Love New Balance gym shoes. So glad to find store at Opryland Nashville Malls. Havent lived in TN long so not sure if thats the name of mall. Great store

Ive been a loyal customer to new balance for 15 years. This store right here ended that loyalty.

Was greeted once I walked in and checked on while searching. So customer service was great.I highly recommend NB for my wide feet people.I regret I never wore NB sooner.

New Balance is the best shoe on the market in my opinion. They are reasonably priced and offer a military discount.

When I go to buy shoes, I often need assistance from employees at stores like this because my shoe size is larger than the average foot. Normally, I receive assistance from employees who are seemingly happy to help, because they want my money. While this store may have had a good selection of shoes, I most definitely felt like I was a burden on the staff. The employees sure didnt mind standing around talking to each other, but when it came to assisting me or any other customer in their busy store, that was just too much for them. When one of the boys decided to help me, he was more interested in texting than trying to help me out. This store lost not only a sale from me, but my business going forward. Ill go somewhere where the staff will assist me without making me feel unvalued and like my sale doesnt matter to them.

Surprised to find a NB outlet store while on the road. Everybody there was super nice and very helpful. The store was well organized and we were able to easily find what we were looking for. Google maps has this marked being in another part of the mall so just know...it’s really there.
