Food doesnt taste that good anymore...my husband and I both had a rack of rids..they barely had any meat..mash potatoes were loose Mac and cheese was dry..i had to ask for more cheese sauce ...now as I set there...to my right were kids screaming and running pass my table every 30 seconds..rhe drinks were on point..i would go back just for the drinks..the bartender was really nice

Awesome Repair Shop, I had to have my car towed to them and the whole process was easy as could be and they waited 10min after the shop was closed for me to come grab my car. Fair price and very nice people. Defiantly recommend going here.

The people were nice, sounded like they knew what they were talking about, but it doesnt seem like anything in my car got fixed. I described the issues I was having with my car beforehand, and none of it got fixed. We had an expensive bill for what seemed like nothing was done at all. It just got worse. I hate giving reviews, especially poor ones, but Im very disappointed and angry about this. I could easily get into an accident because of these problems and I almost have. I just figured I would have the problems that I listed down fixed and they would look into what was wrong. Instead, I just feel like Ive gotten ripped off in the end.Be wary, Im not the only one who has had issues like this here.

Called them Monday morning asking if they could replace my windshield wiper motor that went out over the weekend, explained I had to go out of town Wednesday for my daughters spina bifida apt in new Orleans. also I have an extended warranty. lady told me they could get everything done by Tuesday. ok awesome. Driving from New Iberia to new Orleans Louisiana without windshield wipers is not wise at all. I told her i would bring my vehicle in after I ran a quick errand, called back around 1130, spoke with a man, told them I was still coming, was running behind schedule, would drop off my vehicle in about 10 minutes. well he asked what I needed done, went over everything again, he gets really annoyed saying well he doesnt know when they couldnt get to it, and how when you want other people to pay for your repairs your on their time not yours ummm excuse me??? I dont want other people to pay for my repairs I was using my extended warranty that I paid $2,000 to get when I purchased my vehicle last year. He laughed, I said never mind sir I will find someone else. I did find another company who was more than willing to help me out quickly due to my situation. The new company also informed me Dugas has been in business for 50 years but recently got a new owner, that he has received several customers going to him complaining about the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the new owners.BEWARE they may be great mechanics, I dont know they didnt work on my vehicle, but they are extremely rude and obviously do not care about people.

I trust these mechanics! They are very knowledgeable at what they do. I wouldnt imagine going anywhere else.

I had a wiper problem and thought it was the wiper motor, an elderly man came out to look at the wipers and the problem was a bolt that came loose, he tightened it and did not charge me a thing. Very nice man.

This place seem to be a good honest facility. I went in to have a leaky radiator fixed or replaced and a day after I left the shop to use my car it overheated and it leaked worse than it did before I put it in the shop. The employees are nice. Just beware when going to this shop and leaving to whomever it may concern.

But he uses cheap parts he is not respectful at all, very rude he also fixed things that I asked him to wait on, things that werent important, catches attitudes with me constantly when I asked questions about my truck and tried selling me his daughters car instead of fixing my truck

With the recent bad weather my windshield wiper motor went out while driving i called dugas and tbe were willing to look at it on the spot and went above and beyond by calling the next day to ensure all was well
