8/28 UPDATE : I just received an email from this store that said they finished processing my order today. My order was placed in February and I picked it up in February but they just finished processing it today? Ridiculous.I placed an order online for pickup in store and while the website was easy to navigate, and I was impressed with the variety and uniqueness of items, I was let waiting and waiting for any update at all. More than a whole business day went by without any update of the status of my order - so it remained as processing. Rather than following any sort of standard procedure, this store assumed that I would know to come pick it up without any notice. I emailed their contact provided on the website, and received a response very quickly. They told me the following, We are a large store and we keep everything in stock. Your order is pulled and it has been ready for you since yesterday morning...Usually, orders come from existing customers and they just come in same day to pickup...You didn’t check the box to gift wrap So I’m assuming you don’t need to gift wrapped? And this assumption is ridiculous. Why not treat every customer the same and standardize your procedure with ordering online? Additionally, I did mark my order to be gift wrapped so Im not sure what they were looking at that said I didnt - when my order summary said to gift wrap. If it werent for the friendly associate and the beautiful gift wrapping, I would probably never visit their website or store again. However, while I am disappointed with how they handled this situation from the start, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I am excited to give this gift because its wrapped beautifully and the gift itself is unique and something I havent seen before. They could stand to adjust a few things, but in general, moderately satisfied with this exchange.

I went to Macy for the monogramming of our company logo on some nice sweaters. The image file given to her was wrong, and we didnt realize it until all the sweaters were completed. Macy was pleasant to deal with, and she quickly used her experience to manually fix the sweaters. The sweaters turned out great, and we are very satisfied with the quality of her work and her professionalism.The store is also a gem with plenty of gifts and items to choose from.

I did not purchase an item from their store, but brought in an outside item to be monogrammed. I dropped them off (2 sunhats for my nieces) and they were done VERY quickly. They looked beautiful! The store is very beautiful and has several different unique items available for purchase and monogramming. I was charged a reasonable price for the items I brought to be monogrammed and the staff were very polite and friendly. Any items that I need to have monogrammed in the future, I will continue to bring them here b/c of my great first experience.

I recently drove across TN to visit a friend and her new baby. The gender was a surprise so I couldnt order anything embroidered before she was born. I called this shop on the way into Nashville and asked for an embroidered lovie. They were so pleasant and had it ready when I arrived 40 minutes later. My children played in the play room while they gift wrapped it for me, and we were back on our way! This is a top-class boutique and I look forward to shopping again when I have more time.

I stop here every single time on the way to kids birthday parties and every time I get a cute little outfit that earns praise from the parents and naturally some good instagram posts. Since I dont have kids I find the helpful employees to be a huge plus.

Make sure whatever items you purchase or gift someone are not seasonal (majority of the store). If so, it will not be able to be returned even for store credit.
