Went to go get some 10 inch brake lines made for a brake master cylinder delete set up on my car. I told them everything I needed. They tried to charge me 250 dollars for a tee fitting and 2 10 inch hoses! On top of that took a week to make. Went to Nashville hose and gasket and told them what I needed they showed me all the parts I needed and made my custom hoses right there in less than 30 minutes cost me 70 dollars and out the door I went happy as can be. I will forever go to Nashville hose and gasket not this price gouging place.

Had a bunch of steel tubing that needed bent. They got all 28 pieces bent for me while I waited.

Do not buy anything from this place. I came here so they could make me two hydraulic hoses. They indeed made me two hoses and it cost over $500 dollars. This is asinine and I couldn’t believe they price gouged me this much and said this is the normal price.

We are a small auto repair shop specializing in classic and hot rod builds, Volunteer has always made our custom hoses for projects. We have odd requests with specific needs in each hose when it comes to shape, fittings, and adapters. They always do a great job. Worth the extra money to know that we get a quality hose done right the first time.

I went into the place of business to get two hydraulic lines made. I guess they thought I was just a regular individual who didn’t know anything about the prices of hydraulic lines because I told him that the lines busted on a rental machine. The truth is I’ve been in the tree business for 25 years I’ve replaced hundreds of hydraulic lines they charged me $280 for two hydraulic lines that I could get made it any other hydraulic place for 70-80 bucks. I think it’s a shame that this place would price gouge somebody because they thought that the person didn’t know any better and it’s a damn shame. I would not recommend this company to anyone or anybody especially if you don’t look like you know what you’re doing

I bought 4 - 1/2 pipe to 1/2 boss adapters from IRG for $4.69 each today 3/5/20.I need one more so went to Volunteer. Guess what they charged ...$29.00thats right twenty nine dollars! Ill never go there again. Embarrassed I didnt walk away ... lesson learned

The first and last time I will ever use volunteer I had a 1/4 inch hydraulic line with normal fittings on yet nothing special 185 inch long made and it cost me $300 Ive had the same hose made at Waller in White House 4 less than half that price my advice is to stay away from this company they are way overpriced and they try to get you at every corner also the invoice that you get only has a total amount on it they will not separate the bill into parts and labor for obvious reasons

Very friendly and nice folks, stopped by to have a pressure hose fixed and got it done within a few minutes.

Fixed up in 5 minutes with better than OE quality.

Nice folks at Volunteer, however, way over-priced and quality is not up to par. Had several hoses and fittings crack and leak after a few uses. Found out about Hydro Design Service in Mt Juliet and the price and quality of their hoses and fittings are best in the industry.

Refused to sell me parts requested by my employer. Absolutely unbelievable. They didnt agree with the application so they completely refused to sell anything. There are other places in town to get what one needs. Just a monumental waste of time and money.

Charged me 3Xs ($125.00) what I would have paid elsewhere. I asked Lewisburg Hose and Rubber what they would have charged for the same hose and they said $40.00. Thats ridiculous! Wont be back!

Pretty terrible customer service.
