This is more like a gas station than truck stop. Pulled in around 8:30-9pm to do my 10-hour.Subway was already closed. Lots of 4-wheelers living in their cars.A TON of tweekers panhandling but that is the norm everywhere since the pandemic started.Almost like their in an organized business.Minimal food, Even less amenities,One drive to enter & exit for trucks so its tight getting in & out, Not to mention trying to park a truck.Forthe most part, Employees were pleasant. At least the Lady behind the counter was.Told me to make sure my prime parking ticket was visible on my window (I always do,though) So obviously they check to make sure only paid trucks are in reserved.Which in my opinion in refreshing. But, all in all it was a waste of money because they didnt have any services I couldnt had on my own parking at a rest stop or empty parking lot.No laundry, No lounge.I shouldve just stayed on-site at my delivery.Id stop in off the freewayfor fuel or whatever but wouldnt stay overnight again

No driver lounge. No laundry. Scarce parking. 2 showers in the place. Filthy. Homeless people and tweakers abound.

The water is hot and the beer is cold! if youre ramblin and you need a quick shower, fuel, and/or something to eat or drink then stop in. the staff is great and the place is clean; not to mention, they even provided towels.

This is a quick and easy place to fill up if you are in or live in the nations. It is a busy gas station. However I am in and out either on my way to work or on the way home. Right off of Briley Parkway North. They have a convenience store and a Subway.

Shaniqua does Ana amazing job keeping the line moving. She was alone at the cash registers but running both of them to keep people moving.this place needs more employees like her.

Had to leave the review because that lady that cleans showers gets right to it without wasting time like some other places do and actually makes it really clean. Makes a huge difference when you have been driving for a whole night. Thank you!

Absolutely lovely people working at the Pilot this last Friday. Gentleman cleaning the showers was an absolute rockstar! Cleaned everything wonderfully and brought an extra set of towels without me even asking as I was sharing a shower with my husband. Place was well stocked and the lady working at the Subway was totally on her game! Nice to not be treated like trucker trash for a change!

Good selection of goods. Lots of different snacks. Tons of drinks. I guess because its a truck stop it has alot of items you wont find in regular gas stations. Things like CB radios. Restrooms were super clean. You dont see that often anywhere else. Has a subway next door if you want subway sandwiches. Employees were nice and courteous. Close to briley parkway

Dont even bother with this place unless your doing a quick stop. 3:30pm and only 2 spots open 11 spots taken by Western Express. Dropped trailers, bobtails taking whole spots.. complete bs. Just sell the property to W/E, they use it anyhow.

Whew, tight little hole with 4 fuel islands and bout 25 parking spaces which Western Express holds bout 90% of them. The fuel island were 90% Western Express drivers who stayed there an excessive amount of time. Showers were clean with plenty hot water after it ran for 4-5minutes. The store was clean and the ladies working there were busting their behinds to keep up with everything.

The amount of people complaining about Western Express parking there is hilarious. The sign literally says Western Express. The Pilot Im reviewing even says Western Express Pilot as the name on google.Cheap fuel, 2 showers, a Subway, and just enough room to squeeze out of the parking lot. It isnt much, but I mean, did you see the name on the white sign?

Worst Pilot around. Whatever you do Dont park there and spend the night elsewhere because they will have you towed in . I grew up here and I know what the deal is . Management gets a cut From West Nashville towing. I just wonder if corporates aware of this.

Store is clean, two ladies working behind the counter were really nice. Parking layout is atrocious, Western Express is next door and those guys use the Pilot parking lot for their own personal raceway and parking lot. Unless you buy a parking spot early in the day, forget about parking here... Dropped Western Express trailers and bobtails take up 90% of the available spaces.

Always clean and well stocked. Security always present at night. Staff are always friendly and helpful. My usual go to when I need a quick convience store stop. Gas is a bit on the expensive side. Its usually 20-30 cents cheaper just 4 miles down the road at Lewis Country Store. I love the friendly customer service of this location. Staff are always positive and polite.

I went to take a shower,told lazy lady Ms.Lynn didn’t want to clean the shower, I’m only washing 1 out ,the world is crazy

The time I was there March 1 2020 the place got robbed, I was setting outside in my work van , playing on my phone, didnt even see the two men , next thing I know the cashiers are running after a car that came from the back of the store.... With in 5 minutes the cop where there... But they had missed the men...! The place is safe the WORKERS are nice and helpful.... Id go back to this store....!

Shower was cleaned with a used towel from the driver before me. I witnessed the toilet seat, toilet bowl rim, and handle wiped with the same towel in that order. I highly suggest you bring your own towel if youre a germaphobe!!!!

