Would highly recommend, I have been a business owner of several types of business . I was compelled to share my experience after reading the negative reviews on Deneasa . When you buy a Manufactured/mobile home there’s opportunities for something to go wrong. I had several issues that were addressed and resolved , never got the runaround , every call every situation was dealt with in a professional matter. It’s so easy to write a negative review . Based on my 30 years as a business owner what I have read are people that would give a Dr that just saved their life a negative review. If your in the market for a mobile/manufactured home Highway 59 will get the job done.

I got a home from them that was destroyed during delivery The siding on both ends was tore beyond repair Our refrigerator and water heater didnt work so we had to fix them My roof and walls was destroyed where they lifted the home to far They sent a guy that put a bandaid on them instead of fixing it correctly For the price they charge they should make sure everything works and if damage is done they should fix it correctly

Would not recommend going and asking about financing. The lady will give you the run around and try to get you to look at something else or buy some else. the room was over whelming with perfume. i dont like to be told what i like and what i dont

I would check your other options before stopping here!!!! If you want a 21st Mortgage house then BEWARE that the owner instructs the help to manipulate you to switch and buy one of her houses!!! Very SNEAKY! At any given day you go there will be multiple kids and dogs running around! Several people state its like not a D*ng Daycare! The Facebook is set to private! So nobody can post negative reviews aka honest reviews!

No prices on website. Girl said she would private message me the price and never did. We got there and she tells me and boyfriend to go look she’s on her phones texting and keeps asking her boss. Very unprofessional and rude. Will not go back

My wife and I had an excellent experience with Highway 59 Discount Homes. Let me begin by saying they had a wide selection of homes and we found an excellent Oak Creek unit. As a customer service manager with 30+ years of experience, I can report that their customer service handling was excellent. Deneasa and Maggie were very responsive as we worked through a myriad of issues ranging for the sales contract, loan application and delivery scheduling. Also, after the home was installed they managed a few remaining service items quickly and efficiently. Also, their mobile-home installation team was amazing as the team, somehow, transported the very heavy double-wide across 1800 feet of frozen pasture in the dead of winter and set it up flawlessly. They did an outstanding job under extreme conditions. We are very pleased with the experience and would consider purchasing another mobile-home from Highway 59. Special thanks to Deneasa, Maggie and Rick!!!

I asked about a price on a home they said they were going to dm me the price. They didn’t but that’s shady why can’t you put it public. The “saleswomen” are extremely hateful and rude. If you are desperate and go there ask for the manager Deneasa she is the only nice one, knows what she is talking about and actually do her best to help you.

Was excellent!

The people are nice and easy to work with. They dont make you feel pressured into buying something you dont want. Plus they say they can work with your credit.

Everything went great paper work wise. But after they got money things took forever to get done and trim was never fixed/instaled. And they never return calls
