We had a wonderful experience with L & L Flooring from beginning to end. Susan was extremely helpful as we narrowed down options and chose the best options for our needs. Scheduling the install was a breeze and the installers were very professional and did a fantastic job. They did an amazing job with the various thresholds, including two access points to our attic. I highly recommend L&L and will plan on using them for any future flooring needs!

I wish I could put a ZERO. My carpeting in the busiest part of my home was put in incorrectly with seams pointing perpendicular to doorways (Kitchen & Master Bathroom). The carpet is fraying already due to this MISTAKE of installation. The contractor who hired this company sent me the Carpet & Rug Institute Standard Installation of Residential Carpet Guide. I then reviewed the guide and found that Section 5.1, page 11 states EXACTLY my complaint. I have been trying to get restitution from the contractor and this vendor with NO RESPONSE. It is not my norm to write complaints - but I was left with NO other choice.Addendum October 2020: I was NEVER contacted by this company after SEVERAL times contacting Paul Davis Restoration NASHVILLE who hired them to install my carpet. I do however notice that they praise those HERE who give them a good review (the LUCKY ones). But L&L did and does NOTHING to make sure that I AM SATISFIED. Dont you think NICK that you should have come here and looked at what your employees did NOT do properly??? YOU NEVER DID!!!

Can’t say enough about L and L! We’ve had floors redone in many houses-L and L was by far the best. From the initial sales team that listened and helped us make the best choice for our whole house refloor plan to the installers who work efficiently and precisely, we are grateful for their work. Our floors were uneven in many places but they evened them out and gave us a fantastic floor! They even went way above and beyond to get the bathroom flooring and toliet just right-the top guys coming back to the house at no cost. These guys know their products, and are skilled with their labor. Definitely trust them with your flooring project!

We had a great experience with L&L flooring. It was so fast and easy. Jeremy Richardson made the whole process effortless. He showed us multiple floors and textures and thoroughly walked us through the differences. Once we picked what we wanted he ordered and it was installed the day after the flooring came in. Flooring was out in fast and efficient. There was an accidental scratch left from the dryer, and they fixed it immediately. Loved the whole experience! Would 10/10 use them again!

Overall from Nick to install crew, everyone did an awesome job! Definitely took care of our flooring needs in a professional, quick way!

Had a good experience with L&L. We had almost the whole house done with wood, tile in a few areas, and carpet in a few areas. I didn’t feel pressured with sales, felt their prices were competitive, they made accommodations when the wood we chose was discontinued, and the installer took care to make sure the job was done correctly. The floors turned out great and I appreciate the quality of work. I would definitely use L&L again and recommend them to others.

Had John come to my home on Monday. He told me that he would have an estimate email to me by Tuesday. Did not hear anything from him on Tuesday. I sent him a text does it take just 2 minutes to text me back to let me know that he was behind and that he could get back to me. Then I called Wednesday morning he called me back after I requested that he call me. he really didnt seem that sincere I even asked him why did he not call me back he didnt really have an excuse just a bunch of insincere apologies. then I dont know if it was the owner of the manager but this clown really didnt care either he just made a bunch of excuses for this person. yes I got very upset because I feel like Im a customer about to drop several thousands of dollars to your company and youre going to treat me with disrespect and not contact me not even a text message. Whoever I talked to really didnt seem to care he told me that he was not going to argue with me and he was about to hang up in my face. I feel like if a company cant do any better than that then they dont need my business. Update they sent an estimate Total: $7,824.20 really??? For sheet vinyl and approximately 800 feet..this is ridiculous. Heck Empire flooring is cheaper than that. I dont know because I am a woman and think I am dumb. Joke on you. My best friend husband owns a flooring company in another state. He just laughed when I told him the price. Guys compare companies. Some just try to take advantage. I would get at least 3 est from different flooring companies.

After getting multiple flooring quotes from local companies, I am thrilled I went with L&L!I wanted my bedrooms carpeting replaced with the same hardwood throughout the rest of my home. They were able to find the exact match. John Chandler was my sales rep and he truly know customer service. He was always willing to help, extremely knowledgeable and responding to every message and call I placed to him. I truly felt valued as a customer.If you are lucky enough to have Junior as your installation manager, you won’t be disappointed! He was a pleasure and went above and beyond my expectations.The process was completed in one day and it was perfect!!Couldn’t recommend them higher!

