Beautiful fall flowers arrangement delivered on short notice. Driver was obviously careful with leaving the flowers on the front porch as no one was home at the time (could see through Ring camera). I would not hesitate to order from Bloom Flowers again.

My daughter is a Freshman at Belmont. She was feeling sad and I wanted to cheer her up. I ordered flowers saying that her favorite color was purple. I mentioned the Purple Passion bouquet on their website. When the bouquet arrived, my daughter described it as pink with one purple flower. She sent me a picture and it definitely was more pink with one purple flower. I didnt want to involve my daughter as she was happy to just get flowers. I did decide to call the flower shop to file a complaint as I felt they should know. Although I tried to be kind and factual, the woman that did the bouquet was very defensive and did not validate my concern. She only defended and argued. Being a business owner myself, I know this is a bad customer service strategy.In her defense, she did offer, albeit fleetingly, to provide an extra purple flower or two if my daughter wanted to walk all the way to her flower shop. However, again, I didnt want to involve my daughter or make her walk there. I told the shop owner I would consider possibly using her again in the future. Again, she defended her arrangement. My last comment was If you think what you did represents as much purple as your Purple Passion arrangement on your site.... To which she snapped back You never mentioned that arrangement when you called. (More argument) At that point, I hung up. She effectively killed four years of future arrangement orders with the defensive lack of customer service. To make matters worse, though I think she was trying to make it better, she called my daughter and involved her in the debate that my daughter had no knowledge of. Thanks for that, lady! Another bad choice! Yes, she offered to put more purple flowers in it for her if she would trudge down to the shop. Yes, she did apologize to her. But guess what? My daughter was fine with it until you called, lady! Im the one you did not satisfy and were defensive with. Geez. In business I always appreciate someone calling to politely speak up about something wrong. It gives an opportunity to hear the customer and make it right. Its a blessing.Oh well. For reference, pic of purple arrangement attached. Look up Purple Passion I referenced during my call, which she doesnt remember, on their web site. So, three stars for inexperienced customer service and poor judgement. The arrangement wasnt bad, just not what I wanted.

I gave this place a try for some anniversary flowers and they knocked it out of the park. The ladies working were very helpful and made it easy to get exactly what I was looking for. I will be using them again in the future and would highly recommend them.

I recived a Bouquet of Flowers 2/27/2021 for a milestone BDay, a gift from my Best Friend in FL who couldnt join me in Nashville to celebrate. The Bouquet was left on my front porch appx 30mins before I arrived home to bring it in. 1 mylar & 2 latex balloons had already started to fall, clearly under inflated. I took pictures and text to my GF to show her the Gift she sent. When she got the text she called me right away very upset with the size of the Bouquet as she paid over $111 including delivery and had requested a spectacular Bouquet given the BDay I was celebrating. She called to the Florist and spoke w/ Katie expressing Her displeasure to no avail. On Sunday 2/28/2021 the Day of my BDay, I awoke to the balloons limp and 1 of the stems of the Stargazer Lillies had began to wilt not even 24hrs from receiving the Bouquet. By Monday the flowers were loosing Lustre so I myself called to the florist and was told I would get a call back by the end of the day. Monday came to an end with no call back so I emailed in detail with pics about the disappointment for the Gift Giver & Gift Receiptent. Tuesday 3/2/2021 , I received an email in the morning from Katie with an explanation that was less than accommodating or w/ resolve other than a credit of $14.50 for 3 balloons 1 mylar, 2 latex. I responded back requesting Bloom florist credit my GF back for failing to deliver the gift she ordered where it was suggested from Katie that I bring the Bouquet back to the florist and they would replace it but not credit the Customer who ordered with their Florist. I responded one last time that I was NOT bringing the Bouquet back in and to please credit accordingly and here we are with a Bouquet that didnt last 4 days , No replacement Bouquet and No Refund Credit. Bloom you have surely missed the definition of providing a Great Customer Experience and delivering a moneys worth work product!!! 5 roses 8 Lilly Stems 3 balloons $111 Fail 👎

Thank you so much for your fast delivery on 12/3/20. I was waiting to hear if my daughter got accepted to law school. She did, and I wanted flowers delivered the same day. I placed the order at 1pm and they were delivered by 430 pm. The flowers were beautiful, and the congrats balloon that I requested was perfect. You also did an amazing job on the handwritten card. Gorgeous flower Arrangement!!!Gina (Owner) personally assisted me with my order. She was patient and understanding with the high end flower arrangement I was requesting for the hospital staff at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center. I was able to email her exactly what I wanted the cards to say. Gina also ensured on time delivery to the correct nurses stations. I am extremely pleased with the arrangements and will be using Bloom Flowers in the future.

Excellent service, well handled, a customer experience above and beyond.I called with an unusual request and a tight deadline. The staff had great ideas, offered some solutions that I had not considered, and stayed within budget and delighted the recipients. A win/win/win. They even made arrangements to deliver after hours, which I did not even ask for.Highly recommended.

After allowing our order to be placed, they then canceled our order ON the day of delivery stating we didnt meet a minimum that was not disclosed anywhere on the site. The woman who called me was rude and uncaring and blamed their system instead of taking responsibility or being empathetic in any way. Highly DO NOT recommend.

Incredibly impressed with their customer service! They were so friendly and accommodating. This custom basket was made and delivered to Vanderbilt Childrens Hospital in less than a couple hours. I would highly recommend them!

