The quality, selection and prices at this store make it a must-visit for any expecting parent. We have purchased two cradle-to-college sets here and couldnt be happier with the experience and customer service. Our daughters crib had a small manufacturing error and the owner went above and beyond to order a new piece at no charge. Skip the big box stores and go local with Baby Boudoir. You wont be disappointed.

We have bought two sets from Baby Boudoir and had nothing but excellent service. Most recently we converted my youngest into her full size bed. There were some pieces missing from the conversion kit that we purchased 4 years ago that didnt line up. Jim - the owner, personally came to our house (about 45 mins away) and modified the set to make it work. Would highly recommend!
Should be less than a star. Literally have had the worst experience with this company. The fact they allow the manager to work with expectant mothers is heartbreaking. She is rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. We were misled from the beginning by staff telling us a chair would be in stock and it wasnt. Then about six mistakes and lies later, and a whole lot of time and hassle, the chair finally is delivered after weeks, and there are no screws. The delivery people leave us with a chair that cant be used. I call - no apologies - only the suggestion that the screws could be sent to us the following week, and we can put it together ourselves. Yet, I paid $100 extra for a complete chair to be delivered and set up and had to rearrange my schedule for it??? We have waited all this time for a product that we cant even use. They also damaged it by ripping off the warranty tags and just leaving them on my daughters floor. The manager wont even let us speak to the owner or give us his contact information (what kind of owner wont speak to a horrified customer), but tells us that he can offer no refund or compensation discount of any kind. Im contacting the BBB and my lawyer first thing next week. Seriously beware - sketchy, sketchy, sketchy business practices!
Travelled 45 minutes to this store only to find out it was closed on tuesday, when online clearly stated hours were 10-5 on a tuesday. peeked through the window and didnt seem like they had much of a selection anyway. will definitely not be returning.

Do Not Shop at Baby Boudoir!! Terrible experience!!! The baby crib had to be thrown out because the wood was infested with termites I called to speak to the owner he replied too bad and hung up. We thought the prices were great and that is why we shopped at Baby Boudoir in New Bedford but in actuallity it cost us more becasue we had to purchase another baby crib set from jordans furniture.Highly Not Recommeneded!!