Bella wood Floor Cleaner is the best quality floor care product I have used on my Laminate floors leaving them clean and shiny and looking as new as the day we laid it! The Evansville all store is fantastic Brandon and Brian answer questions and offer amazing service!!

Fully recommend. Ray gave an on-site consultation and provided an estimate promptly. Throughout the entire process, he was responsive and kept me updated. I talked through the timeline with Ray/L&L, and they kept the timeline perfectly. So happy with how my LVF/red oak floor refinishing went. Also ended up having to get some subfloor replaced due to past water damage, and I cant even see where the old oak ends and new oak begins. Awesome experience. Pro tip - if you have toilets/vanity in the area being worked, remove/reinstall yourself. L&L was super open to me doing that work myself, and I saved some money along the way.

I went to other flooring places but did not find the level of service I was looking for until I spoke with L&Ls Nick Johnson. They did a beautiful job while I vacated the premises to avoid living through the mess. They even finished earlier than I anticipated. Yes, there was some dust raised but nothing we couldnt clean up ourselves. They were quite accommodating when I asked them to return to do a bit of touch-up afterward. Highly recommend!

We had a good experience with L & L flooring. Greg from the company was great with communicating with us regarding all our needs and adjusting to our schedule. He brought samples to us when we couldnt make it to the store. We havent spent a lot of time on the carpet we just had installed by them in our playroom due to our renovation still taking place, but were happy with how it turned out. We plan on using them in the near future.

Was sold on a bathroom. Went to showroom to pick everything out. Once work began, the workers didnt know English, and installed the bathrooms board foundation ... it was so crooked we thought it was a joke; we had to tell them to halt work until we spoke to the managers - if we didnt call the managers (and wait multiple days for a return call), the non-English speaking workers would have put the tiles on the crooked board, and it would have been a disaster. Ultimately, they leveled the floor, put tiles on, and now 6 months later we hear creaking and cracking as if they tiles are about to come loose and break. Waste of thousands of dollars, time and added frustration. Tried reaching out to the managers and people who sold us several times, offering them a chance to come back and fix the issue and try to make it right, and of course no answer. Shame on this company for not doing good work and following through on sales promises. ... Check your email from Feb 23, this year. Maybe this will ring a bell: Hello, Im reaching out as you recently did work on our bathroom this summer. Our bathroom tile floor is beginning to crack - the area between the bathtub and the tile - we hear actual cracking and the floor moving. We will need someone to come take a look at this issue and see how to address the problem before it gets worse - its been less than 6 months. Please contact us ASAP.

We are so happy with our new floors! Ray was amazing to work with throughout the process. The installers did a great job and were able to match the stain on our existing floors. We’re very pleased and have already recommended L&L to some friends.

Nick and the other employee at the showroom were very helpful while I was making a decision on what floor I wanted. Heather, the office manager, was patient and responsive the entire time as well. My floors look amazing - great crew who clearly knew what they were doing. If I had one complaint it was that they did not bring the right caulk, but thankfully I had some that matched the floors. The crew was very polite and very hard working. I would recommend L&L to anyone and use them again if necessary.

We bought a new home and had chosen a company to install carpet. The week of installation we ran into an issue with availability and a delay, which would have set us back another week. The movers were already scheduled, and this was our spring break, so timing was important. I immediately called some local stores and found L & L Flooring. They came out immediately to measure, were able to get us the exact carpet we wanted, and installed it the same week. Heather and Nick were so awesome during the process. It took one day, and the price was nearly the same as the original quote. What was possibly a delay became an absolute blessing. They did such a great job that we inquired about redoing our hardwood floors in the older house to get it ready to place on the market. Again, fast service, great price, and top workmanship. Highly recommend!!!

Disaster! Communication, scheduling and install Id give all less than a 1 star but 1 is the lowest they will let me review. The first time they were scehduled no one showed. The second time they brought the wrong kitchen tile and we had to call them off do to an issue we had. When they came back they didnt bring enough tile and when more tile showed they installed with no expansion gaps left between tile and walls. Four or five tiles in a row were all installed with a chipped corner. They left 4ish bags of trash at the house for me to take care of. The icing on the cake was they used the wrong color grout! We had chosen one similar to charcoal and pearl gray was installed. Granted they claimed they could scrape the old grout and were willing to regrout and fix the broken tiles we opted out and told them to just cut the tile and grout around the edge of the rooms to leave room for wall expansion and contraction. The last thing we wanted them to do was tear more tile up. Very very disappointing considering the price and professionalism they claim.

