I was helped by a Friendly Smile and very knowledgeable associate. Only thing I found a bit off was availability of consoles. I assume its because since covid-19 corporations have been limited as to how many they can produce. But overall I was able to get the games I was looking for. But A+ For the Assistance.

I went to gamestop the evening of September 16 to inquire about the upcoming pre-order for the PlayStation 5 and was told they would have 16 units available for initial pre-order the following day (Sept 17th) when They open. So I go the following day, get there early I was like number 8 in line, found out the night before their employees already sold 12 out of the 16 instead of waiting for the proper release date so they themselves and their friends could get it pre-ordered, this is not professional and my pre-order will be coming from somewhere else, this should not be something that happens.

These guys are freaking amazing!! The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. We had just come from another GameStop store and had a bad time, these guys really made it up to us! They told us about a current sale on funkos and used videogames. We were able to get a Nintendo switch, a couple games, and a couple pops for a decent price. Not only were these guys at the top of their game helping us, they also were above and beyond kind & understanding with issues we were having. For them to take the time & energy that they did to help us out, well definitely be shopping exclusively at this location. I cant write enough positives about the two gentlemen who helped us out. The store itself is also clean and organized, you can find exactly what youre looking for. Theres nothing cluttering the floor and makes for a great experience otherwise. The staff is also super knowledgeable and can answer questions and offer great suggestions.

I went on Thanksgiving for their black Friday sale. The store is nice and clean. It is a small store but as many people that were in there that day you were able to move around. The staff was friendly and helpful. They everything to get customers in and out smoothly.

Brennan and his team have worked together hard, diligently, and with purpose to bring this location from zero to hero. I shopped at out of town locations because service was indescribably horrific. GameStop is a great place to buy games, although pricey, the games range from older games like Nintendo cartridges, to Xbox One or Switch games. They have collectors items that you can also find in store. Happy Gaming.

They have good prices, treat me and others well, and its fun when your waiting to pickup a preordered game because small talk with them is easy, just bring up a game and you have a conversation. . One of the workers their, drake, had gotten a halo sword from the game-stop manager for the release of halo five. He didnt want it, so when i went pick up shadow of war since i preordered it ,he gave me the sword and a lord of the rings ring of power one ring for free.

Went to store a couple times and previously was an enjoyable experience... until today when we were met with a rude employee who said after today we personally would not be afforded the right to the store policy of returning games within 7 days... the employee was overall rude and very disrespectful especially when his senior employee left the store... it caused us to just walk out the store and refuse to ever give business to them ever again!