Small n tight. Lucky to find a spot. Western Express terminal is next door but their Bobtails are taking full spots. It would be nice if mangers can ask them to double park so we guys with trailers can get spots

Out of stock on several items, but staff was friendly. Very limited space for truck parking. Only 2 showers. I parked on the side of the road just so I could get something to drink. Will not go again unless absolutely necessary. Store needs relocating..Thanks Robert

Card reader on pumps reads cards in the wrong direction so chips don’t go into them. Have to walk inside to prepay and discover employees aren’t wearing masks.

**ATTENTION TRUCK DRIVERS** Do not plan to park at this pilot it is a Western Express parking lot. Obviously Western does not care enough about their driver, or other drivers, to give them a safe place to park. Instead they take up the whole lot. And yes there will be several Western BT trucks parked in regular spots, even though they could easily park near their own building. Dont waste your time trying to get here.

Im a trucker and travel trough many truck stops but none like this one. I honestly enjoyed my experience here the customer service was amazing. Shower time was long but when got to shower I found out why nice warm shower, they provided sample bar of soap it was just amazing. Closes feeling to being at home. The subway customer service was also good. I enjoy hearing all the managers stories felt right at home. This truck stop is by far the best customer service I had. Will definitely be back.

The store is clean. The bathroom was clean. I went at 3:30 PM. I wasnt in line long. The cashier was super nice. The coffee was fresh and hot. I wasnt approached by anybody asking for change.

If you ever find yourself thinking about going to this pilot just put a bullet in your mouth as it will save you some trouble. The absolute worst laid out pilot in the country. Just tear it down and sell the property to western express

Everyone is very nice and the store is always clean but their prices are high. Thats the only reason I dont give 5 stars.

Clean restrooms and super clean store. Theres a great coffee selection. I got a refill on coffee and selected a warm gooey cinnamon roll to go with my coffee. Service was good and if you are a Rewards Member, you can earn free coffee and discount on gas.

The store was clean and items were fairly easy to find. The travel center store doesnt appear to carry as much merchandise as the typical one that can be found near a major interstate. The employees were friendly and the gas pumps were well lit. This location, from my experience, appears up stay fairly busy.

This facility and parking areas are WAY too small to accommodate the truckers. Truckers end up having to park on the side of the road near the station instead. In BAD need of expansion/update. Tried to call their guest services number to tell them about it and they hung up on me. What a joke

Used to be a great place to stop, but over the past year it has continuously dwindled. Never fully stocked( never cheese or chilly for nachos or dogs), staff is unattractive, fell walking in not too long ago, twice in a row, because they dont have a rug at the front door like most responsible establishments. Walked right back out feeling unsafe!!!

This is the only gas station Ive ever been to that will actually greet you with a ,Hello, welcome to Pilot, as you enter. The staff is very friendly and polite. Beer section is a little short on options, but always cold.

I LOVE PILOT, BUT this location has only 4 fuel bays and few parking spaces, the truck entrance doubles as a the only truck exit. Yep, you gotta make a hard right and go back the way you came! More like a Mini Pilot. Small and crowded, other then that its a Pilot. Dont expect to do a quick pull through to use the facilities or grab a quick coffee, chances are youll be there a minute!

Great Coffee..had to go into work at 4 am this morning and stopped for XL coffee and nice cashier lady waved me on by and didnt charge me. A nice start to a long day at work. Thank you❤

By far the most dirtiest pilot I have been in as of todays date. Bathrooms were filthy. Dining area dirty. Only two showers dirty. Will not ever stay here unless its a emergency!

Its a tiny older pilot, limited parking, 2 showers small fuel island, its definitely not an easy in or out. I will say this, and then its why I gave it more then 1 star. It is a busy busy busy pilot, and the staff is always non stop, they are friendly and polite and care about customer service. If my company yard was not near by would I stop here no, but cant say I would at any of Nashville truck stops either.

The showers are moldy and old the towels are faded with bleach stains,the water is hot the employees are just basic no smiles no frills just the least amount of work to get by for the day. There is beer a Subway obviously a scale and 4 lanes for fuel. The system is very old you cannot get a shower over the app you must walk up to the clerk and give your phone number as they will call you when one of the 2 showers are available. A word of advice you must stand right there otherwise they will never ever call you. The showers will remain dirty and no one will clean them. You must be extremely persistent. This is clear when you go into the bathrooms and see the filth. Our only greatest hope is that there is a new manager, lets hope he will clean this up he seems like a nice guy

Tight parking spots and only 2 showers. I was able to get a spot and shower within minutes of arrival on a Monday early afternoon. Clean facility with friendly staff.

