Worst Company Ever! Agrements are on Rollovers! Not legal! And most on previous Accusations agreements. That wont hold up in court! Do not be afraid to cancel Service dispite there Legal threats ! That wont hold up in court.Quality is the lowest and worst. The Owner Mark is deceitful! The employee Turnover is crazy. You will get a different customer rep that is inexperienced with no knowledge of Products or customer service. A Discriminatory Ownership where Branch Managers are instructed not to higher women or Minorities for Route Reps! Because Ownership states they can not do the Job !

Do not sign any contracts with this company. They have predatory contracts that roll over automatically. The other reviews that cite similiar situations are accurate. STAY AWAY This will cost my company thousands of dollars during an unprecendented global pandemic economic downturn and they are completely unwilling to work with us.

Predatory company , when i wanted to cancel do to health issue , they said the only way i could cancel is pay them upfront for next 3 years or about 6000 dollars

The worst company , we try to cancel our lease not the service they told us that we need a letter 3 month before the deadline for the lease we call and spoke with one of the owners he is Mark and we fax the letter 3 month before the renew on the lease and everthing was fine until the last 2 months that we decide to cancel the service, we are going to some financial distress and we trying to be fair and cancel our service before we got and more problems ,but now even knowing we dont have any leasing anymore they are trying to put us and a bad situation telling us that we have to finish our leasing even knowing that s not the case now they say we didnt send no letter or spoke with someone they want us to pay them for the next 2 years , i strong recommend anyone that want to do bussiness with them to prepare for the worst .

They are trying to work out their issues but have a very difficult time keeping employees.

Very poor quality white shop rags. At first they were okay then they started coming in dirty and torn. Most of the time they didnt bring the right amount of rags. Poor service!!
