u want a snowball but on the run and worried about eating the snoball while driving!

This has always been my favorite snowball spot but I have gotten a few lately I have gotten a few that had a big dry spot in the middle. Its sugar water... You can put a little more.

Best snowballs in town.Got a free snowball one day. I didnt know they didnt take credit card or bank card. I dont plan on doing this again. but it was very considerate of them to allow me and my son to have snowballs be anyway.Great place, great people, best soft ice snowballs in town.

Great place other than rudeness when calling in saying they messed up order and was told it would be replaced next time we came through all for it to be said no! Very bad business in that part!!

Good food. Nice staff. I accidentally drove right past the speaker and went to the payment window. She was very nice and let me order st the window even after I offered to drive back around.

The service here has gone down tremendously. I waited in the line and ordered two stuffed snowcones. When I pulled away I noticed I only received one stuffed snowcone. I turned around to get the correct order. They also did not give us extra napkins, which we had asked for. We received zero napkins. When I asked for my order to be corrected they said I owed another $0.95. Not only did they not get my order correct and waste my time, but then instead of correcting their mistake they wanted me to pay more because they said they had not charged me for it. Yet I didn’t ask for the gas money they wasted of mine because I didn’t receive the correct item & had to come back to the place.On top of that I had to knock vigorously for them to come to the window. Three people walked by us and did not open the window. I can tell you right now we will never be returning to this spot. There are more snow stands with better service and customer care.

Best flavors and really soft ice. This is the best place for a good snowball and shakes.

Ive always known a hot fudge sundae to have ice cream, hot fudge, whipped cream, and a cherry. For some reason every time I order a hot fudge sundae, they ask me if I want whipped cream and a cherry, I say yes, AND THEY DONT PUT IT! Seems easy enough to make, not sure where the problem is.

Ive visited this place many times, usually getting a sugar free coconut. Today (08-10-21), got a large. Came home, starting drinking the liquid and tasted off. Ate some of the ice, a little off. Then had a big gulp of the coconut, didnt finish it. Was bad.I called, a woman said that the sugar free coconut was good. I said that liquid didnt taste the same as the previous ones.Ok, hung up.ANOTHER REVIEWToday (10-16-21) I ordered my usual, sugar-free coconut. Driving home I noticed my cup is leaking. I wiped the yellow liquid on my pants. NOW, I have to put shout on my pants. Ill go back and get another fresh one, I think. Nope, they just put my snowball in another cup. Yes, problem solved but the precious juice that I paid for is now on my pants. I EXPECTED ANOTHER FRESH SNOWBALL in another fresh cup. Sorry customer service for a local facility that I frequent often. Per my review from 8-10-21 will start driving a little further and get one at the other snowball facility in town.

I love this place. When i visit i spend a few hours here catching up on much needed reading. I love the food and snowballs here. Theres a big selection to choose from. The service is fantastic. Their quick to wait on you and get your order out. The ladies are awesome. From the owners to the workers they chat with me every time I go. The patio area is very nice and well kept up. The employees are constantly checking & making sure the drive thru & patio are clean & clear of gatbage. Im glad they added the patio.