This truck stop has a small parking area and shares their lot with the Western Express training yard. So expect a lot of thru traffic and very little available parking. If your lucky enough to find a spot the pilot while a little on the small side is fully stocked, clean and well maintained.

The people who work here r really nice and they do a great job. I love this store.

Seems to always be busy inside. Staff seems to always be nice and friendly. Gas prices are usually a small bit cheaper than other gas stations in the area as well.

This Pilot is Nasty..Stopped to use the restroom ..the seats of the toilets and the floor had pee and toilet paper all over..the 6 employees plus security guard was all just sitting g around talking to each other ..made a purchase.. no hello at check out nothing at all but my total..wont ever go back there..Id highly recommend dont stop here Ever!!

Always busy but always a favorite stop for a OTR driver. Our company only depends on flying J and Pilot. With great extras for drivers. Love it.

Even though it was snowing, the employees kept their cool. They did not get overwhelmed. They did what they had to do very careful, nice and slow.

Nice location for fuel & a quick snack, right off Briley Parkway, where nothing else is immediately available. There is also a Subway inside but it closes overnight.

This place is always hopping! Its got nice, clean restrooms and a large selection of drinks, snacks, and cooked foods.

Cost was alright, store was clean and checking out was fast considering the crowd. I only got a coffee it was fresh

I stop at this truck stop for many reasons I work this area hauling containers and compactors is what I do for a living so often I have to stopped here to use the restroom and they also have a Subway inside so I might grab lunch between the pilot the subway the cleanliness of the restrooms and the friendly staff both in the store and the Subway you cant go wrong with this truck stop no wonder this is a hotspot for many Truckers!

Used to have a great staff, not sure why nearly everyone has changed, but theyre not friendly at all. Most of the time, they never even look at you or greet you...too busy conversing with each other.

I worked at pilot for 6yrs great place of employment. Met a lot of great people and my boss at my other job.

Always great. Decent food while travelling. Good bathrooms. Good variety of drinks.

The staff was nice and professional and the store is clean. The lot is extremely small though so parking may not be an option. Didnt shower here, just took a 30min, So not sure about those.

Nice clean place showers were clean and the water stay hot the food was very good and the staff were great with helping and showing us where things were we needed and there was plenty of parking and we stayed for a few hours and they were very cool with that I would diffanetly return to this place

Employees are rude and unhelpful. Prices arent marked clearly, all posted prices are for reward members only, non reward prices are posted in subscript and are outlandish.Restroom mediocre. Coffee area dirty. But subway was great, and employees knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

This is my go to quick stop shop. I love that they are always friendly and helpful. They have a variety of on the go grabs. Always something hot and always something cold. If it is healthy you are looking for, they have that too. If it is dine in you are looking for, well a 24 hr Dennys is on site as well. Hot fresh cofee not just this location but at all of then during our travels. This is a great one stop shop to grab gas, a bite to eat, bathroom breaks, walk the dog, or just stretch your legs. A clean restroom is always nice when we travel and we know we can find it at any Pilot or Flying J. They defiantly set high standards that are consistent at every location we have visited across the US.

Western Express needs their own parking ... nevermind they do, they just drop trailers at the Pilot

Back when I was a kid a truck stop was good place to be it was fun adventurous a lot of truck drivers and stuff that you could look up to now again corporate greed its like America weve all got greed greed greed greed greed greed let me give you a little bit of something for all youve got. Oh my goodness this was the worst pilot subway shop I have ever been to. A coworker and I came here for lunch and got the steak sub. The steak had an old, weird taste as if its been reused several times or as if its been sitting out forever. Both my coworker and I said the same thing and both had to throw it away, we literally threw it all away. And the staff were EXTREMELY SLOW with the exception of one and she couldnt do it all. And as I finally got to the register the cashier was standing there talking to another coworker not work related and were trying to get back to work as she was swearing in her conversation in front of us. Yes were all grown but be a little professional. It seemed no one had been trained properly. We had a terrible experience and it was just gross, nothing was covered seeing as if flies were everywhere, tops should have been closed so we probably had flies on what we ate. We went around 2 oclock in the evening and we will not be back.

Parking is a pain, and fills up with bobtail Western Express trucks. Atleast they dont have a trailer, but still takes em 5 minutes to back into their spot. Pilot is nice though, and freindly people.

Nice place stay and sleep, they have everithing gas diesel and food. Clean restroom.

Parking is horrible & theres only one entrance for regular vehicles. Dont buy anything if youre trying to get cash back because they dont do that there & the ATM is right by the checkout counter & the front door. Not very secure for getting money out.