Ray just came out to do an estimate for us. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was honest and gave great recommendations. We look forward to hearing from him again.

L & L just finished a complete bath remodel at my house, and the results look amazing! My design consisted of a complete wet bath with all walls tiled completely from floor to ceiling, incorporating several complexities including shower niches and different sizes of hexagonal tiles. Matt and Nick executed my design and vision flawlessly! Not only does my bathroom look amazing, but the cost was very reasonable. The job was completed on time as promised, minimizing the time that the bathroom was out of commission. Matt and Nick are also men of integrity, and I had no problem letting them work in my home while I was away. Overall, I had a great experience with L & L and have already hired them to start work on tiling my front porch. I will definitely call them when I am ready to replace the tile in my kitchen and second bathroom as well! Also, take the opportunity to visit their showroom before you start your project. I spent at least three Saturdays visiting numerous tile stores looking for a large hexagonal tile, which ended up being a complete waste of time. They had exactly what I wanted in their showroom, and all of their samples are modern and on trend!

These guys offered just what we were looking for! They came over, showed us some great options to choose from, gave us a quote and explained their process. Our whole house is hardwood except one carpeted room, and now that its also wood its so much more seamless and feels so much nicer. These guys were very kind and professional and the results were top notch!

Had L&L install carpet in my home. Price was good and sales team was very friendly and helpful throughout the buying and scheduling process. Installers were nice, however left one large bag of trash and missed removing carpet from one large closet. Also, they broke two threshold/transition sections that I will have to replace myself. So overall good but not great.UPDATE: They did contact me and fixed the transitions and removed the other carpet that was missed. Appreciate the good customer service and that they were trying to make things right. Still wish it would have been ok the first time around.

Overall these guys were great. My floors look really nice and they were fast and accommodating with my schedule. My only complaints were that the trim they put in didnt match the room, and it wasnt installed very well. Additionally they left some scrap materials in my driveway which were somewhat of a pain to clean up. That being said, both of those things could be avoided with clear communication.I would definitely recommend these guys for a job. Friendly, fast, great prices, solid work.

Had a custom shower done in our master bedroom. It was in our 1920s historic home off Wedgewood in Nashville. We turned the attic spaced into our master so our shower had a ton of hard angles and a strange but super cool layout. Nick Johnson did an amazing job!!! U would never know how uneven the walls were!! Everything was absolutely perfect!!

We just had new floors installed in our master bedroom and bathroom. The work to lay the tile that was previously in our bathroom was done poorly and the guys at L&L had their work cut out for them! But they did an amazing job reaping and replacing the tile and the carpet in our bedroom and we are in love with our floors! The workers stayed out of our way and didnt ask for anything! Just be prepared to clean up a bit after them (they didnt leave a huge mess, just a bit of vacuuming and dusting needed). They did however take out a couple of the lights in our driveway with their truck, so we were a bit disappointed about that. But overall, they did an amazing job and got it done in one day! We will definitely be using them again when we replace the tile in our kitchen!

I was in the need to replace some carpet in my house...not a big room at all (12X12). L&L came and did an amazing job on this. They are courteous and swift. They do an in-home free inspection and pricing. They also offered alternatives to get the pet smell out of my house. I have a small dog that just ruined the previous carpet. Needless to say we got a baby gate and that dude is not allowed in our new and amazing room. Thanks L&L we will be back!!!

I called on a Tuesday and made an appointment for the following Friday to have a representative come to my house and provide an estimate. I emailed L&L flooring a picture of the tile I was trying to match, so they also had access to my email address. L&L Flooring never showed up for their appointment. I left two voice messages to L&L on the day of my appointment and they never returned my phone call. It is now one week past my appointment date and I have yet to have received a follow up call from L&L Flooring Company. I would not recommend this company based on their lack of customer service.

We had water damage that required some lacing in of our existing hardwood and sanding/refinishing about 1200sf. Matthew and his crew did a fantastic job. Not only is the new wood indistinguishable from the old wood but it looks better than it did when we first had it installed.I called 4 different companies for an estimate. Matthew was by far the most responsive. He returned my initial call immediately, came to give an estimate the next day and both started and finished within the time-frame he gave us. This may sound basic but I received one estimate after Matthew had already finished and have never received a call-back form one company.... bottom line, excellent experience all the way around.
