I dont like giving bad reviews, and certainly didnt mean to do that as I was under an impression it was a great place for car repair according to the rest of comments. However, Ive never had more stressful experience repairing my car than here. Parts not prorely installed, colors not matching. I ended up going to a different place to fix the rest of issues with a car. Unfortunately, I would not recommend. Thank you.

Here is the truth about my visit. Im working 500 miles away, with a rental van. I get to come home for the weekend and late Saturday afternoon my tire is almost flat. We filled it up & by Sunday morning its almost flat again. Its Easter so NOTHING is open ... except for Good Deal Auto Repair. I call & shes come on in. We drive over & my husband gets out & the repairman says pull up right here. Im still in the car. In less than 10 minutes he has the car up, tire off, puts in a plug, drops the car and were done. On Easter!! I said how much He says $15. I said heres $20, keep the change. I headed back out of town that night. What a blessing they were!!! Its 5 days later & the tire is doing great!!! Thank you SO MUCH Good Deal!

I had to update my initial review. I originally gave 5 stars but was shocked after the owner and people seeming so trustworthy and reasonable the first time, this time I’m not sure what changed but all I had done was the splash guards under my car installed. The owner told me after my first trip there that if I bought the parts and brought my car back in, they would be able to do the work quick and easy and it wouldn’t cost much at all (again, I bought my own parts and brought them). The receptionist told me it was be $120? after the work as if she was guessing so I asked to speak to the owner because after 2 hours of me waiting and seeing my car through the window before they finally did anything with it, it should have been 30 mins I was charged for. So this equated to a cost of $120/30 mins to put some retaining pins in place on the parts I brought to them. I spoke with the owner and he wouldn’t tell me what they charged when I what I was being charged for and then I had to ask for a receipt, she was just waiting for my money with nothing for me to take away. The owner asked what I could pay and it felt weird having to haggle with someone who had seemed friendly and reasonable previously. I left paying $80 but the negative experience still lingers. I was given keys inside and no one walked me to my car. I walked myself into the bay to back my car out (which is a safety hazard at most places) and the mechanics were side-eyeing me and seemed rude after I asked why it cost so much. As I was backing out and couldn’t see around the other cars they had sitting around i nearly got smashed into by a car flying by. There were critters running around in the roofing that’s broken and no toilet paper or anywhere to dry hands in the bathroom. Another guy was there because they lost his keys. I hope this is something the owner takes to heart for the sake of his business. Disappointed guys.

I have been going here for a couple years now. They do great work. They have great prices and they get stuff done in a timely fashion. I send anyone who asks me where they should go. You will not be disappointed. They also are friendly and professional.

Its hard to find an auto repair shop that is honest and provides excellent service. I would highly recommend Good Deal. I had an issue that was not a highly complicated problem, but I called for quotes from other shops and they were charging me as if it was a highly complicated problem. At Good Deal, I was able to purchase my own parts to save money (whereas the other shops would not install parts if I purchased them myself), and the charge for the service was very reasonable. They are efficient, gave me a time estimate, and had it ready on time. They even provided some additional services without charge just to be sure that my car was safe. Their work is thorough, and I left feeling that I was well taken care of. This is an honest business that provides excellent quality! Give them a try; you will not be disappointed.

I needed my belt replaced, and my car is one of the Nissan Versa models that requires a true professional to work on it. Not only did they fit me in at the end of the day, but they fixed my belt in a very timely manner. I was honestly shocked that they could even fit me in at all, and then that they were so efficient about fixing it. They also showed me my old cracked belt and explained what had likely happened to it. The price was incredibly reasonable, and most of all, they were very professional and nice--everyone from the clerk at the front desk to the mechanics. I recommend this place to anyone needing a car repair from honest people who will quote you a good price and provide good service.

Great job replacing my fuel pump. They even found an expensive DeWalt flashlight Id accidentally left on top of the gas tank.

