I highly recommend this little store. The owners wife is at the front of the store and she is very welcoming and friendly. The issue I had was quite complex but they took care of it and completed it when they said they would. Excellent service and excellent price. They are wonderful. I couldnt believe they fixed this computer so well and so fast. They are amazing people.

From the moment I walked in I was made to feel very comfortable..”at home” if you will. I explained my problem and they suggested a solution. My PC was ready when they promised and at the price they quoted. They explained everything in detail. AWESOME.. just absolutely AWESOME. I took a second PC in for repair and they explained what it would take to make the repair and suggested that it was not worth it. This company is the place to go if you need your laptop or desktop repaired. There was a part delay due to Covid (no fault of JR) and they communicated with us often. The computer works perfectly now at a fraction of the price of a new one. You cannot get this service from the big-box stores

Had a technician come to my business they were very professional they repair all of our computers that does all the sales**remove all the viruses***made all old network and made more saferthe $$$$price was high $$$but I don’t mind paying a high price for quality work A+ technician.

They sold me a fake Radeon 6770 HD video card for $100, then would not take it back when I realized it was a knockoff card (Most likely a counterfiet from wish or something). Not a good business practice. I have since had to file a police report to try to fix the situation. So yeah I would avoid JRs if you happen to be curious.

Cracked my original screen during the fix so ended up have to purchase a whole new screen, which they downgraded my screen from 4k to HD .Lady at the front desk is just terrible to communicate. She and the technician say two different things. ended up pay almost 400$ which Dell would probably fix it for me for the same price or less without downgrade my screen and done it within a month.go there if you truly have something old and other places wont deal with it.

Bought a New Custom Built Computer from them not long ago, so far so good I like it. service was great no complaints here!

Wow... where do I begin? First off, Ive never experienced such professionalism and knowledge from ANY business in my life. I was in a panic because my computer wouldnt boot up at all (amber light, nothing on the monitor, no beeps, nothing). I feared the worse when I did a little research and found out my MOTHERBOARD may be fried. I should mention that I have a very old computer thats at least 7 years old! So I gave Call to JR ..was able to give me precisely the information I expected to hear based off of what I had explained was wrong with my computer. Here is where Vista Computer Repair stands above the rest... they can do everything for you without you even having to leave your house. My computer was picked up and JR gave me a call the very next day telling me what was actually wrong with my computer and gave me an estimate. Bad motherboard? No problem at all. JR.. was able to take care of it within a decent time-frame. Remember, they will pick up your items from your address and deliver it back to you. Once they are done with the repairs, they will call you. The communication was Excellent and punctual. For me, I didnt have enough money to cover the cost but they can hold your items for you until you give them a call back. Just let them know... they are here to help for sure. Not only is my motherboard brand new but they were able to switch out my power supply and video card which was in terrible condition. I feel like I have a new computer now except all my data and files are still there!! All of this at the fairest price. You will not be disappointed. Thank you JR COMPUTERS and thank you Vista Computer Repair!

JR is great. He just repaired my 14 month old laptop and made me a happy camper again. He replaced the failing hard drive and transferred everything from my old hard drive to the new one. My computer is running perfect and I am very happy that I did not have to do any program installations. When I got the hard drive failure message I was dreading having to reinstall all software and files to my computer (speaking from past experience) I highly recommend Dave. He was knowledgeable, fast and friendly. I am glad to have found my computer guy!!!11-7-17 update. Over the past 2 years I have had JR fix two more computers each time the service was exceptional. Prices very reasonable and repairs were done quickly. Just picked up my 5 year old desktop and it runs like new. The only thing I had to do when I got home was install printer and connect to WiFi . Another bad computer repaired!!!

Please..DO NOT trust this place. Brought my IPhone 6 in for a charging issue. $160 later my phone will still only charge in my car (reduced amperage). When I tried calling, got voicemail for days, then got the wife, who for one is very rude...2...she holds down the fort (takes phone calls) while her husband (the man who actually works on your equipment) is off on his full-time job. Regardless, he promised Apple parts. I have since brought my phone to a real Apple dealer who verifies that the parts that Jrs insists are genuine Apple parts came from China... DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN. He co,es off as the greatest guy...religious...looking out for you. THAT IS NOT WHO HE IS. I have taken this to the BBB in hopes to recover some of my lost money. BUYER BEWARE....DO NOT GO TO HIM FOR ANYTHING...YOU WILL BE SORRY AS I AM!!!
