Poor customer service..very bad experience not once but twice..bought all the extras when I bought my truck, they gave me 1 free oil change then tried to charge me for my second one and told me that the plan doesnt cover it. I was told the first 100,000...dont buy all the extra maintenance coverage because obviously it doesnt cover ANYTHING at all!

Totally let down with the GM service department! Upon completion of my repair the vehicle was picked up. The next afternoon multiple warning lights came on. The repair shop was notified and they said it could be from some other problem and that I would have to reschedule an appointment and that they were backed up for weeks. This part of my situation has yet to be fixed.

This place is a complete joke. The technicians are pretty clueless and very rude. Brought my vehicle to them to have it worked on and went to pick it up still have a problem. The technician said it was working fine. The manager got involved and had it fixed. Had some other issues to fix and they gave me some excuses. They refused to work on something because it was aftermarket, again the manager had it fixed and resolved. Still having issues with my brakes. They say they looked at them and found nothing wrong. Pick it up and the brakes are making a crazy noise. Bring it back to them and they tell me the same thing, also was informed that I would need to ride with a technician to explain the noise so they could address it. I refuse to ride with someone who is supposed to be a mechanic. This is the 3rd time in 3 weeks its been there. As far as the office people they are alright. They dont like to return your calls, so thats a problem there.Terrible service!! I will never bring any vehicle back to Musson or refer anyone to them.

Amber helped me out from the start and was great to work with.We traveled from Texas, so it was important to me that all of the paperwork was accurate and done ahead of time so there would be no surprises. Back in April I had to hurry up and finance a vehicle for my fiancé to get to and from work. Times were really hard due to just having our first child.But, my grandmother recommended me to Amber! I paid $900 to pick my car up 2 weeks later in literally the same shape I dropped it off in. The estimates they were giving me were insane and they were really weird about getting me to come pay cash before they would do anything to the car. I took my car to Hi Tech automotive and they had me fixed up and ready to go for 1/4 the price I was quoted here and got it done quickly.

My experience was amazing!! I am a female, and I went by myself. I did not feel as though I was being take advantage of. Everyone was professional, and genuine. I stayed at the place a lot longer than usual, but if you seen the shape of the car I was trying to trade in, you would understand why. They were on the phone with wholesalers all over the state to get me the best deal. The guy Tyler who sold me the car, did not make any commission off of my purchase and he was seriously ok with that, (Im sorry tyler) they just wanted me into something better because my car was not safe to drive. Icing on top I was there a little while already, the detail team was short staffed. My salesperson Tyler did not want me to wait any longer so he went wash my car himself. The finance guy Mike, the manager Rick, and the sales specialist Tyler were all sooo amazing!!! I was at peace the whole time. I would highly recommend this place.

I received outstanding customer service from David, my salesman, and the manager, Tra. We drove from Baton rouge and both guys gave me a great deal on my new Buick Envision. Only complaint I had was the car was still dirty after the fact they supposedly detailed it. Over all, I highly suggest David to help you with your purchase. I didnt feel like I was getting lied to at all.

It is genuine. It continues long after you make the purchase. That’s why I say it is unprecedented.

I can honestly say that Musson-Patout earned my business. They work with you to get you into what you actually want to be driving. Found a nail in a tire. Was able to drive to facility,. Was taken in immediately, nail found, properly plugged, all four tires check and re-pressured as needed. Paid bill my credit card. Drove away happy. No fuss, no mess, nothing, just great service.

Update**** My husband spoke with Nathan Hebert and he honored the original price that was quoted. Thanks Nathan for making this right!The absolute worst experience ever at a dealership. I had read a bad review before I went but decided to give them a try anyway. We were quoted a price in writing. The day that we went for the test drive the salesman, Daeon, called and said that he made a mistake on the price and went up $100. Kind of aggravating, but not a deal breaker. We go anyway, test drive the vehicle and we tell him that we have everything to go he tells us that he couldnt give us the price quoted because we werent financing through them. That was never stated with either quotes that we received. The sales manager wouldnt honor the agreement that was in writing because he said that it was miscommunicated on his end?? Very unprofessional!

The sales lady Amber Delcambre at Musson Patout was amazing! I was unsure if I wanted a Toyota RAV4, GMC Terrain or a Buick Encore, I liked the style of all 3! After finding out the colors and features I wanted Ms. Amber pulled all three vehicles to the front of the dealership and went over each one! After the three test drives I knew I loved the Buick’s Encore but was unsure my notes would be where I needed them to be! I drove home that evening in the vehicle I loved with my notes exactly where I needed! I’ve purchased a few vehicles in my time but this time was hands down the best experience yet! Bought my car there. Had a bad experience with a saleslady and a staff member but employees can have issues. I recommend seeking management if there are any issues at all..They have the final say.The management seem to really care for their business.

I called to see if they can check my radio to see if the anti thief was the problem. I was told it will cost between $500 to $600. But she did tell me that I could get it cheaper at another place called I think its Ricky Smiths Auto located in New Iberia.

Every time I have tried to use this service center it has been a huge disappointment. From something as simple as rotating tires to warranty work they fail every time. They really seem to not know anything about their products.

Brought my car in for a recall, when I went pick it up they tell me I need to change my water pump with the belt, my gasket and some other stuff, well I guess they thought I was gonna bring it to them to get it fixed, but my brother been a mechanic for a long time, so my brother comes look at it and guess what nothing is wrong with my water pump or the belt, they were thinking that I was gonna bring my car to them so they can rip me off, they tell you things are wrong with your car, when really most of the things they tell you that need to be replaced dont need to be replaced at all, so be aware and dont let these people rip yall off!!

Customer service would rather do their work than talk to you, or listen to your problem.