Got stranded in Nashville on a long drive from Springfield, MO to Tampa, FL when my car decided it was gonna freak out and start puttering when I tried to accelerate on the highway. Got stuck at a gas station at 9:30pm on a Saturday. My only option was to putter to a hotel for a few days, fearing the worst since I was traveling alone.Good Deal was the only shop open on Sundays and I am SO GLAD that I found them! Its been a rough week for me and this car issue was just the icing on the cake to take a bad week to worse.As soon as I pulled in my car to Good Deal I was made welcome and like they actually cared for me and my well being. The owner was incredibly friendly and even hooked me up with a good place to find some shawarma! They wanted to make sure I knew the prices up front and everything wrong with my car before I made a decision. Not only that, but the prices were very reasonable. They also topped up the fluids in my car and filled the tires with air for me at no charge.I highly recommend Good Deal to anyone whether its for a tune up or if youre stranded in an unfamiliar city!

I needed my power windows fixed because they wouldn’t roll up. They were able to get me in and out within an hour without an appointment! Would definitely recommend.

I would put zero in my review but is not possible. They have bad customer services. They didn’t give me receipt for my oil change that is supposed to be texted. A couple of month later I needed a receipt for my warranty company to proof that I had an oil change recently for them to cover a repair. They didn’t want to give me the receipt because they were afraid they were liable for something. I told them I just needed proof of the oil change but they refused saying that is what not their responsibility to give me a receipt for their work. The guy remembered he did the oil change but still refused. I had proof on my card statement of the amount it was charge with their name but they still refused. That is how they treat their loyal customer.

Plastic popped off the bottom of my car and was dragging on the street. I called first thing Saturday morning, they let me come right in to take a look at it. They fixed it within minutes. Incredible price, amazing customer service and I would highly recommend!!!! Thank you Tim and Homer.

I stopped in Saturday September 19th because my front inner fender had been rubbing on my tire and it looked like it may have needed to be replaced. I live on the other side of town and it being Saturday most places arent open. A quick Google search and this place came up. I didnt wait at all, and was told no need to replace just a few zip ties and you should be good to go. This was done free of charge. I had a very pleasant experience, and will return in the future if need be.

Good deal auto is a great service center with great customer service the manager and staff was very respectful and professional you don’t have to question there work I will totally recommend them to anyone.

This place is cheap but with cheap you pay the double. Had to return my vehicle for a total of 3 times,yet they did not fixed it! They loose screws,They leave stuff loose, they break stuff and also are very slow. Had to replace injector they replaced it but never added gasket decouplings and did not store injector number in DME. Also left the fuel line to the injector loose! It was leaking gas! They dont have PROFESIONAL mechanics just a bunch of high school drop out mechanics. Do not take your car to these so called mechanics.

Went here for Catalytic converter replacement for 2007 Camry. Very professional and friendly. Excellent prices. I got the part and labor they took was cheaper than any other places in Nashville (I enquired about 15 places). I definitely recommend them for any of your car repairs. Great service in a timely fashion.My master cylinder had just failed. I found myself driving with almost no brakes on an early Sunday morning. I first visited a few known competitors in the area, most of them providing a quote from $500-$750 (Pep boys being the most expensive). I knew that the labor for replacing a master cylinder was not too problematic and the part itself is roughly $150.00. Enter Good Deal Auto.Not only was Good Deal open on Sunday when most of their competitors were not, they offered a great deal on labor; drastically undercutting their competitors. Johnny, I believe he is the owner, was understanding of my anxiety (driving without your brakes is an issue) and was willing to help. His prices are great, his service is expedient and his gratitude for customers is unparalleled. It was a great experience.

These people are awesome! I needed a car repair last week and they were great. They provide honest service at good and fair prices. They were able to get the part that I needed quickly and the repair was done fast. I stayed at the shop while waiting on the car repair and the entire staff could not have been nicer to me. Having car trouble does not make for the best of days but they were so kind and helpful to me while I waited. They have a customer for life in me.