Today I ordered a flower arrangement for a friend who was at Vanderbilt. I did an online order and placed an order for the Jubilation arrangement and upgraded to the deluxe version. Online, the standard version is what is pictured. So I thought, Ill upgrade and spend $25 more and it will be even more beautiful! When I received a picture from my friend who got the flowers, I was absolutely mortified. It literally looked like I spent $20 on a Wal Mart flower bouquet. The total bill was $103.22 after tax and delivery. I really expected to have an extravagant and beautiful arrangement but was very disappointed. I did call the store and they offered to redo it (I would never have them taken away from my friend in the hospital and redone) and also suggested I get my friend to send me different angles because the pictures dont do justice. No offers of sending another arrangement for no charge or to simply refund me my money. I definitely will not use this company again because Im never been more embarrassed in my life!!

I ordered the deluxe version of bring on the happy and the flowers I recieved wasnt even close to the picture advertised on the website. The flowers I recieved really look like thier worth $20 instead of $107. Highly disappointed and will never order from here again!

I ordered flowers for Miss USA Gina the owner was absolutely amazing. She was extremely patient with be especially since I was calling out of state and mixed up the address of the house. She took the time to help me after hours and delivered the flowers to the right house after hours. Great customer service.

Canceled my order for fraud without notifying me or emailing me of there being an issue.called them to explain how could it be fraud when I called and no explanation was given.guess cause the name on the card was a black mans name and not a white mans name.this place is the worst

I called for a bouquet to be arranged for curbside pickup. It was promised to be ready in an hour and that a picture would be sent to me of the bouquet for color conformation once they started to work on it. After an hour and 15 minutes and to contact, I called them and they said that they didn’t do pictures and that they had not made the bouquet and were not planning on notifying me of this. The manager blamed it on the inexperienced staff, this is the third time I’ve heard this excuse at bloom. I have shopped there four times, only once have I had a successful transaction. Trying to support a local business shouldn’t be so hard, especially when I was on my way to the grocery store and going out of my way to give them business.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a friend for her retirement. The price I was given was a bit more than I expected but I felt my friend was worth every penny however, the arrangement was not worth the $86.31 (which included a $14.00 delivery fee) I paid for them. The arrangement was about half way put together and had more greenery than flowers, there was no ribbon or any type of accents and the vase looked like something picked up at the Dollar Tree. The only reason I went with Bloom Flowers is because the florist I used for over 20 years went out of business so now I guess I will have to try to find someone else because this is the one and only time this store will get any of my money. Very disappointing.

Last month I got married. The morning of I got notice that my bouquet that I had ordered online from an Etsy shop didn’t arrive as it was supposed to. I had one hour before I had to be at the chapel. So after I finished my hair and makeup I searched for the nearest florist. Luckily this place was on the way to the chapel where I was getting married. My fiancé and I went in and explained my dire situation. The ladies were so kind and told me that it happened quite often. They threw together for me a GORGEOUS bouquet that was exactly what I wanted. They had it ready within 20 minutes. We made it to the chapel and got married with 10 minutes to spare. These ladies stepped up and put together an even better bouquet than the one I had ordered originally. That day was rather hectic but it all worked out in the end thanks to this place. Thanks you guys so much for stepping up and helping me on my big day!!

3-16-20I ordered these flowers for my girlfriend, we where visiting Nashville for weekend, I though I would surprise her with some flowers to be delivered to our rental, when we arrived and we saw them on the table, what i order is not what i got. i called them and told them this isnt what i ordered and what the pic said on there web site. they told me they where out of two of the flowers and substituted them with others. well a phone call would have been nice telling me they where out, or communicated with me and i would have chosen something else. i wasnt happy and the flowers that they did substituted died 3 days later. they told me they would refund me half and i got that, when i called to tell them i wasnt happy the seconded time they would refund me the full amount. 3 weeks later and still no refund! i was told these people were the best down here, boy...was i told wrong!3-16-20SO I GUESS THIS WHAT THE OWNER WANTS TO DO AND PLAY GAMES, SO IF AN EMPLOYEE SAYS THERE GOING TO DO SOMETHING, YOU WOULD THINK AS A CUSTOMER THAT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF...IF I SOMEONE IS NOT HAPPY, TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER...BUT THIS IS NOT BEING DONE. Came in with a fairly large request with less than 24 hours notice. They delivered and then some. Wife walked in the kitchen on her birthday and said “you got flowers from the good place!!!”. Has been our spot for a while and will always be. I assure you they treat people well.

Called around all over Nashville on mother’s day an could not find iris . The helped me find them an put me a wonderful bouquet . The got me in an out In 30 mins. No where in Nashville had them an the pointed me in the right place . I brought them the iris an the put together this very nice arrangement . I ordered both bouquet and boutonnière for my daughter’s wedding via phone from Michigan. I specified colors, particular flowers, (A bird of paradise. Dyed gardenias. NO roses. No yellow or purple) size of bouquet, and colors. I was quoted $175-$200 for bouguet and $20 for boutonnière. I called the day before pickup to be certain everything would be ready. I was told gardenias were not available as they were spring flowers. The bouquet they had ready had white roses, 2 bird of paradise, and some simple flowers. It was given to me in a black plastic bucket. The boutonnière was a tiny red flower. The bill was $240.Shame on you for what was an expensive disappointment.
